Afternoon of Mar. 24, Ben came to our house to clean up the clogged main drain. He was very kind to and cooperative with us and helpful. He took out a bunch of big tree roots from the main drain, that stuff really surprised us! The drain has become through again. But three days later, an afternoon, we found accidents happened to the cap and the commode in the basement. We at once called customer services and got a positive response. Although a new technician couldn't fix the problems, at that night and in Saturday morning, Nathan came to my house, he worked very hard and very carefully protected the walls and floors from stains by covering himself with a cover while he worked with the tools and endured the stink smell. His professional dedication and ethics really made us feel touched.In this process, we also got support from Supervisor Rob, Field Supervisor Bobby and the leadership of the company. All of these can show that Roto-rooter is a united collective, a reliable and trustworthy company.

My experience was excellent. Brad made an extra effort to come in the same day as I called as his schedule was busier the day I was scheduled. He called to verify what water heater was needed so that he could have it with him and only needed one stop. He was in and out in under three hours having tested everything and with the old tank loaded into his work vehicle. Excellent and very professional service. Came in, did what I needed to have done quickly and efficiently. I will use them again in the future if needed.

The repairman arrived shortly after I called. Nate was courteous and helpful. He listened to my concerns and explained how the heater functions and why the problem I was having might have occurred. He worked quickly. My water heater is quite old and will need to be replaced. He gave me several options for replacement with the estimated costs. I was very pleased with the service and will use Apex again.

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

Hot water tank went out on a Saturday they came out on a Sunday! Fantastic job.

Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Saturday evening and removed a root that was clogging our sewage system. They were fast, professional and courteous and Very reasonable on their fee. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.

Gary, did a great job. He replaced a leak in the main shutoff valve in the house. And the dishwasher shut off valve. All under 2 hours. He made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All done way under the average price for this area.

Was treated fairly in the past. I was at work when the repair tech comes out. The back plunger needed replaced. I found the part on amazon for $10 and was going to do myself but didn’t have much time. Wife called me later and said it will cost $300 for the repair. They charged $40 for the part (better quality) which I understand but the labor is outrageous. Spoke to coworker who said they had the same thing and paid a local plumber $80.... never again.

26 year old water heater died of old age in the morning. Got scheduled for later the same day (Saturday, no less) and Paul and Aidan arrived. From first to last they were pleasant, professional, clean, and skilled at what they were doing. I cannot have asked for any better service, including instructions on maintaining the new water heater. Absolutely recommended!
