Reached out to Rooter Works on a Thursday for what I thought was a small job (I was wrong). Not only did they work me in immediately the very next day but their pricing and quality was unbeatable.Shoe is without a doubt the best plumber I have ever worked with. Going above and beyond throughout the project.Anthony was able to get everything scheduled and fixed within record time. Cannot recommend this crew enough!

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Any time I use them I have nothing but positive experiences. Not only are the service representatives polite and cordial, they give plenty of options and don't try to 'pull the wool over your eyes' like many plumbing companies do, very up front. I clearly knew what the issues were and what options were good, better and best. Initially PETER and JORDAN came to the home due to water meter leak indicator showing there was a leak. They educated us on how to properly read the meter and informed us we had a slow leak somewhere, not a full blown underground water leak (we are on a concrete slab). After looking around they gave us some ideas as to what could be the issue and all was good. About a week later we experienced issues with water being pushed back through the water lines and causing a leak at the dishwasher. BEN was sent out this time to look more in depth at the water heater, which PETER and JORDAN both said was coming up on needing replaced. BEN provided multiple options and was a great help in deciding what would work best for us. Although the heater is not installed yet, it is on the books and I feel comfortable with this company in our home (which is a lot more than I can say about a lot of other companies specializing in a given trade). I trust the guidance they have given us and don't feel like they are solely out for money, honest and up front! The schedulers/customer service reps are fantastic as well! Everything scheduled was on time and sooner than expected. Looking forward to getting this done and having this company do the work, thanks again!

Had an awesome experience with Daniel. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and overall a pleasure to be around. He got our drains cleared up and working perfectly. I had my washer backup in my basement. My main sewage line was starting to backup which is never a pleasant discovery. This is my 2nd experience with Rooter Works. I had excellent interaction and service with Daniel. He and his crew took plenty of time to explain everything to me and and offered me a fair deal to ensure my sewage drain would be opened backed by warranty on their service. They were extremely professional in their demeanor and very personable. I couldn't be more pleased! They were respectful of my property and used cared not to create a mess in my home. Daniel was amazing! The whole team was very courteous and Anthony explained everything up front and kept us informed as the work progressed...but Daniel got it done! After having an incredibly difficult time snaking old pipes, he persevered and was able to get our drains cleared while also letting us know what to avoid and what to expect in the future with old plumbing. I would highly recommend this organization and hope you have the chance to meet Daniel!

I absolutely would give them a million stars if I could! We lost all water one evening and the next day I ended up in the hospital... The water got pushed back because my husband was taking care of the kids and at the hospital with me. I get discharged and the next day my husband replaces what we think is the problem... It wasn't. I reached out to Alex and he had someone here on Monday to check it out. Our well pump was bad. I scheduled them to come out the next day for a replacement. The got here at 12:30 and were here until almost 9pm. I can't say enough good things about them. Even though the labor ended up being way more than expected I was charged the same and they stayed until they knew I had water. They have amazing knowledge and professional attitudes. So insanely thankful for them and blessed by them!

Daniel, The Rooter Works representative arrived on time per the confirmed arrival time expectation. A second floor drain blockage in the home was particularly challenging. Daniel’s efforts were methodical and persistent, as he went from one drain to next the next. His efforts required multiple efforts on four different drains (2 separate basin/sink drains, & two bath tub drains) before the clog was finally and successfully cleared. He was careful in his work to protect the home’s flooring, bathtub surfaces, and vanity. And, his clean up was thorough. He is highly recommended.

I was told I would need a plumber to help with a gas line behind our stove. Our issue was our new stove stuck out so far it looked really silly. I messaged Rooter Works to see if they could help and they came out the next morning. The plumber, Kyle Brown knew what to do almost immediately and fixed it right then and there. My new gas stove pushed back closer to the wall and it looked like it belonged there. He also helped me with my sink really fast. Super friendly service start to finish. Happy I’ve never needed a plumber for anything before, but if I do I’ll absolutely call these guys!

Great Personnel - Nick (my plumber/Technician) was professional, on-time and skilled. His communication was professional, positive and clear. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned up, was respectful of our home and worked diligently. Nick deserves a raise. The quote guy (don't recall his name) was professional and accurate.Process - The quote was accurate (albeit a bit high). Communication with dispatch/coordinator was timely. Reschedule of resource was communicated well.

Once again, we're blown away by The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains! We emailed them, asking to schedule an appointment after their work hours and the receptionist, Jerry, immediately got back to us with a prompt date and time for the service the next morning. We were warmly greeted by Brian at our appointment, who helped us scope out our needs and was beyond professional. He was able to immediately tell us what the issue was and how much it would cost. We ended up needing a second opinion regarding our sump pump drain and Brian called in Scott! Scott came within 30 minutes to scope out our sump pump drain and was able to show us through his camera technology exactly what was causing drainage issues. He was able to tell us the approximate cost and even left us with some minor DIY tips we could do for future needs and prevention! We will be calling them again to schedule our sump pump drainage repair after the evaluation and great service. The Rooter Works is the best and we can't thank them enough for being our #1 plumbing service.

Rooter Works was initially recommended to me by a home inspector. I was really pleased with my overall experience in using this company on two separate occasions. Scott and Brian (B2) were both incredible and I can’t compliment them enough.At my initial estimate appointment with Scott, I really appreciated how customer-centered he was in helping me to prioritize a few plumbing concerns. He was polite, professional, listened to my concerns, and provided honest, straightforward recommendations. When he went to assess my exterior drain pipe, he asked if I wanted to observe and I really appreciated the fact that he included me in this process!I was also really impressed by Brian and his attention to detail. He made sure everything was done correctly and like Scott, was also very polite, professional, and happy to answer my questions! The initial backup sump pump that was installed was faulty due to faulty piece from the manufacturer, but Rooter Works quickly remedied and replaced the entire unit to ensure it worked properly.Scheduling was easy and they always worked around my schedule. While I hope I don’t have any plumbing surprises in the near future, I know who I will call if I do!

Rooter Works gave me a fair price to dig up the basement pipes and rebuilt them and the piping system that were original to my almost 100 year old property. Prior to calling them another company quoted me more than double what they charged me. They sent out a plumber by the name of Brian and he did an amazing job! Brian was super professional and thorough.

I called a few places and was told to wait until next day. I’m so happy I called these folks. Daniel Neal was my technician that showed. Amazing person and 20 years knowledge. I was worried I had a bigger problem but Daniel assured me it was an easy fix. He was correct. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained every step he was going to do. Daniel and Terry came out to look at some plumbing issues I was having. Daniel told me the cost up front. They gave me a plan of action and got started right away. They fixed everything and Daniel even took the time to talk to my home warranty company so that I could be reimbursed for some of the work. Our house had a leaking water heater. We called The Rooter Works Plumbing company, they came out the same day and gave us an estimate which was less than a previous quote. They were able to perform the work the same day and the technician who came to do the repair was very professional, friendly, he put on shoe covers and he completed the job quickly . I highly recommend this company, we just moved from Tampa to Marysville and happy we've found a great plumbing co for future problems.

Start to finish, Rooter Works was great. I called on a Saturday, they got me in to figure out what services I needed, I scheduled for the following Tuesday evening to have my drain cleaned. Well, my needs become more urgent and I called Monday morning and they worked me in Monday evening! Daniel showed up well within the hour window I was given, worked quickly and proficiently and was very kind!

Our pipe burst during a winter storm and the company sent Brian Sr out within a couple hours, he was wonderful and got our repairs completed within another couple hours. He even found a water remediation company to help take care of the basement flooding for us. Highly recommend!

We started having drainage issues with our kitchen sink on December 23rd, but they were unable to dispatch a plumber until the 30th. However, upon arrival, Tony was extremely professional, pleasant, and quick to get the job done. His effort was greatly appreciated!

Daniel came out today and was absolutely wonderful. We had a drain problem we found in the morning and he was here within hours. He was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ve had other plumbers in the area over quote and take much longer. Overall, everything was fair, quality, and quick. Totally recommend!

Scott was wonderful. It ended up that no plumbing work was needed to stop the outside leak. I couldn’t believe there was no trip charge but he said if the company does not have a problem to fix, there is no cost. The Rooter Works is our new go to plumber. We got the name from a neighbor, who got it from a neighbor. Apparently they have become our neighborhood plumbers!

I called and they had Jason come out the same day (within a few hours of my phone call). They also sent me a text message to let me know when he was coming, which was wonderful. I had a toilet seal wear down and had a sink issue that was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Jason was fast, efficient, and a very nice guy. I will absolutely be using them again.

Cody and Hunter installed an outdoor backwater valve to keep the city sewage from backing up into our basement. They communicated clearly and explained all parts of the process. They showed us how to maintain the backwater valve, and they were professional. They quickly took care of all city permits and inspections. We also had The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains install a sump pump, clean out our drains, and replace our main sewer stack. Every employee who worked at our house communicated clearly, was low pressure on selling, and was professional and polite. They were also great with our dog :)

Very responsive and timely. Technician Daniel did a fabulous job, he explained everything and was very polite and respectful. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and I was completely satisfied! The only drawback was the price was considerably higher than the website said and I was told nothing I could do. My drain was backed up and I didn’t want to wait for someone else.

Took them three guys to finally get the drain cleared, but they kept coming even though it was a Friday evening and Saturday. Tony the first guy did a great job of cleaning up after he tried to snake it out. Last guy, Jason McNeal made a special stop on his way home on a Saturday evening to get me back up and running. He went above and beyond expectations to help us and I am very grateful he fit me into his schedule before ending his day. Cost was high, but I needed it done and they were very professional. Would recommend them if you are in a pinch and need your plumbing repaired.

Plumber that was sent to the job did great work. Answered all my questions and explained the work thoroughly. I think he would do really well as an independent contractor and not have to deal with Rooter Works overhead procedures.

Anthony and Daniel came out the same day as I called, they cleaned out the main sewer drain, then realized that our floor drain was also clogged. They cleaned that out too and water is flowing smoothly through our drains again. They were tidy and respectful.

Excellent experience. I placed a service request form in the morning and they came out that same day and were able to replace our old sump pump and valve. Tammy was very helpful over the phone and Jordan and Brian were polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

Big shout out here to the Rooter works! This is the company you need to grow with.If you are like me; I dread thinking about plumbing issues until they become a reality. I had a mainline backup and my plumbing nightmare became a reality very quickly but Rooter works saved my day.Let’s start with the call; line went to a person really quick, I explained what was going on and they even offered to send a tech that afternoon. Due to work I had to push it till a day I teleworked but setting an appointment was easy, you even get and email and a text along with reminder emails and texts before your appointment.I was schedule for the morning between 0830-1030 show up, they were out front my house at 0835 so awesome service there.They sent three rockstar employees; Jason, Scott and Terrance. They quoted me a too reasonable price and got right to work. Jason was a master at using the snake, we hit snag after snag but he would not stop till he broke through my clog and got my lines flowing again (“flushable” wipes are a lie btw, do not use them, Scott was pulling whole ones up)Scott assisted with his camera to show exactly what the issues and was able to email me the photos. He also did me up a quote for fixing the lines that are extremely competitive for the repair that will be needed.Terrance assisted with both Scott and Jason and was a complete professional the whole time.They were in and out in about 2 hours and I can freely use water again knowing my lines are un clogged.Overall I would give them a 6 out of 5 if I could. I used another company about 4 years ago for a similar issue and they had trick pricing and were a little combative. Rooter works on the other hand made me feel comfortable with trusting them to work on my lines. Honestly they will probably be the only ones I call from now on. Such a professional group, I was lucky to have all of them.

Had an issue where our French drain was blocked/clogged and not properly draining to the street, causing water to basically just recycle in the sump pump and spill out into yard and pool up. Jason and Terrence came out and were able to get the drain cleared from all the roots and sediment build up, and everything is draining properly again. They also kept me updated with what was going on and how things were progressing.

The estimator came to my home on Monday and gave me an estimate. After he left, the office called to schedule an appointment. The service technician (Daniel) arrived on time, cleaned out the lines, then cleaned up. He was courteous and professsional throughout the transaction.

Anthony, Trevor, and Jacob were incredible. We had a pipe burst with the cold snap, flooded from the upstairs down through the wall to the main floor, and into the basement. Insulation absolutely soaked etc.They were out the same day, saw the damage, and had our water running again within a few hours. They capped it so we could use it through the rest of the day, came back and replaced all the shattered super brittle pvc pipes with something more sturdy. They explained the whole process incredibly well, gave us restoration company recommendations for the wall replacement that we will need, pricing was great for all the work they did, I can’t thank them enough for all they did.

Daniel came out to access our problem. We were worried about repairs and how long they would take Daniel explained the extent of the problem and went above and beyond to finish the job. When Daniel is assigned to your plumbing project, it’s like winning the lottery. How did I get so lucky?Daniel is absolutely a top plumbing expert, that’s obvious. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian Merrill Sr. He was an exceptional tech and addressed all of our problems. He talked to our landlord and was able to get him to understand the issues and work them out, which seemed impossible at first. He repaired all of our water lines in the kitchen and replaced the toilet and faucets. If you ever need a service tech, request Brian Merrill Sr. He’s one of the few left that care about the customers and tenets and takes pride in his work.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job that took a good portion of the day. Our outdoor pipe had tons of big roots from big trees planted a long time ago here in Richwood Ohio. This was causing water to bubble up in downstairs sink and toilet, also sewage water was backing up on ground beside the house. The company gave us a discount with it almost being Christmas and we're first time customers. Jason went above and beyond, worked extremely hard to clear out all of the roots. We're so grateful and can't thank you all enough!

Daniel Neal and his supervisor was so polite, and very understanding and even cleaned up the after math even though it was already there and installed a new wax ring on the toilet since it was already pulled up.

We noticed our floor drain had backed up into the basement late at night. Having a good past experience with Rooter Works, we called first thing the next morning. Jason arrived early in the afternoon and reviewed our problem and offered several options including hydrojetting the main line. Our problems originate from a 63 year old house with clay tiles for drains and large trees with extensive water seeking root systems. We opted to hydrojet the main line so he and Scott returned first thing the next morning and began work. Scott showed us the blockages, due to root intrusion and one due to offset old clay pipe, via camera and Jason proceeded to eliminate each root mass after they were identified. Jason worked especially hard to remove several stubborn clogs. Both technicians were very pleasant, courteous, and understanding of our problem and offered professional advice to remedy the situation and minimize repeat visits. This is the second time we have had Rooter Works out for service. Their employees have always been courteous, friendly folks and the Rooter Works prices are very fair. We have not felt that we were being price gouged or trying to be sold unnecessary service as we had with experiences from other plumbing companies.

Prompt and professional, same day and on time. Daniel was great, even cleaned the area around the drain that wasn't impacted by the clog. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a house a few years ago and have uncovered many issues. After removing a deck, found a live electric wire above ground that feed electric to the garage. I called My Electric Works and they sent Tyler. I have dealt with many companies over the last few years, and in regards to electricians all have been rude, but Tyler was different. He was so polite, explained what needed done and worked hard hand digging the trench himself. my Electric, you have a great hard working employee who cares about the customer, and doing quality work. We had a new sink installed, pipes repaired, and new washer hookups installed. BT (Brian) did a great job! His work was high quality, and was done in a timely manner.

Our main line was clogged up so we called rotor works and Tony came out to help. He was timely, professional and friendly. Over a holiday weekend I had a major issue with a backup in my basement, called The Rooter Works and they were there over the weekend to get me temporarily back in service until Monday. Crew came out Monday and spent 4 hours with me figuring out the main cause of the issue, thoroughly explained the issue and gave me options on a fix. After deciding what route I wanted to go for repair, they showed up the next day to start the work. BT was the guy they sent to do the work and I honestly could not be more impressed with him and his work. He was polite, explained everything he was doing as he was doing it, and stayed as late as needed every night to make sure we were never without water.I will be calling The Rooter Works for all my future plumbing needs and will request that BT comes and does the work!

Ed C is a wonderful young man. He is timely and focused on the job that requires his expertise. He is an electrician that does good quality work. He fixed my electrical problems in a professional manner. He has an extensive knowledge base on how to approach the electrical issues with safety in mind. I enjoyed talking and watching him work a project he seems to really enjoy.

I called yesterday asking for a service visit to help with light switches that needed replaced. They were able to come out first thing this morning and were in and out in an hour or so. The technician was very informative of how they charged and performed his work in the time frame he explained from the beginning. Highly recommend this company.

Technician Daniel was friendly, fast, and threw in a smaller fix with the larger issues for free! I'm so glad to have working drains and garbage disposal again. I also appreciated that, while he came to the door without a face mask (I know most people aren't still masking, but I'm still v), when he saw I had a mask on he immediately went to retrieve his without my even asking.

Jason came out and helped me with my main sewer line. He did a great job making sure I understood everything he was doing. I feel assured that the job was done properly and would recommend him to anyone that needs help.

Had Rooter Works come out and replace our 25 year old hot water tank with a newer high efficiency one by Rheem. Carl Renier did a fantastic job and fixed a couple other plumbing problems in the process. Very courteous and professional and finished job looks to be of very good quality.

Brian senior came out and gave us quotes on several jobs we want done around the house and he was able to tell me what needed do e and why and was very knowledgeable about his craft. We had gotten other quotes and certain things were added as extra unnecessary things from the other company as well as they left out a couple of code related issues about the installation. His price was quite a bit more than the previous estimates we had received, but he was also able to show us a portfolio of his work, which is very rare today , he had photos and photos of jobs, he has performed.I was very nervous at first when I called but when I called in I spoke to Kristan and she was very friendly, listened to everything I had to say and was very good at taking notes of everything I said so the tech had as much info as possible before he came out. She was able to get me scheduled in the same week I called and I know that plumbers are extremely hard to get scheduled quickly sometimes. She was able to give us an approximate time they would be there and informed me that they would call us to make sure we were home before they sent a tech out way.she was very detailed in gathering my information and email address for the quote.This company has been amazing from the first encounter with the dispatch office all the way to the completion of our project. 20/10 on recommending this company to other people. Also Brian ran a very clean job site and kept it very organized and neat and tidy. He took great care to make sure we weren't put out during the process, will be using Brian and The Rooter Works again I the future great job guys and gals.

Service technician, Daniel, arrived within an hour or so from my emergent call for service. He assessed the sink and tub clog immediately, advising he could complete the fix fairly easily and quickly. Then he remedied the issue just like he said he could. Professional and very friendly. We had a great experience Rooter Works Plumbing & Drain - specifically Jim Witt. He was in and out quickly, and did a great job with the installation. We would use them again.

Daniel and his team showed up within an hour of us calling for service. They were quick, professional, and remedied the problem, all for a reasonable price. We're new to town and glad to have found a reliable and effective plumber.

Called and setup for them to come out and look at a few relatively small things (low water pressure in two bathrooms, occasional smell in kitchen sink) and they were quick to setup someone to come out the next day. He came out and went through everything, was friendly and said he'd have an estimate over to me the next day, and then nothing. Gave them another day, then another, still nothing. Waited until the following week and gave them a call and the woman I spoke to didn't seem to care much that I was still waiting for my quote, but I did finally get an email with my quote the next day. Quotes were both fairly high and had some stuff in it that seemed unrelated to any of my problems, and by the time I got the quote I'd already scheduled in someone else anyway.For comparison, Rooter Works had quoted a stack replacement at $4,400 and the other work at around $3,000. I had another (much better) company come out and they not only quoted me the same day, but the price for a stack replacement was quoted at $2,600 and the work they quoted that I actually needed done that day was $1,600. Night and day difference between the two companies.

My girlfriend and I moved into our house July of last year. At the beginning of this year we had our sewer back up. We had a different company that shall remain nameless come out the first time to fix the issue. This company’s excavation team did not mark any utilities, they immediately started digging without any concern. While they were digging this company tore my water line out from underneath my house and left a hole in between my foundation and siding. They claimed to have “fixed it” before they left even though they left the hole still there letting cold air freeze our pipes and our water was only dripping from one faucet.This started a two week saga of having no water or sewer in our house, during the winter and during our most recent large snowfall. We called The Rooter Works and they had a technician out in a few days. He was able to explain everything easily and also found a few problems that the other company either neglected or overlooked. He was baffled by how we had been treated by the previous company. They tried multiple days to come in and begin work but the weather would not let it happen. While this was occurring The Rooter Works offered to put us up in hotels for the inconvenience. Eventually they were able to come in and begin their work. The crew that replaced our water and sewer lines were understanding and extremely knowledgeable. They worked hard all day to make sure they could deliver on their promise of having our water running again that day.The pricing for the job was understandably pricey, but they were fair with their prices. There were no loopholes or secret hidden costs. Everything was explained prior to payment and signing of any contract.Thanks to the The Rooter Works we are able to live comfortably in our home again. This company has made us both loyal customers. We know if we have any plumbing issues we cannot fix ourselves to call The Rooter Works. We will definitely recommend this company to any of our friends and family who need plumbers.EDIT: As of today (10/03/22) we had to call The Rooter Works again for their services. This time for a clogged kitchen sink. Technician Daniel arrived promptly this morning and got to work. He had the problem figured out in 10 minutes and quickly got to work fixing said issue. We had a bathroom leak early in the morning, our tech, Mike got all of our issues resolved in an orderly fashion and explained what he was doing,

Our kitchen sink backed up. A supervisor stopped by on the day I called and said someone would be out the next day. The technician who showed up, Daniel, immediately set to work and before long the kitchen drain was unplugged. He reconnected the fittings and left. Shortly after Daniel left, I ran the dishwasher. Afterward, I noticed a small puddle on the floor under the sink. I called the office and was told Daniel could return at the end of the day or first thing the next day. This morning, Daniel showed up and set right to work. He quickly concluded the PVC fittings connecting the sink to the drain were no good. He then installed new fittings and everything is now fine. My man Daniel really helped me out, there were some issues that arose with the schedule but he took care of it all. The job came with a year warranty and 2 weeks later an issue came up. I called, same day he was back out and fixed it. We just purchased our house and ran into our first plumbing issue. Our main line has tree roots in it. Rooter works sent Daniel out to clear it for us. He is such a nice knowledgeable man and is continuing to work twords cutting the roots out of our line.

Jerrod, a super competent, super friendly technician, came out the morning after we contacted Rooter Works to diagnose why water on floor at one end of the basement in the house we just moved into. He diagnosed the source quickly, answered other questions we had and then on the spot figured out a quote for the work to solve our basement water problem. They will begin work in 5 days and promised to keep at it on following day if necessary. Very professional!

I called RWP to come out to my office to repair a clogged toilet. Daniel, when he showed up was quick and efficient is offering me a quote. But my company requires approval. He patiently sat in the waiting room while I waited to get my quote. Realizing I wasn't going to get immediate approval, I sent him on his way and asked if I could call to schedule once receiving approval. Less than 10 minutes after he left- the approval came through. Was told we had a gas leak by the gas company. Called TRW and they had a tech come out to do an estimate, he pressure tested the house and gave an estimate stating there was a large leak. Had them come back out later to fix said leak and was informed the first tech improperly performed the pressure test and that there was no leak at all, just that the first tech didn’t close the on off valve to an appliance which is what caused the test to show a large leak. I was then charged $772 for “fixing” a leak that was never there, due to the first tech not performing the test correctly. I was told to speak with a manager about resolving the issue. I was about the last concern he had as it took almost a week for me to find out from him that they are not refunding my money to me due to “all work being necessary to have the gas back on” even though if the first test would have been done correctly I would have had my gas back on right then. I then requested to communicate with someone above him and I never heard from anyone about the situation. Very disappointed in this experience

Brian repaired my refrigerators waterline by installing a new one and along with a new shut off valve. Thoroughly explained what needed to happen and what he was doing every step of the way. He was quite thorough and did a very good job.

I had ElectricWorks come out to look at a couple of outlets, one being a 240W for my stove. They were quick and they diagnosed the issues correctly. Everything works perfectly. Only complaint is that they were more expensive than I thought they would be but I would use them again.

During a recent family gathering on Sunday (3/20) our daughters smelled gas in our front yard. We called Columbia Gas and they found a leak in the outside gas line and three inside gas valves were leaking. All this happened after 5pm on a Sunday. They turned the power off around midnight. The next morning, I used Angi's list to find a plumber to do gas repairs. Rooter called back within minutes and had a technician on his way.He arrived within the hour and worked with the Columbia Gas technicians to coordinate the efforts. The technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. He explained in detail was not up to code and what leaked. He listened as I explained how the previous owners added on to the house and that two of the added lines were no longer needed. He laid out his plan and executed it very well. Always kept me in the loop as to his progress and suggestions.I'm very pleased with his work and will always use Rooter Works for all my plumbing and gas needs.

Cody Gibson helped us replace a leaking check valve on our sump pump—the same day I began calling around for help, too—and he was great! He was very courteous and informative from the get-go. I called Rooter Works in a panic needing a gas pipe inspected & repaired for an impending home sale. I spent an entire afternoon on the phone with plumbers in the area looking for someone who would be available in my timeline and this company shocked me by saying they could get someone out SAME DAY! I am not saying this is the case for everyone, but this worked in our favor for sure! Josh Moone was the tech who came to the house and he was awesome. He was professional and right on time. Didn't even mind my crazy pups barking at him while he was trying to work. :/ He helped to explain all of my options for repair from top to bottom tiers and provided accurate cost estimates. Of all the contractors we've had out to the house for various work, our experience with Rooter was the best - from the ability to connect through text messaging as well as phone call, and speedy service at a competitive price. BT, our technician, was super respectful of the property, and our house, and his work was top-notch - no corner cutting. While he was out to repair a leaky pipe, we also had another external water valve installed - he did a fantastic job!There was an issue afterward which we weren't sure if it was related to their work or not. It ended up being unrelated, but they still resolved it while out to check their work (some small pebbles in our intake from recent road pipe construction).Our experience was so good, we will not be calling anyone else for our future plumbing and drain needs.

I was scheduled on Thursday 5/12 from 8-12 in the morning to have my main drain unclogged because I couldn't use the water in my house. I called them at 12:10 pm because no came out or called and they said I was next in line because they were running late. They called back at 5 pm and told me that they wouldn't be able to make it out that day, did I want to re schedule. I re scheduled for Friday 5/13 morning 8-12 and they said they would give me $25 off for the inconvenience. They came out the next morning and unclogged the drain. When I was going to pay I informed the worker about the $25 off. He said he would call the office. They informed him that the $25 didn't apply for the $89 drain cleaning special. I felt deceived that they didn't give me the $25 off because they knew in advance that I called for the $89 drain cleaning special. The worker did a good job and was very professional.

I called Rooter Works to clean one of my outside drain pipes that had become clogged from what I thought would be leaves and tree seeds but was told by my gutter cleaning company that there were broken pieces of concrete and rocks that he pulled out of the end of the pipe, suggesting that I call for an inspection and cleaning. I called and was quickly scheduled for a same day appointment. The serviceman arrived at the appointed time and was able to determine almost immediately that the pipe was probably broken. To check that out, he inspected it with a telescopic device and showed me on the monitor various places where the pipe was indeed broken filled with rocks, dirt, tree roots, etc. He indicated that there would be no charge for the service and, indeed, the company sent me a bill with a zero balance and included an estimate on what it would cost to have the pipe replaced, should I decide to do that. I thought it was quite nice of them not to charge me anything for the service..

They've done it again!We've had Rooter works out a couple times for plumbing and water pipe related work and issues, and they're always prompt, show up quickly, and are great to work with! Daniel came out for this one and worked hard to clear a particularly difficult drain issue. Had a great experience with my technician, Daniel, who unclogged two shower drains and fixed a poorly installed pipe under a bathroom sink in my new condo. Daniel was super friendly and professional as well as very efficient. He fixed the drains fast and although he didn't have the correct pipe to correct what he called my bougie sink pipe, he set up a conventient time for the proper repair on the spot. Would recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

We've been having issues with our water pressure for the last couple months. Josh was able to come out right away and quickly diagnose the issue (faulty well pressure tank and fittings). He explained everything thoroughly and was honest about what we absolutely needed, what wouldn't hurt to fix, and what we could do without. We found a leak in our bathroom and called to have it checked out. Jim Witt came out that afternoon, a few hours after we called and right when they estimated on the phone. Jim was very professional yet personable, and we appreciated his transparency with pricing. Called Rooter Works over 2022 New Years weekend. I received a call back that monday morning by a courteous call staff. Explained to me that they couldn't make it out until the following day BUT would try to fit me in that afternoon. The next day Tech Daniel arrived on the time given by call 30mins prior. Friendly attitude and quick to get to the fix. Had most everything he needed on the truck but ran out to get more. Cleared our slow drain in the bathroom, Total clog in the kitchen and replaced the old damaged pipes under both. The next day we had a few small leaks show up so we called back and he was back out for a simple tightening very quickly. Would definitely use Rooter Works again in the future.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!I called and was able to get someone to evaluate the problem the same day, then they came back the next day (different technician) and repaired everything! I had a giant hole in the p-trap one of the tubs upstairs in the bathroom I just renovated. I had no idea, they found the problem. My house is very old and not very fun to repair, I was expecting something much worse happening to get this kitchen-flooding deluge under control. They did a great job, didn’t rip me off, and we’re very professional and friendly. From this experience, I would definitely call them first the next time I need plumbing work done!

Our shower was leaking into our entry way. Contacted The Rooter Works via Angie's List and within a few hours they sent a plumber. Cody Gibson was great... diagnosed the problem, found the source, and repaired it. Really nice guy. I'd call them again!

Sewer drain backup. Mr. Neal was prompt, professional, answered all my questions, and explained the sewer clearing process. Friendly too. Eventually needed to replace sewer line due to root infiltration, also opted to have some interior plumbing on sewer stack and water line. Josh M. did excellent work replacing stack, some old interior waste pipes, and installing sump pump, and came up with some creative solutions.UPDATE June 2022--Recently discovered that excavation crew replacing the sewer line broke and buried existing downspout drainage system, which was in plain view and acknowledged by the crew. In fact, the crew assured me that if the system was damaged during excavation they would restore it to its existing condition. Which they certainly did not do. The result being that water from the downspouts has been flooding the subsoil next to the foundation and a previously dry basement became wet. I would insist on the company fixing it but I do not trust them to do it correctly. They also tried to charge me $1350 for an OSHA-required ditch brace which was never on the site, but they removed the charge because I happened to notice they never employed it. (How many people would notice that?)I do not recommend this company if it involves excavation.

Somewhere in the upstairs bathroom was a leak that would drip in to my living room ceiling. I finally called about trying to figure out where the leak was coming from and to fix the problem. The next morning, Brian T. came to my house, took a 60 second look at my bathroom and all of the fixtures, and was able to identify the issue. Since the leak had been ongoing, he looked under the bathroom and into the internal piping to make sure he was correct and all the evidence was found a leaky tub and toilet, just as he suspected from the external inspection. He did a fantastic job of quickly indentifying the issues, fixing them, and he even cleaned up after all was done. Brian is very knowledgable, professional, and very much appreciated.

The plumber came out and provided a very thorough estimate and took his time to gather as much information as possible- including reaching out to the city of columbus. I contacted Rooter Works for a leak in my toilet and I wasn't sure what was causing it. The office staff were really professional and Shoe came to complete my work this morning. Shoe was on time, courteous, professional, super-efficient and pleasant! I would absolutely call Rooter Works again and would request Shoe - it is hard to find great people in the service industry and Shoe is one of the best!

Jim did a great job laying out the options and explaining his work. We had insurance hang ups so he had to come out three times, but Jim had a smile and a helpful demeanor the whole time. He was also able to replace a corroded emergency shut off valve and upgraded the fittings, quality work and great customer service!

Cody Gibson came out today and uninstalled our old shoddy garbage disposal and replaced it with a standard drain. He was super accommodating to my schedule — I was working from home, but couldn’t step away immediately. I had a very pleasant experience with this company! This was our first time working with them. Robert did work on our pipes, one of which was leaking and also installed our faucet in one of the bathtubs for us. We were presented with different options and price points and the work was done in a timely manner. Robert was explained what he was doing every step of the way and was incredibly courteous and pleasant to work with. I plan on working with them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

They came out to clear my downspouts out to the street and then made recommendations about the work that needed to be done there. They also checked out the sump pump and ran a camera down the line (at no additional cost to me) to show me the issues and make recommendations. I was given an estimate and clear explanation of the work that needed to be done and feel confident in hiring Rooter Works perform the work for me. So far a great experience.?

We had been without hot water for several days and they came out multiple times to try to remedy the problem. They worked with our schedule and we’re very responsive. Shoe was awesome, very professional and responsive which was a breath of fresh air. We just bought a house that needs a lot of work done, and Shoe and the Rooter Works was by far the most responsive and helpful.I had 2 old water heaters and he was able to tie the lines together and replace both with a tankless water heater and get rid of the old ones. We also wanted the laundry on the first floor clear across the house from where it was in the basement, and he ran lines for that without them being in the way of anything else I wanted to do in the basement. He also went above and beyond and found someone to get me a quote for the electrical work for the dryer.Best experience I've had with anyone since buying the house.

Let me also say to you as a Manager for a World Wide Shipping and Print Company, I have a tendency to very critical of customer service in people. Junior the technician responding was in my book excellent. He was courteous, friendly, wore his PPE and shoe protections and maintained the recommended 6 foot distance. I had my quote quickly. I placed my service call thru Angie's List late late last night, I had a email response within 2 hours and a phone call at 8:00 am. with the technician showing up within an hour.Definitely going in my speed dial for any future needs! She then worked diligently to get me another tech out today. One hour later Josh showed up to my door and started to fix my problem. It took him less than 4 hours to insert my new drain, test all the connections for proper seal and clean up after himself.Like I said before, The customer service, the professionalism from all involved, Junior, Michelle and Josh are above par. We recently had two yard drain lines replaced as well as two interior plumbing issues repaired. Everyone from Rooter works did an great job from start to finish. Jerrod came out to do the estimate and answered all our questions. Carl completed the interior work fast and efficiently. Tim and Craig worked hard to replace the exterior yard drains with as little disruption as possible. We experienced excellent customer service from all employees helping us with our plumbing issues. We will definitely use Rooter Works in the future.

We were experiencing a consistent leak from our water heater and no longer getting sufficient hot water for our garden tub. Put in a request through Home Depot and got a call within hours from Rooter Works, and they were able to come the next day. We recently had the pleasure of working with Josh Moone regarding a plumbing issue in our home. First of all, his office staff was very professional and promptly scheduled him to come over. While at our home, we found Josh to be very thorough, knowledgeable, and technically skilled in diagnosing and fixing our issue. I contacted Rooter Works to replace a shower in my house, I was able to get an associate out within 24 hours. They reviewed the situation quickly and started working immediately. The task was done in a quick time frame and done well. Asa finished the drywall after the shower was replaced and did a great job. Throughout the job he kept me updated for timing and what was happening. Rooter works was very quickly to address any minor issues and made sure I was aware of them and they were corrected. Overall they did an excellent job.

Rooter Works was recommended by an acquaintance. I wasn't completely happy with the company I had used last year, so I decided to try them. I'm glad I did. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the expense. I did think their price was a little high. But the gentleman was professional, on time, personable, and up front with all fees and pricing options. Also, knowledgeable and able to explain extra cost savings options.

After posting the review below, I received a call in a very timely fashion. Dave D. was sent out and assured me everything would be taken care of, gave timeframes of completion and stuck to it. Dave was very professional and did a great job on the concrete. The office made sure to stay in communication during this process. Today they graded out my yard and seeded the lawn. Thank you for correcting the issues. I now feel comfortable recommending this company.If I could leave a half star I would. So at this point it’s been over 3 months and my concrete has not been replaced. Mind you they told me it would be $1100 extra to cut out and replace the concrete slab (still waiting). I’ve called several times to which NO ONE returns my calls. The children can’t ride bikes, people cannot use the sidewalk. I was told by Tim, they would return in a week or two to grade out the yard they dug up, add grass seed and most importantly repair the sidewalk I paid for. This is a horrible way to do business, especially since an employee recommended this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Your customer service is trash. Send me my money and I’ll pay someone else to fix this concrete.

I am not normally the type of person that leaves too many reviews but I recently had a significant issue with calcium buildup in the drains in my house and Rooter Works did an outstanding job taking care of my problem. They were knowledgable, honest and very fair on their pricing.It was a multiple day process but they took the time and performed all the right steps to make sure the problem was addressed fully (calcium deposits removed from all piping) to prevent this issue from occurring in the future rather than just some band-aid type solution.I can guarantee you that I will never call any other company should I have have any drain related issues in the future. I strongly recommend using Rooter Works for you Drain and Plumbing needs.

Over 4th of July weekend, we discovered a leak from what looked liked the water heater. After having one of their team come to replace the water heater they discovered that the main service line was leaking, not the water heater. Will quickly contacted the office and had Brian come out to the house for an estimate. Brian quickly assessed the situation and gave us a quote. We scheduled us for the very next days. Brian returned the next days and fixed the problem. He worked with the C.O.C. to get everything approved. He was very polite and professional. Thanks to them we were able to get out water back on quickly.

Discovered that my hot water tank was leaking on 11/10/21. Called The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains and they were able to send a service tech out the same day to give me an estimate to replace the hot water tank. I scheduled the work to be done the next morning. Job was completed professionally with no issues.

My almost 20 year old water heater started to go out, so based on some word of mouth, I reached out t Rooter Works. The initial visit was with Kyle Brown. He went over all the feasible options with me and answered all the questions I had. I decided to go with the tankless. On the return visit, Kyle was professional in all aspects. Overall installation and ultimately the final explanation were smooth. Could not have been happier. Belated review, but based on that I can add that I've had absolutely no issues in the few months since.

I had them come out same day for a leak in the ceiling. Same day they found the leak and were able to fix it. Amazing work and super easy to deal with.

The hot water heater they installed was defective. 2 years later State the manufacturer of the tank authurised a new tank. But The Rooter Works want me to pay 750.00$. The do not stand behind the product they sell

I found my new plumber! Working from home now my basement is my office now and it needs to stay dry. I noticed signs that my gutter drainage might need work. I called The Rooter Works and they came out quickly. We came up with a solution that involved them hydro jetting my drains and putting a camera snake in them. They found cracked pipes that were leaking by my house. They might have just saved me thousands in foundation repair! They also were reasonably priced and I did not feel like I was paying a premium for great service like some of the other guys around here.

Eric was extremely helpful in finding out backwater valve and diagnosing our basement bathroom issues using their camera. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Same day service. Fair value. Will be a customer for the foreseeable future.

Excellent service from Nathan Shoemaker today! He reset our garbage disposal to get it working again but it was way overdue for a replacement and sounded terrible (just like before it stopped completely). I asked if he could replace it and he was very clear in providing estimates. I opted to have him replace it today. He explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand and provided helpful solutions to resolve any future problems. We had great conversation while he worked. It was very pleasant to have that part of my day be productive and enjoyable.

Jim was excellent! He was friendly and professional throughout and explained how/what he would be doing to install the water heater. We had a break in our main sewer line, and some issues with the seating of our upstairs toilet. Eric did a great job of diagnosing the problem and was very easy to work with and get the crew scheduled. Carl did our interior work for both the sewer and the toilet and was very helpful, offering options that would work best for us. Hot water disappeared from all taps, and then I discovered a big leak from the water heater in the basement. I found The Rooter Works through HomeAdviser.com, and was happy to be able to schedule a visit from them the next morning at 8am. Bryan came, had a quick look and told me that we need a new heater. The price he quoted seemed a bit expensive, but then he gave us a discount, and we agreed. He then went to get a new heater, was back very quickly and installed everything in less than 3 hours. The whole experience was quick and smooth. Bryan was very professional and courteous. I was happy we could fix thin problem quickly.

This company and their employees are amazing. For the 2nd time in 11 months, we had raw sewage back up in our basement. Both times, they had a tech to our home the same day. This time, on Thanksgiving Eve at 2:00, we discovered a sewage backup in our basement. They had a crew to our house within an hour! The crew of Tim, Daniel and Reggie were polite, respectful of our home and extremely professional. They had our problem fixed within an hour. Unfortunately, in our case of a 120 year old house, there are some serious problems that are yet to be remedied, but I wouldn't look any further than Rooter Works to do the job.

On 11/18/2021 a service technician by the name of Josh Moone confirmed that I had a natural gas leak in my basement. Josh pinpointed the leak and repaired it. Josh also pressure tested the entire system to confirm there were no other leaks anywhere within the system.To my knowledge, Josh performed an excellent job, did it for a reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time. Josh was very professional the entire time he was here and thoroughly cleaned up after himself when finished. He also thoroughly explained everything that he was going to do ahead of time, gave me a fair quote and noted any problems that might arise. Fortunately, everything went as Josh explained. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to use Josh Moone or The Rooter Works in the future.

Cody was very prompt and efficient. We were also happy with how easy it was to schedule a toilet installation. Cody politely answered our questions about the flange and seal. He also took time to advise us not to caulk around the toilet which we would of not known about otherwise.

The Rooter Works was called late in the day and the crew showed up on time and was genuinely nice and easy to work with. The problem was quickly diagnosed to be a larger problem than at first believed but was well within the capabilities of these professionals. Because the issue involved four condo units in the building there were some conversations among the various owners as to who would be responsible for the bill and this delayed the work. The Rooter Works was very patent with our delaying the repair, even though it was no fault of theirs and went beyond normal hours. Once the owners came to a consensus the repair was quickly completed and even some further repairs to individual units at no additional expense. This is great customer service, and all the owners could not be happier with the outcome. I would recommend Rooter Works.

Excellent experience with Rooter Works replacing an old leaking hot water heater. They came same day and replaced it with a new one within a few hours of setting the arrangement with no emergency required. Best of all, our plumber Jim did an unbelievably high quality job, replacing some old lines and valves and bringing the system up to code. He was extremely professional and educated me on everything I needed to know before he cleaned up. Great experience, definately recommend.

If you need help with anything plumbing related, you need to call Jack and Shoe at Rooter Works. These guys are the best. They don't beat around the bush. I have used their services plenty of times. They are always on time, diagnosed my problem, and had it repaired with a reasonable price. Never have I had to worry about them adding on costs that weren't needed. Trustworthy people for sure. Daniel Neal showed up for an emergency call and promptly troubleshoot all of my drain issues. We had multiple clogs. He double checked everything and even found an issue with one of the pipes that would have failed eventually. Woke up to a awful start to my morning. My back bathroom sink, shower and toilet were not draining. Very stressed I called the Rooter Works and they had someone out a few hours later. The second time I contacted Rooter Works, Jack Miller was the next professional plumber who was equally courteous and knew his stuff. He was on time, wore a mask and was thorough in his assessment of the issue. Elaine came out to my house this morning to check my kitchen sink that wasn’t draining properly. She explained everything thoroughly, was super friendly, gave me the necessary quotes — and when I thought the problem was non-urgent enough to wait a week for a fix, she scheduled me an appointment for next week. But then, this afternoon when our dishwasher developed standing water and I realized the problem was worse than I previously realized, she was able to come back in the afternoon to fix it! It was a 45 minute drive from her prior appointment, and it was later in the day, but she fixed the issue and was so upbeat and friendly the whole time. I’ll definitely request her again if needed. I was delighted with the quality of work received from the team of plumbers who recently performed service in my home. They were courteous, professional and clean. Very particular about their work. In addition they explained what they were doing during the process so I didn’t feel in the dark.

I had a leaking check valve on my sump pump. After trying to adjust it multiple times with no success I called someone out to look at it. Luckily, it just needed to be taken apart and reinstalled. He ran the sump pump twice to make sure it stopped leaking, and 3 days later it's still not leaking. He told me if that didn't work they would replace the part and gave me a quote. I was expecting a $50 service charge for coming out but they didn't charge me at all which was a nice surprise! My technician was David McDonald.

The Rooter Works gave be the best value in price through labor, parts, and warranty compared to any other company. My water heater broke and I upgraded to a brand new tankless system and I couldn't be happier. 10/31 Update to my previous review: I ended up having to have a much larger job done because the drain in my basement was badly deteriorated and the washing machine flooded the basement when run. Peter came out and was able to get the whole job done in a day. Super nice guy and did a great job!********Really quick turn around from my initial phone call to having someone come out and do the work. Gary was very friendly and knowledgable and did a great job!

Called with a (heavily) leaking & spraying toilet, they were super helpful over the phone and gave us a 2hr time window but got there way beforehand. Josh very quickly identified the issue and gave us some good info on some less-pressing issues with it for us to consider fixing in the future. Very professional, quick, and affordable! My water heater was leaking and Josh came right out, assessed the situation, provided me with options and completed the work. Given the age of the water heater, I got it replaced. Josh was able to run and get the supplies he needed and had it replaced and ready by noon. I had initially called another plumber, went to voicemail, and they didn't call back after 15 minutes, like the voicemail said. So I called Rooter Works, went straight to a live person and got the call scheduled. It was an easy, paperless, and COVID friendly experiencing. Josh (tech) was friendly and helpful.

Rooter Works called immediately after I made referral via Angie's List. Two other companies that got the same referral still have never called. They were able to come out the very next day. Aaron was amazing. All COVID protocols were followed, and he was always careful to cover his boots when he came into the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the sump pump, which only involved water seeping through a space where the sump's pipe goes through the wall. He had it repaired within an hour. Highly recommended.

They changed the pressure tank on my well system. I tried 2 other companies with no success at them keeping appointments. They responded very promptly, and completed work professionally, and as promised. I Would definitely recommend them.

Had to have these guys come out last year as well due to a cracked sewer pipe and a big silver maple in my yard that had filled the pipe with roots. They had told me then that without major repairs it would probably be a recurring problem, and they were right. Needed a new water heater. Made an inquiry at Home Depot and was contacted by The Rooter Works same day with next day installation scheduled. Jim showed up very early in the morning, quickly evaluated what needed to be done and moved ahead with the installation process in a professional, skillful and technically proficient manner. A review of the installation process, once complete, revealed a super clean installation of the new equipment. Jim explained the installation, instructions on how to care for the unit and how to ask follow up questions if necessary, very thoroughly. I also asked about the replacement of a few other valves, so I was able to resolve a few other issues that needed attention.

I called the rooter works to unclog my tub drain. The technician that first came out told me he couldn't help me and stated they needed to run a camera which I questioned and he stated you would be surprised what they can do and he would have to get a supervisor on the job. The supervisor Tim came out with a new technician D (DeLonn Merrill) and they got my tub open and draining in under two minutes. Plus they even cleaned up after the last technician did not. Tim and D definitely have me a great feeling about the work I had done. I'd definitely recommend The Rooter works plumbing and drains for all your plumbing and drain needs.

I called Rooter Works Plumbing and Drain, who was extremely responsive to my request. They understood that my situation was an urgent matter (I couldn’t use my kitchen sink or dishwasher), so they sent out Brian just a couple hours after I had initially called. Brian was very kind, courteous, and professional. After listening to my issue, he quickly identified the problem, and explained to me why my dishwasher had suddenly started leaking. Turns out my garbage disposal had been so backed up, that not only was my sink not draining (at all), it was also causing my dishwasher to leak. Who knew dishwashers were connected to garbage disposals? Not me! Anyway, Brian gave me a couple options in terms of which garbage disposal to choose, as well as his own personal recommendation. Once I made my choice, he was off to fetch the disposal/parts needed to do the job, which was all done within the same day. Brian even stuck around to ensure that my dishwasher was working properly and that there were no further leaks. 10/10 would use this company again, as well as recommend Brian to anyone needing plumbing and/or garbage disposal repair. Very happy with my service!

Power went out after range blew a breaker in the evening. They came first thing in am restored the power and the range had not been wired correctly by contractor. He also noted other safety concerns and provided estimate. He was VERY professional, empathetic, and friendly. He explained everything that he did and the estimates for the other three jobs as well. Needed a plumber because i thought there was a leaking pipe in my shower wall. I had a previous contractor look at it but wanted a 2nd opinion. I called rooter works and they came out within 24 hrs. They were scheduled to come in the morning. I appreciated the lady who works there calling and giving me an updated ETA. She let me know they would be later than planned. Once they arrived, i worked with a plumber named Brian. Brian was very friendly, professional, and i felt he was good at his job. He quickly identified that the leak was from the shower head not the wall. (Something the previous contractor had not informed me) We worked out a satisfactory price and he fixed the leak, replaced 2 shower faucet handles, and a leak with my water line valve and fixed it all the same day. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Initially things went well. I thought they had done an excellent job repairing my old broken main drain line that cost me thousands. I trusted their judgment with them being the experts. But now not even a year later the drain is broken again! Most likely due to their half way job leaving most of the old pipe they knew was compromised so they could get in and out faster. They'd even said it's not uncommon for pipes this old to break so in hindsight why wouldn't they replace the entire pipe they'd already dug up instead of just a portion? It's basically like they didn't fix a thing and now they've been avoiding calling me back to fix their mistake. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Brian went to work right away and determined the problem. He patiently and thoroughly explained the situation and answered my questions. He put my mind at ease because I had great concerns about the seriousness of the situation. He took great care to keep my house clean and cleaned up after himself. They did good work. However, the finance guy gave me some loan options. I picked the 18 month deferred interest loan without monthly payments because I had covid and was off work at the time. That is why I picked this option. If that option wasn't available, I wouldn't have had them do the work.. He told me I could make payments anytime as long as the loan was paid off before the 18 months was up and that I didn't have to make monthly payments. Well, unbeknownst to me, I started getting statements in the mail requiring a monthly payment. I feel taken advantage of by this company. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend this company because of the financing issue.

We had a clogged drain tile in our backyard. I called on Monday to schedule an estimate, they were out on Wednesday to give the estimate and returned the next day on Thursday to complete the work. They were here for several hours working relentlessly to solve the problem. We cannot express how grateful we are that they took the time to do the process repeatedly in order to unclog our drain tile. They were friendly, polite, engaging, and went out of their way to get the job done the right way!! After being in contact with 9 plumbers (3 of which actually came to my house and 1 of which tried to scam me), Rooter Works swooped in to save me and my newly purchased home. I needed a mainline cleanout installed and full jet cleaning of the line. Jerrod came out to do my initial estimate and immediately agreed to hop on my roof with his line camera so we could get the full picture of what was going on and where my mainline met the city sewers. He was very personable and did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the progress of my issue. The excavator crew was also great and gave me peace of mind. Since I was dealing with a costly project, I was also thankful that financing options were available (though their quote for services was still less than 1/3 of that quoted by another company). Praying that I will not need any more of their services soon but will definitely call them again if I have other issues!

I never thought I would say having our water heater replaced would be a great experience, but these guys made sure it was a painless process for us. Brian Merrill Sr. came out to to look at the water damage i had on my ceiling and was very friendly towards me and my family as soon as he walked in our home and i knew right then we had the right guy to do our job. He ended up installing a new toilet for us and it didn’t take him long at all. He was very helpful and gave me great tips to keep in mind especially having three kids at home. I called him out a second time to tape the spout up in my shower because i noticed dripping coming out of my bath spout. He came on time and moved an appointment back to get me in his schedule first thing in the morning and also didn’t charge me this time for taping the spout even though he drove 40 mins. to us. Rooter Works is rebuilding my trust in their company and it’s goals of customer satisfaction and quality plumbing at a fair price. Shortly after posting an earlier very negative review I was contacted by phone by Dave, the drainage supervisor. After discussing my earlier experience he said I should have been given several options to solve the odor problem at different price levels. I had only been given the most expensive option. He told me he was going to do two things: first, he gave me a 67% refund off of what I had initially paid, and second, he wanted to come to my house to see what was causing the continued odor and determine what could be done. On closer inspection he thought the problem was a leaking drain line from the washing machine to the basement main drain. Jerrod came by the next morning to video the drain to see for sure that it was leaking. Jerrod was very friendly, open, and professional. He showed my wife and I what he was doing and explained what he saw was going on. It was clear from the in-line video that the washing machine drain line had no water running throught it. The water was running under the basement floor and bubbling up into the basement drain. The odor was the stagnant water under the basement floor. Jerrod put together a thorough proposal to replace the non-functioning washing machine drain line and tie it securely into the whole drainage system for the house. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that the quoted price was about half what we were expecting. We are going ahead with Jerrod’s fix, and looking forward to an odorless basement.

I have nothing but high praise for the excellent service I received from this company. My drain wasn't draining properly, and it wasn't easy to figure out why, but the tecnicians eventually figured it out. Both Kyle and Jarrod were highly professional and very friendly. My husband & I decided to go with this company as they had good reviews. We were scheduled to have the company come out on a Tuesday at 3:30pm and the plumber called at 3:25 to cancel because they had an emergency. I thought ok emergencies happen..whatever. They had to reschedule a couple of days later. When the plumber actually showed up, he just looked at our leak, took a picture of it, went outside to see where the water line came in to our house and said he would have to have an estimator come out the next day and then just left without any other explanations. Guess what happened the next day..THEY CANCELLED AGAIN! My husband called to cancel the service and the customer service lady didn't even seem to bat and eye and just said Ok we will cancel your service.Their service definitely treated us like we weren't important so we will never be using them again in the future.

Jack, Jerrod , calob & Danny came out to my house due to no drainage out to the street. They hydro jetted our lines and found some minor issues and that the main issue was indeed our sump pump. We first lucked into this company when we needed a new water heater. They installed it the very next day, which was even a weekend, no extra charge. Aaron was very friendly and professional. He came back today when we needed to find the source of some water in the kitchen cabinet under the sink. Outstanding service! Ramona did an awesome job of getting me scheduled in on a Sunday! Angel came out to my home and he lived up to his name. Another leading plumbing company had been out four times to deal with a training issue and had been unable to fix it. The company sent BT, a man with a smile like the sun and personality to match. Matt Berger was the plumber that was assigned to us through Rooter Works plumbing.Matt was professional, very knowledgable, and not only provided excellent service but did top notch work!I would definitely use him again and even made sure he left his card so I could contact him directly!The reason this is a 4 star review and not a five star is it did take quite a bit of time to get a plumber to our home.we we're supposed to have one at our house on a Sunday and that was cancelled due to an emergency at another persons home.We did get him out there on Monday but not until after 5:00pm.It was OK for us as our issue was not an emergency but I would have preferred a faster turn around time.

I am beyond hesitant to ever call for a service person to come do work because on so many occasions I have to repair their repairs myself. I was going to fix this issue myself but the hardware store personnel discouraged me from doing so and suggested to just call a plumber . After looking at several plumbing contractor websites I decided to call Rooter Works bc the reviews seemed genuine and very favorable. I am very happy I did.RW was able to dispatch a plumber the same day I called. Big plus when you are dealing with a leaking drain pipe and unable to use your kitchen sink.When Derrick arrived, he did a thorough inspection of the plumbing issue and after a few minutes gave me two options of repair. I was very happy with the first option and asked him to go ahead and make the repair.Derrick did a great job repairing the plumbing issue. It was (as we found out) an old and very messy slow leak resulting from another plumbing services repair - or should I say NON REPAIR probably some 10 years ago. Derrick, I felt was quite ingenious in figuring out how to fix the leak which was in a very tiny space which also had some water damage. In creating more space around the pipe, he got a solid seal on the new fittings and repaired the leak CORRECTLY, THOROUGHLY, COMPLETELY and NEATLY, and very efficiently. I believe he was only here for a little over one hour from start to finish.When you find a plumbing or any other issue with your home, it can become quite stressful, especially when you find the small issue you think you have is actually a bigger issue. I was stressed, again bc of my distrust of the quality of work some service companies provide. As of today, 3 days after the repair was made by Derrick from Rooter Works, the drain pipe is still completely sealed and working properly and the wood surrounding the old leak is drying out.I truly!!! could not be happier! My mind is at ease!Thank you Rooter Works and thank you especially Derrick! I will call Rooter Works again if I ever have another plumbing issue.

After 13 hours here (cutting a hole in the wall of our upstairs bathroom and in the meantime messing up the wall) we took showers and both were still leaking.While fixing the leak he moved our fridge without putting something under it and made several scratches on our wood floors. After almost 7 weeks of broken promises of repair we finally got a refund.Wednesday when I received the refund I was told in a day or two I'd hear back about a floor repair. Saturday- still nothing. I have photos and text message proof to verify every bit of this. I'm so disappointed and mostly in the fact that my house is in worse shape than when we started. The guy put my wains coating back on the wall upstairs but I was told the paint and sealing would be corrected- nope, not done.Yes they gave a refund for the work they did that didn't correct the issue but I'm waiting on the other stuff to be made right. I've gotten nothing but the run around and lies of completion.I hate to do this but don't want anyone else to be put in the situation I have.

Kyle and Elaine were fast and efficient in locating a leaking water line that was covering our basement ceiling and belongings in water. They quickly determined that it was leak from our refrigerator supply line and wasted no time moving the fridge out, finding the leak in the line, and getting the right hose to make sure leaks don’t happen again. Will use for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!Phone receptionist was great as well. She promised quick response and the plumbers delivered the promised arrival time.

We had a very clogged shower drain. The Rooter Works was able to come out within 24 hours and were able to completely resolve the issue. The charged fairly and they were very professional. I will definitely be recommending.

I called Rooter Works on Sunday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for 8-12 on Monday to have my main drain cleared. They called at 8:40 saying they would be 30-40 minutes, but Hunter arrived in about 10 minutes. Not complaining about an early arrival, but a more accurate time would be appreciated - I was glad I didn't decide to hop in the shower or run a quick errand. Anyway, Hunter was very friendly and professional. He wore booties on his shoes and there were wheel covers on the drain snake which I appreciated. He also cleaned up after clearing my drain, which previous service providers have not done (and I always thought SHOULD be). The quoted price was steeper than I expected but they were willing to price match with my previous service as they said they do price match competitors. Overall a very good experience and will use them again!

Tim (Electrician) was called to replace electric meter base. He arrived on time and wore face covering (mask). He was all business, working fast and diligently and also answering all questions we had. He was tidy and did not leave any debris on our property. We were very happy with his work. Next day Tim called us and verified that all our electric appliances and light fixtures are working properly. I strongly recommend Tim to anyone who need electrical work done.

Review update - new toilet leaking within days. In all fairness I was told floor needs to be replaced, water damage made install uneven. I was told no rush, but needs to get done in next couple of years. I called a general contractor within a week who found the the $650 toilet “fix” was still leaking. So again, $650 later - no fix, and paying a general contractor to do correctly.BT was professional, he took his time diagnosing the issue and offered one solution ensuring it was fix properly. He explained he’d normally give 2-3 options - options would be bandaids. New toilet installed same day, great service. Followed covid protocols, friendly, highly recommend. Thank you BT!

Brian Taylor (BT) with Rooter Works was able to quickly locate a leak in my master shower that had caused a drip into my dining room. He quickly replaced my shower head, faucet, and drain. In addition, he created an access point to be able to locate these issues in the future. When the work was complete, I asked for an estimate on my exterior water spigot. BT was able to to prepare the estimate, acquired the parts, and replaced the exterior spigot too! Not only that, but he made a shut off valve so that I can shut it down in the winter months. The pricing was reasonable, and service was amazing! I recommend Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains, LLC for all of your Central Ohio plumbing needs!

The two guys who dug up and repaired my storm drain (Dave and Alex, I think their names were) did a good job, and explained what they found and why the problem had been causing water to back up and stand. I called Rooter Works for an estimate to unclog the drain to my kitchen sink, water was backing up into the sink and would not completely drain. When technician, DeLonn arrived at my home he inspected the drain and gave me an estimate for the job. I agreed to the estimate and DeLonn got to work. After more than an hour of snaking the drain, we realized that the job was more involved than we initially thought. DeLonn provided me with a new estimate for the additional work which was fair for the time involved. He ended up replacing a ten foot section of drain pipe that looked to be about 95% clogged with about 20 years of kitchen waste. We had a gas leak under our house that was built on a platform in 1942. After Columbia Gas diagnosed the issue, Seth came out to our house in Canal Winchester and addressed the issue. He crawled under the 18 in clearing to replace the worn out pipes and made sure it was done right. He then returned to do a test to verify the leak was taken care of. The manager even came out to inspect our issue. We are very pleased with the level of quality from Rooter Works, and especially from Seth who went above and beyond to fix the issue. Peter, Ian, Hunter and Cody have worked above and beyond with our sewer line repair from our basement to the outside of our house. My husband and I have used The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains for several plumbing issues. The plumbers, Nathan Shoe and Angel, were both knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. Several times Nathan went above and beyond. We had leaky pipes he came out early afternoon and stayed until late evening to finish the job. Another time, we had a gas scare in our basement—we thought it was from the new water heater installed, which it wasn't. It ended up being a ventilation issue. Other service people were pointing fingers at the other, but Nathan was concerned about doing his job right. He made a few adjustments and followed up with us later that day and a week later to make sure we were safe and the issue was fixed by the HVAC company. When Nathan was tied up with another job, he called ahead and said Angel would be out instead, who was also great! My well pump finally gave in to old age and my pressure tank was on its last leg. I called The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains (Marysville, Ohio) based solely on the excellent reviews the company has received from other customers. I was not disappointed. Technician Brandon Mayer could not have been more professional, courteous, or knowledgeable regarding the issues at hand. He worked quickly and efficiently to restore my water within a couple of hours. We woke up to a leak in our 20 year old water heater and knew what was in store. I called Rooter Works at 8:15am Friday morning and got a call back at 8:45am saying a repair person was 30 minutes away. They came, told us we needed a new unit which we knew, gave us a VERY fair price for a 40 gallon unit and came back with it and installed by noon. This was the most efficient home repair service ever! I highly recommend.

We had a backed up sewer line and I contacted Rooterworks. They came out and got right to work They ran a power auger but it got blocked at 85 ft. Both guys were great ( Eric and John?? ) very personable and knowledgeable about the issues with older houses. I learned some interesting things about my 100+ year old house .The blockage was located and marked. They sat me down and went through all the options available. The area had to be dug up. Rooterworks had several payment options that made it hurt less.The day of the dig, three different employees came, all very personable knowledgeable and ready to work. They finished in about 8 hours overcoming several obstacles.Overall, I have no complaints with the employees or the work. They are hard workers and got the work done. The only complaint I have is with the city inspector. We had to wait a week for some guy to show up, look in the hole that was being dug and leave, all within 45 seconds?Good company!

I had work done in my laundry area and it was not done correctly. The next morning I woke up to water leaking from underneath the wall. Had a great experience today! A bathroom sink had a tough clog and the technician was able to clear it.

Needed a bathrub drain replaced so called them up. Had a little bit of scheduling issues at first but we were able to work them out. Angel came out and did a quick and clean repair at a great price. My house has major sewer line issue that I thought had been previously resolved with another company from a flood last year, but they came back up again. Anthony Dowdell came out the first day to try and solve the problem, it turned out to be a more difficult problem than he initially thought it would be but he maintained a proffessional attitude and did what he could do, but as it turned out he could only put stop gap measures in place (which was greatly appreciated because he was working on the sole toilet for the residence). The next day first thing in the morning he showed up with a partner and some equiptment that was not available the day before. Together the two of them worked to solve and overcome unforseen problems as they occured. Granted the final bill was a more than the initial estimate but the problem seemed more involved than first thought. What I am saying is I do not feel like I was cheated or taken advantge of because Anthony explained everything that was going on (and going wrong) and what and why something was needed to fix it. He also pointed out potential future problems but not in a scary way meant to make me say FIX IT NOW! All in all I feel I got very good service at a fair price. Thank you.

Technitions were not best at repairing job and at first was charged way to much for what little was done. Nathan Shoe, manager, called me after i called and filed complaint. He is the nicest and most professional manager i have ever spoke with. He refunded me some of my money back and then continued to talk to me about the company. The customer service reps were very professional but I was told that a plumber would arrive, give me a quote, and be prepared to do the work. The plumber arrived smelling of onions and apologised for eating a gyro before entry. Told me he had another job an would not be able to do this one until tomorrow or later in contrary to what was communicated. I then received an inflated price quote but told how it can be done easily using YouTube. I opted for another company as a result.

I called and they had an appointment just a couple days away and were prompt on the day. We called about a leaking sprayer hose and were given a quote for $685 to replace the entire faucet with a new “luxury” faucet. When I was incredulous, he offered to just provide the labor for replacement at a rate of $275. When he left he assured us we would receive an official quote via email. We have waited a few days, and even called to follow up but have still not received a quote. Fortunately, we were able to go to Lowe’s and buy a replacement part for $12 to seamlessly fix the sink.

In the middle of a very bad cold spell this winter, a water pipe to the outdoor spigot busted. We had to turn off the water to the house. They came very quickly and were able to remedy the issue, which was great. While repairing the problem, they looked at our water heater that had been leaking a small amount of water from the pipe going into the tank, which we were ignoring, thinking it wasn't that big of a deal. Well, it was and the water heater needed replaced. They were able to replace the water heater that day as well and really worked with us on the price. I had called another well known company in our area and they gave a $3,000 quote over the phone, without even looking! Rooter Works came right out and the fix for the burst pipe was less than $150!. We highly recommend this company!

He was thorough, found the issues, let me know what needed to be done, the potential of not being able to find parts due to the age of our home, called while he was out to let me know he was going to be out a little longer than planned, found the part and fixed our shower. Ill make it simple I had a leak that was caused from them and they told me they would have to cut the ceiling out to fix the leak but because it was there fault that there insurance would cover the repairs by the way I was talking to one of there managers the whole time that's who told me this stuff. Long story short because I was a fool to trust them and not record everything they now claim they made no such statements and don't have documents of it and now I have to pay for all the repairs that they caused to my ceiling and wall. Don't waste your time from theses people. Also I have gave this company over 10k in plumbing repairs and they still did this to me. My technician today was Aaron,he was absolutely amazing! He arrived on-time, dressed in proper PPE, and maintained social distance. I needed to install a new dishwasher in place of old uninstalled. Called Rooter Works to get an estimate, was told that estimates not given over phone, scheduled an appointment, tech came to our house and estimated the dishwasher installation at $450.00(??), all parts I have provided, this price for connecting two hoses, drain. and water. Unbelievable!!

On Monday, we had a mess in our basement from the sewer backing up. My husband called Rooter Works Plumbing and they sent out Jack who explained thoroughly what needed to be done, what would help in the future plus what had caused the problem. Jack was polite, neat and efficient in his work and the pricing was reasonable. He covered his shoes plus the wheels of the machine he used and tarped the floor all around where he was working. He was in and out of our house in a little over an hour and everything is functioning great. We really appreciate his knowledge, explaination, and willingness to answer our questions. Plumbing issues are a nightmare! My sump pump was not running properly and my basement was flooding! Delonn was great, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Not only that, he gave me advice and suggestions to help prevent the problem in the future! This company is awesome, their techs are too!!!

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about the awesomeness.Short Version: They worked hard, were honest, and stayed with me until the job was done, even after a few curve balls were thrown in. I am wildly impressed.Long Version: The contractor the built my laundry room was a moron. He did a ton wrong and I had no idea. So when we hooked up our washing machine, water started spewing up out of the pipe.Rooter Works comes in on short notice, sends out a guy (Justin) who fixes the dumb stuff the original contractor messed up. Then he discovers the that line was clogged up, after he does his best to clear the line, he calls in backup.The second guy does what he can with the snake, but it's just not enough to get the job done. So our new guy (Eric) leaves and comes back with this water jet machine and a few minutes later our pipes are draining like new copper!Seriously, these guys worked hard, explained what they were doing, and were honest about the troubles I was facing. It was a fantastic experience. I now know who I'm calling when I have a plumbing issue!

My sink and shower drain have been clogged up for so long they were starting to smell and I wasn’t sure how to fix it and didn’t want to get any nasty on me. Jack came over almost immediately and took him less than 30 minutes to get everything unclogged and running again! I do recommend this business to anyone having issues they are very quick, professional, and efficient!!!!

I had Dustin d my technician and get was great. Very thorough, answered all of my questions. Didn't mind me hanging around to watch and told what my steps would be should they have been escalated. Comes with a 30 day warranty if it back up again it's free for them to come back out and take another look. I feel good about what they did and would work with them again.

In an attempt to save a few dollars and to take pride in ownership of my own place, I decided to tackle a tub to shower conversion in my guest bathroom after receiving 2 quotes from some local bathroom remodeling companies. One quote just to take out the walls down to the studs, remove the tub and replace with new drywall, an acrylic shower base and acrylic walls with a basic sliding shower door was $8k. The second quote was just as much.So off to the warehouse improvement stores I went to price out all of the materials and pick out my the items I wanted.In one weekend, I was able to get the demolition completed and was ready to get started on the meat and potatoes of the project. After the tub was removed, I discovered that the water lines would need moved since they were on the outside of the studs. After getting some advice from my Facebook friends, I was convinced that I could tackle the relocation with some Pex and Shark Bites. Shark Bites are definitely a gift to plumbers but you just need to be sure that you get the correct ones. After many trips to the big box warehouse improvement stores and a small fortune invested in Shark Bites, I finally had my lines put together. However, after turning on the water, my handy work was soaked along with my pride.After 2 day of no hot shower, I called The Rooter Works at night and received a call back the next day. At 9:48am, Marcus was at my door step and I showed him my attempt at becoming an amateur plumber. Marcus applauded my attempt and worked up 3 quotes for me. After discussing each one, I went with the Silver option that fit my budget and accomplished all I needed to put my project back on track.Marcus was professional and knowledgable in his craft. He even returned a good portion of my Shark Bites that were not compatible with the materials I was using so that I could return them and receive a refund. The plumbing project did take a bit longer than anticipated but that was a very small inconvenience to the bigger picture of having running water in the house and being able to complete tasks such as running the dishwasher, washing machine and being able to take a shower.The Rooter Works was there for me in a time where I needed some professional services and it was done right.

They came out on a Saturday when we had a hot water tank leak and no running water with 2 small kids at home. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our problems and explained everything in a way we could understand. Great dude, great service. Will recommend to friends and family!

Tyler Dewalt was fantastic! We have been hiring a lot of contractors lately and have been disappointed almost every time. I was very concerned about hiring another contractor to have something important done right. Tyler spent time with me to explain the required details to be up to code and was extremely knowledgeable regarding how to properly install hot water heaters. By the time Tyler was finished and packed up I was extremely pleased with the results and the experience.

Tyler Dewalt was very professional and explained everything to me with my old hot water tank and the new hot water tank being installed. We ran into some difficulties but everything was told to me so I could fully understand. He left the workplace clean and was very efficient for the two days at our house.

Today Shoe (Nathan Shoemaker) came to fix an issue with our water heater. He was very polite and friendly! He also got the job done in a timely manner. I hope that if we have a plumbing issue again in the future that he is who comes to help! :)

On Thursday, July 8 2021 I had the misfortune of having a clogged toilet. I tried to use plunger, but to no avail. Then I had the good fortune of having Elaine of The ROOTWORKS sent to my home. She was prompt, courteous and professional. She got straight to work and had everything running smoothly in no time. She also noticed a minor problem and resolved it as well.. Thank you ROOTERWORKS and thank you Elaine or a job well done and your pleasant attitude during the whole time. Service like this is very rare these days.

I used to have a 5 star rating for these guys from my first 2 jobs, but my most recent experiences have not been good. I've used them before and thought they had been a good value (vs Roto Rooter at least), but at this point I can't trust them.My first issue is that while I had some work done in a bathroom I was charged $425 but the invoice doesn't explain the charge. I've called them 4/5 days last week and no one can answer why I was charged and nothing has been done about it.I looked past this (as I figured they would get back to me) and scheduled an appointment for last Tuesday because I had a leak in a shower pipe and I wasn't going to continue using it while it was leaking. The evening they were supposed to come out I called to see if they were coming out and they said they were. That didn't happen so the next day I called and asked when they were coming out, and they told me they would come that day. Again, that didn't happen so I called in and eventually talked to someone who said I would be prioritized the next day. The next day they showed up at 4pm (scheduled to show up between 1-5) and after waiting all this time to get an easy fix (I kept telling them it would take less than 30 mins when scheduling) they quote me at $200 and that's all labor, I had the materials. So I waited 3 days for a quote of $200 (their initial quote was actually $300 but there was a $100 deduction) for 10 mins of labor. In case you were wondering how difficult the job was: They cut a pipe a resoldered a new one with a coupling and valve and charged me $200.I understand you need to make a profit, but I don't live in a high cost area and that rate of labor is $400-600 per hour for LABOR. I was looking forward to using them in the future, but they've really turned into a less responsive Roto Rooter twin.

This was probably my favorite experience as a customer. No hot water was coming in through my shower at all and I called to have someone come out and help me locate the issue. I was afraid the hot water tank went out and it did. I have a little brother who has downsydrome and we have one shower so I needed this fixed immediately. Jerrod came out and was the absolute best to work with. He kept me informed the entire process. He was so easy to talk to. He didn't give me a sales pitch but really seemed to want to help solve my problem without breaking the bank. During this time, I actually accidentally locked my dogs in my bedroom and he stopped what he was doing to try and help me. He was amazing. He was able to fix everything in the same day.

My tech Brian was fantastic he was through and even went the extra mile to set everything up the way my family preffered. Would have rated 5 star but the company did have to reschedule on me however I do not hold this against our tech.

I just wanted to leave a positive comment after the first one I left. The manager Michele called me back with a half hour of my experience. She explained that there was a mistake made. And owned it. Also she renewed my appointment and promised next day service that Tammy originally gave me. So I'm happy to report that there was an attempt to reconconcile which was gladly accepted and appreciated! Thank you Mi chele!

Shower drain was clogged. I called 2 other companies and they could not provide services until Thursday (4 days from today). So I called Rooter Works at 10:30 am and they showed up at 12:30 p.m. Delonn Merrill was efficient and effective. was done by 1:20 p.m. would recommend The Rooter Works for all plumbing and drain needs.
