called Drain Master out for a stopped up drain. They used a drain cleaning machine and took care of my problem right away. Service tech was very helpful in explaining my situation they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I have had the fortunate (or unfortunate, LOL) of using this company multiple times in the past year. They are quick, reasonable, and do not cost me my first born. Jobs are always done well, and they are always very courteous. Will definitely be using them again (and, most likely will!).

Sam came out. On time. Did a great job clearing out the drain lines from the downspouts to the street. There was one section that I need to dig up and replace the pipe. He marked exactly where it is for me. Impressed.

We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about. Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

We have been customers of Calhoun since we moved into our home in 2011. Between 2011-2018, they provided good service to us when we needed their services. However, after bad multiple encounters in 2019, we have stopped using this company.

In early 2019, we booked them to help us put in a new line for a gas stove into our kitchen. They gave us a quote and we scheduled the date. The gas line needed to be placed before other work in the kitchen could be done. They also noted that we need to replace a pipe on our water heater. They never showed up on the day of the appointment. They never reached out to us to let us know something changed, so we called to inquire. We were told that they wouldn't be able to reschedule for several days.

We found another company who came the next day and installed the gas line. The new company also noted that the line to our water heater was fine and no replacement was needed. Calhoun had quoted us for over $150 for the water heater work in addition to installing the gas line to the kitchen.

We most recently had a clog in an upstairs drain. Again, we called them and scheduled an appointment. And again, they did not show up for the appointment. And again, they did not call us to let us know that they appointment needed move--they just didn't show up.

We are disappointed by the significant shift in Calhoun's reliability and they lost a loyal customer after multiple instances of not arriving for the scheduled appointments.

Very nice people, very helpful. I will recommend them to anybody.

We woke up to a leaking sump pump pipe that was ready to burst. We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing, they said it would be between 8-9 am, but the plumber called us and was here at 6:45. He replaced the sump pump and was in and out in 30 minutes. Saved our basement!

Heat was not working when I got up. Chad (#576) arrived as scheduled and was able to find and fix the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions.
