Best Tankless Water Heaters in Columbus OH

Timely response, but expensive. I've been having a few issues at a rental property lately, most of which they fixed. Most recently, however, I was charged $200 for the plumber to come out and tell me that my broken valve stem is old, corroded and will not budge. This much I knew from trying to remove it myself - but I guess you're paying for the expert opinion. Now I'm out $200 and the problem still very much exists. This poses a great question... what's the motivation to do a great job when you'll get paid just for trying?? BTW... I was told the $200 charge was because the plumber had to access his tools to diagnose the problem. As opposed to what, just staring at it to figure out what is going on?In a pinch I might use Waterworks again, but not if I can help it.

Service was great from my initial phone call to scheduling, and to getting the job done. Blair was great... kind, helpful, and very professional. Plumbing work from Baumann is first rate; these guys are skilled tradesmen and I truly appreciate their work!

Everything about Apex was top notch! We purchased a toilet and had another plumbing company scheduled to come install it the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. That company ended up not doing the work and we were left with no toilet right before 15 people were coming for Thanksgiving! I called Apex and they sent Nate Shaffer over the same day. Nate was so professional and courteous and gave me a quote for the job. He came back the next day and installed the toilet and replaced the shut off valve. I like how you know exactly what the price will be before the work starts. Nate provided top notch service and I recommend him highly!!

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable! I will be call them for future plumbing needs.

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.

Gary was very professional and punctual.. I already recommended him to another job for my Grandparents.. Come to find out he did their water heater the next day.. I am definitely using him on other jobs in my house.

I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing recently for a water heater issue, installation of new heater and for a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal install. Appointments were easy to schedule and I received calls on the day of letting me know the plumbers were on the way. They were experienced, professional and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. Everyone was very personable as well and explained the steps they were taking to complete the service calls. Old Hilliard Plumbing is the company I will be calling for all my plumbing needs.

I had been waiting all day for a different company to show up and inspect my leaking water heater. I called Water Heaters Now! at 5:00pm. This company talked me through my water heater issues on the phone prior to installation. I felt listened to and respected. They gave me a quote over the phone, and appeared first thing the next morning. They honored the quote and went above and beyond to replace my leaking water heater. They are top-notch. Highly recommend!

Worst plumbing company that I have dealt with. Alex was patience at first and became not patience when we keep finding small water droplets in the shut off valve. He told me that he will tell his office to cancel the work order. So that the home warranty can send another company out. But then the office told the home warranty that the work is done. I have picture and video to show there are still water leaks. Planning to work with the news center about the issue.

Update- the home warranty called Another plumbing company to fix the issue that this company was not able to handle. The new plumbing company said they will report this company to the home warranty because the job was not done right at all. If anyone interest feel free to contact me and I can give more info. The new plumbing company was able to fix the issue within half an hour that this company was not able to fix. Run away from this company!!!!

From the owner response, to me it seemed there was a disconnect of communication between the tech and the company. If the issue was fixed by this company why did home warranty have to send another company out to clean up this company mess?

Make sure to check better business bureau. The last time I check this company rank was not good. So do your homework!!

Received EXCELLENT and TIMELY service from this company. We discovered our water heater was not working on a Friday night. (because the rule of all appliances is to break down on evenings and weekends, right?) Water Heaters Only is open 24 hours so I called right away to get on the schedule. Tim went out of his way to walk us through some troubleshooting through texts and photos and helped us narrow down the issue, which ended up being a faulty control valve. The was a slight delay in sourcing the part due to supply chain issues but once the correct part was available, a tech came over right away to complete the repair. I didn't catch the tech's name but he was very friendly and completed the repair in a very short time. Very satisfied with the level of customer care and the rates. I'm happy to give them our repeat business should the need arise.

We’ve used D&L Plumbing a few times now and they have been fantastic. They were able to install a gas line to an outdoor fireplace when we were told by our contractor it couldn’t be done and he basically bailed on us. Not only was D&L able to install the gas line but they really cared about keeping the costs low for us. They also took care of some leaky plumbing that could have caused a lot of damage. We highly recommend them.

We hired Gunther to move our kitchen water lines and they were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond, gave us a fair estimate and Jared our plumber was knowledgeable, punctual, extremely professional and did a great job with the install. We could not have asked for more.
