Find anyone else. I got to a appointment time and 1hr after that time I got a rude phone call telling me another hour until someone would be here. So after 6 hours of waiting a young kid who knows nothing about my situation tells me he doesn't know how to even do my job. Then he tells me a supervisor would be out and I never received a phone call or nor did anyone show up. Find anyone else!!! Only one star cause I had to.

Discount plumbing had a professional out the same day. They were also reasonably priced and they fixed the problem within an hour. Will defiantly use them again over some of the more expensive plumbers that just try to sell you on a big fixes so they can make money. A+++++ to Discount plumber.

Jake and Jonathan arrived on time and fixed the leaky shower head in my house's master bathroom. With the COVID-19 crisis happening, each took care to wear gloves and masks to protect my wife, daughter and myself. They explained what the problem was and what part(s) were needed to fix it. The only negative was the overall cost being a little too high, considering all they did was change the water cartridge.

Amazing service

Purchased a hot water heater. Had it installed by a certified installer and it would not work. Called Worly, they made us call another number and the person there would not answer questions about returns or refunds, acted like we were Stupid. Let them speak directly to the installer, treated him the same. After testing the product it was found to be defective. Total run around.
Now when we get the needed part, we will have to pay overtime to get the installer back out. Worly will do nothing to help.
