Best Sump Pump Maintenance in Columbus OH

These guys were a Christmas miracle! (this post is a bit late but I have been meaning to leave them a great review)
Our water main busted two days before Christmas. Two crew members came by our home to check out the issue that very night. They gave us a quote and scheduled an emergency start for that following Monday, right after the holidays. They were knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend!

Stacy was friendly and professional. She cleaned up the space and explained what she did when she was done. She also showed me how to test the sump pump. Great experience.

Mike and Travis had to replace one of our downspout drains but they got the work done in a day and we’re able to contain the impact to the yard nicely.

They were very respectful and professional I recommend them to anybody that need to have an inspection or installation the got here on time and explain everything they were doing so you know what’s going on

My sink backed up I thought it was garbage disposal. But it ended up being a clogged drain. And one of the pipes under my sink had not been connected. And my repairman stated that after unclogging drain I should be fine. But I took option “B” and had him replace the pipe as well. He was very courteous and easily explained everything to me. He also cleaned up and was very cautious of my home.

So far so good. Excellent and responsive scheduler. No shenanigans, unlike Eco Plumbers. Pricing seems a bit high, but at least it's provided over the phone.

Juan Santiago did an amazing job. Very personable and polite young man. You are lucky to have such an employee.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.

I called JA on Friday morning because of a leak and clogged drain. Antwan returned my call and was at my house within two hours. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything well and got the work done promptly. Will definitely use again.

We are remodeling and down to one shower and had a issue with that one. I left a message Sunday night and they were out here by 1:30 the next day. They ended up having to run and get a part but instead of putting a basic part on he did a job that was much better than when he started. Thank You

I have been using Drainbusters for 12+ years now initially from a referral. I have always found them to be honest and straightforward on their work as well as thorough and of good value. I have never felt once as though they were trying to upsell me on anything. I have even had them out after other plumbers to fix problems. For example, Drainbusters was booked but I had an emergency root clearing needed. Another company ran a 100' snake and got us us working again but I was not completely pleased with their bare minimum mentality and was happy to pay Drainbusters to come and run a camera and finish off the work so that I could be satisfied things were done correctly. Jason and Sam Sayre and the rest of their team do a great job and I look forward to another preventive inspection with them tomorrow on a new house.
