Called on a Sunday at 2:00 pm, with a clogged bathtub drain and about 10 inches of standing water in the tub. Joshua from Roto-Rooter shows up about 45 minutes after my call and successfully unclogs the tub, which is now draining lightning fast. All done by appx 3:30 pm. On a Sunday. For emergency type home repair, Joshua was probably the nicest worker I have ever met... great attitude, very polite and very efficient. The cost was a little higher than I would have initially anticipated, but in hindsight, with how professional, pleasant and efficient Joshua was, I was satisfied with the price.

Had a huge emergency with my hot water heater and they came faster then all other companies offered. They are quick to get you taken care of, and make you feel like they care. I will use them again.

My husband called this morning and Roto-Rooter was here within an hour. John Gleason (tech #1482) was so great! He was very professional and was able to unjam our garbage disposal in a timely manner. I reached out for help on a broken spigot outside my house and was contacted the same day and provided service same day. I was quoted a 15 minute window of arrival and Rick was spot on. He was in and out in 10 minutes. No issues, no mess, functioning brand new spigot. Excellent service, excellent quality, I can’t recommend the company and Rick enough!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Had the owner come out and assess the issue with my downspout and sump pump at the end of the week. The following Monday, members of his crew came out and quickly resolved all my and my wife's concerns. They are very reasonable priced, go out of their way to be helpful and informative, and were extremely professional and respectful to our home. Will definitely call again for plumbing needs.

Antwan Allen with JA Mechanical arrived within the expected time frame for appointment made same day. He was professional through out the appointment, and fixed the leaking shower and replaced a corroded sink faucet.

Had Michael H out to my house once in the winter time on Christmas Eve for my furnace and now again to service my air conditioner. He went above and beyond to make sure things were working both time and he was very helpful and professional.

I scheduled a next day appointment for a Roto- Rooter technician to unclog my kitchen sink on line at 10pm. I quickly received a confirmation email. Nate did a great job & saved me money, too. Chimney connection for water heater was blocked so he checked the unused chimney connection for furnace and discovered it was in great condition, and used that one. Furnace opening was much larger than what the water heater used but he had the correct adapter that worked perfectly. I avoided expensive chimney repair.
