Best Tankless Water Heater Maintenance in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

We've used Waterworks for years, and are very happy with them. We always ask for Mike S., because he's courteous, prompt, knows his stuff, and communicates the problem and solutions with us. They're not the cheapest plumbing service in town, but they're worth the money, because they're so reliable. I know that when Mike fixes something I won't have to worry about leaks.

I use drain masters on all of my plumbing needs. If I am in a pinch they will always call, and show up. They clean up any of their mess from work.

Guys were good. Had to crawl into some VERY tight spaces... like horror film tight and claustrophobic.

My husband and I called for a week, no one ever came, and no one returned my calls or my husband's. I took my business elsewhere.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Quality work. Very courteous and professional. On time. Thorough. Took the time to explain everything. No games and no surprises. Full disclosure up front of any/all potential charges. I called at 1:30 pm and had a new water heater completely installed before 5:30 pm. Nice touch of an insulated coffee mug as a gift. Would recommend without hesitation.

The technician was prompt, and tidied up after the repair. I called back because I thought there was still an issue- he came back out and walled me through what I needed to know to understand my new product. Turns out there was no issue!!! I will definitely use them again!

Had a leak in my water supply. David Doran tightened the valve stem packing nut, stopped the leak. I recommend D&L. Fantastic job.

Hayder was wonderful! Extremely professional, consistently made sure we were clear on what was happening and constantly asking if we had any more questions. Was very thorough in checking everything and anything, making sure everything was in order and there were no more problems. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that has an issue inside their house!

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!

Overall though, great experience!

This is an example of you get what you pay for.These guys did great the first 2 times they came. The third time I wasnt home and my wife was home. Aside from Craig( the plumber) using uncalled for language and storming outside in anger cause he couldn't get my drain unclogged and leaving an absolute mess and telling my wife your husband will have to clean up the mess they got the job done. But the next day I was downstairs and heard water running. Lone behold there a hole in my pipe. I called the manager hoping I just got a bad crew but it was apparent he had no interest in investigating wether or not it was his angry employee just being rough that could have caused this damage. He said my pipes were rusty which doesnt explain why they left it that way and didnt mention it to me or my wife. After having a friend who is a plumber check it out he said there was nothing wrong with the pipes and this was a case where the plumber was being rough. I deal with angry customers every day and have to solve problems similar to this but these situations truly defines companies. The manager hung up on me after I asked him what he would do in my situation lolz It's a real bumber. I'd rather pay more than use these guys.

We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about. For anyone that needs his expertise, we would not hesitate to recommend him for their plumbing needs!

From the moment I reached out until the job was completed, Jason was very responsive to my questions and gave me options to consider in whether to repair or replace my 7 year old gas hot water tank. Everything was quick, easy and painless. He had the best price of the companies I had quoted and within less than 48 hours, I had a new tank and hot water!
The gentleman who installed the tank (along with Jason) answered any questions I had as they were installing the tank. From the time they arrived to the time the tank was installed and they were leaving was a quick hour and 15 minutes. Within 30 minutes, my hot water was abundant.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.
