Chris from Roto Rooter was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed my problem immediately. He cleaned out my drain line multiple times and blasted water to clean it out. I couldn’t be happier.

Blake was great and very helpful. There was a lot of miscommunication with scheduling and some other things. Nothing that was Blake's fault. He was always there and prepared to complete the job. Many other factors caused delays

They explained what needed to be done but didn’t seem to want to do the work to fix it even though I approved their exorbitant estimate. Had to get someone else to dig the line and add a part to connect two lines which required a trip to Lowe’s (even though repairman told me it was a special part that he would have to drive to a special plumbing store to pick up). All of this was after I had paid $450. to snake and hydro jet the line to find the blockage. He had no interest in fixing the problem at all.

Always a great experience very friendly and courteous. They do great work everytime! Recommend to all our friends and family.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Along with the rest of the staff we have used through custom care. We were very pleased with Montana. Thank you very much.

I put in a request for a same day appt on a Saturday and they were there within a few hours. We got a new hot water heater installed on a Saturday! Great service!

Hayder was wonderful! Extremely professional, consistently made sure we were clear on what was happening and constantly asking if we had any more questions. Was very thorough in checking everything and anything, making sure everything was in order and there were no more problems. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that has an issue inside their house!

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!

Overall though, great experience!

As always, Amanda Plumbing takes fabulous care of me and my home needs. I would never call anyone else. Hot water tank “died”, I called the next morning and before 5pm a tech was at the door with a replacement. Steve was fantastic, let me know what he was doing and was so helpful. The gal in the office, jumped right in that morning and took care of me. With care and Service like that, why go anywhere else. Thanks, you all are the best.

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.
