We were getting water in our basement and got some crazy quotes and crazy solutions.Someone recommended I call Best Plumbing. The owner spent half an hour or more on the phone with me, had me take pictures and and talked me through things. He was able to figure out it was our sump pump and
which model we needed. He did all of this on the phone with me with no committment on my end. The price was very reasonable also. We are very grateful and impressed with their service!

Had a sump pump go out. Made the call and they were here in less than 1 hour. Tech was very friendly. Pricing was on point. I have used different companies before but Best Plumbing knocked it out of the park.

The Tech Mark was outstanding explaining everything he was doing as well as answering any questions I had.

I will be using them for all future needs.

I had a leak from the pipe going into my hot water tank. Called around to get a service person all told me it would be four to five days before they could come. This company told me they could be here the next day. The repair man, Mark P. , was a blessing. He analyzed the problem quickly and did the repair. He was WONDERFUL. I would recommend this company to all. They know what they are doing and CARED I was in a crisis. Thank you Best Plumbing, New Albany

We had a dripping shower faucet and a toilet that took forever to fill, though it did not leak. We have an old house and the husband does like to mess with old pipes. Called Best Plumbing, they were able to come out the same day. The Tech, Mark Pennell got both fixed in no time. Great job highly recommend this company and tech. Thank you

I called super early which is rude of me, but Mark answered and talked me through our issues. He had some time in his schedule Open up that day and came out and fixed it. Was super nice and considerate.

Best Plumbing Ltd is absolutely the BEST plumbing service around. Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

Excellent! I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! I really appreciated the teaching moment which will save me time and money in the future. Extremely friendly, I would definitely recommend and use again if I have future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Best Plumbing is truly the best! They have great customer service and always do great work. They installed all our plumbing in our new home. They have also been out to service our hot water tank and fix some toilets for us. I highly recommend them!

wow! I have used local plumbers in the past for my needs and need to say this is the BEST service I have ever had. The company and the plumber/technician that serviced my problem was not only quick but resolved my problem with class and efficiency. Excellent! 5 stars! Reasonable rate as well.

Used them once, and they were great. I just tried to use them again. And the girl who I talked to was obviously new. I have a leak under our house. And she said she had never heard of a leak under a house. And she didn't think they could help me with that. And she didn't know who to even tell me to call. I was just blown away by her response. ?‍♀️

Jim and Mark, Thank you! Don't hesitate to call this company. Very friendly and quick response to my phone call placed at 5:54 a.m.! Was talked through my morning crisis, and instead of a needing a plumber and charged a service fee, was told that I probably needed a dishwasher repairman.

Kirk came out to fix a gas leak on what was the coldest day of the year (so far)... It turned out to be more like three different leaks. Definitely not the easiest job, but he showed his 20+ years of experience. Needless to say, I would call best plumbing again without question. Thanks!
