Yesterday, my cleaning ladies accidentally lodged the head of a toilet brush into my toilet.
I called in and was able to get on the schedule right away. Plumber Chad Flack gave me a call this morning about 30 minutes before he arrived. He told me exactly when he would arrive, he showed up 4 minutes ahead of what he advised! Super awesome! Under promise and over deliver.
Plumber Chads demeanor was courteous, respectful and he was cautious when handling the toilet water tools.
He went even further and showed me (if they issue had not been resolved) where I would have seen the problem.

Had a technician out to clean our main line, which took a few hours. The two men who came were very professional, well spoken, explained everything in detail, let me look at the camera footage as they were sending it through, and told me about the possibility of having a patch put in our broken line. We then talked to Scott Steiner about the patch, and were also very impressed with him. We are very happy with The Waterworks altogether and will use them from now on with any plumbing issues or HVAC issues.

Very professional, knowledgeable, personable crew. Came out on time and scheduled the job very efficiently. This was a major job involving tearing up the whole floor of our basement. Their estimate came in $2000 less than Eco plumbers. The work was done very quickly and cleanly. The guys really seemed to know their stuff and we’re also very attentive to the impact of their work on our lives, and took special care to ensure no damage to the house and minimal mess. Here’s hoping that the fix works in the long-term but so far we are very happy.

Quick to respond and great price! We had a leak in our sink after attempting to fix the plumbing ourselves. Russell and Ridge from Drain Master showed up much faster than we would have ever expected and fixed the issue in a timely manner! They were very professional and knew their stuff! The Service People Inc were referred to us through our home warranty HSA. Matt the technician came out and assessed our issues and explained where and why the problems were coming from. He went above and beyond with tips of keeping our home in working order. Matt was quick to get to work and was respectful of our home. Unfortunately not all work was covered by our home warranty but again Matt offered some suggestions as how to work with our insurance to possibly recoup some money that was spent out of pocket.
I would definitely use The Service People again. Thanks again Matt.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Office personal and plumber that showed up were professionaland friendly. I called in the morning and they were out here that day. Because I knew what was wrong(hopefully) I had the right part, it was installed and finished in just over an hour. Great job people!

Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.

Jake and Jonathan arrived on time and fixed the leaky shower head in my house's master bathroom. With the COVID-19 crisis happening, each took care to wear gloves and masks to protect my wife, daughter and myself. They explained what the problem was and what part(s) were needed to fix it. The only negative was the overall cost being a little too high, considering all they did was change the water cartridge.

Smooth, clean, orderly removal of old hot water heater followed by same process for installation of new Rheem.
