Called to clear backed up toilet. Went in through shower drain. Apparently punctured pipe as now water seeping through ceiling below. Also “volunteered” to check toilet and scared the porcelain. Also decided to check slow draining sink which I did not ask for. Broke sink drain off inside wall. Overcharged for initial drain cleaning. $400 ! Will cost over $1,000 to repair the damage they did. I finally just told him to leave. Did not want any more damage. Would not allow them anywhere near my house in the future. Everything he touched was damage. Like a bill in a China shop.

Installed a new gas line to convert existing wood burning fireplace to gas. Very knowledgeable and had zero reservations with the quality of their work. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t get my pilot light lit on my water heater. I had missed a step! They lit it for me for no charge!

I have hired this company twice through IGS Insurance.
They are very fast and reliable. The plumber was very good at fixing things. The service is really good.
The price not through the insurance company is a bit expensive, but compared to The Eco Plumbers, the hydro jet drain cleaning fee was 1/4 cheaper than Eco Plumbers.
I hired on May 17th for main sewer Drain cleaning from The Eco Plumbers, the problem was not solved and only money was wasted.
On May 18th DrainMaster came and solved the problem. Since then, no problems have occurred to this day.
The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a plumber, who came out on October 14th, not only spoke unkindly and bluntly, but also did not listen to explanations and made an incorrect diagnosis in the first place.
I met 4 plumbers from this company, all 3 were friendly and professional.

When I called to make an appt.. they scheduled it for the very next day. Prior to the set appt., they notified me that Aaron would be there within the hour and sent a photo and name of the technician...Aaron H whom by the way arrived promptly, identifying himself and covering his shoes before entering my home. He immediately identified the problem, gave a price, and proceeded to repair the issue. I was very satisfied with the work. He was very professional. I would highly recommend this company MR. Water heater wasn't working. They were at my house within 2 hours when majority of other plumbers had a waiting list of 6 weeks on average. Very friendly, and fixed my water heater within an hour. Definitely recommend

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Everyone was very accommodating especially when it was an emergency with the basement flooding. Scott Cook #0064 , the plumber found the problem quickly and fixed it in one day. The guys doing the clean up were very professional also and went right to work. Everyone was very kind in explaining me the processes and answering all my questions. Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

The truck they’re using has a broken left headlight and their driver likes to weave in and out of the left lane on top of that.
