Had a great experience with getting my sump pump replaced in a quick and timely manner. John was also very courteous and respectful by wearing shoe covers so not to mess up the floors in my house.

My sump pump had stopped working on a Saturday and wanted to get it resolved over the weekend to avoid water in the basement. Roto Rooter had someone out and the pump replaced with a day. Great work.

Lonnie was right on time. He diagnosed my problem and promptly made reccomendations. Good, honest person!!

Anthony was very thorough explaining what was needed for replacing constantly leaking kitchen faucet (installed in the 1990's). A variety of options were discussed in detail. Once the decision was made, the faucet and under the sink piping were installed. Anthony tested for leaks multiple times. Once he was satisfied there were none, finished the job. Throughout the process he kept his working area clean of debris. Shout out to Anthony for clearing the disinegrating wet particle board under the sink and leaving the area spotless. Had Justin Smith out to the house because our water pressure was low. He's installing a new pressure tank in a few days! Very knowledgeable about what we needed and even spoke with us about the well pump service we may need soon. He answered all the questions we had and was very kind to us!!! Thank you!!!

Ray worked at my home without stopping until all work was completed. I was very satisfied with the quality of work he did in installing a new toilet and outi side faucet. I had nothing to clean up after he. completed the job. Mr. Rooter has done work for me in the past an will use them again when ever I I need their services.

Our home warranty company contracted The Service People to fix our water heater. Tony came out and diagnosed that a burner assembly wasn't working, which was causing the heater not to heat. He went on vacation, and we spent a godawful four weeks waiting, contacting The Service People, being told the part wasn't there but would be by X day, waiting, contacting them, being told the part had been delayed or not shipped or no it would be there another day, waiting, rinse, repeat. Over the course of contacting them eight times, I was told seven separate dates that the part would *absolutely* be in, and three different and clashing excuses as to why it hadn't arrived (one was that the manufacturer sent the wrong part, so it had to be returned; another was that the original *correct* part had been sent to the wrong location; and the third was that the manufacturer had never run their credit card so had never shipped the part in the first place). I still have no idea what happened to the part. We would have gone to another company after the first week and a half if our warranty company had allowed it. The only bright spot in this story is that as soon as Tony got back from vacation, he worked with our warranty company to get us an entirely new water heater instead because--you guessed it-- they still didn't have the part. So, after a month of no hot water and a cumulative week's worth of lunch breaks wasted trying to figure out why, we finally can shower in comfort again. I would not recommend working with this company. I would recommend Tony as a contractor, but hire him on the side, not through The Service People.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

My 5 star rating is for the plumber Seth Cline. Too bad there aren't more stars. He was totally professional, experienced and committed to resolving my issues. All service providers need more people like Seth.That being said, I called at 9 a.m. to report my problems. I was first impressed that they said someone would be here between 10 and 2. So I gave it until 4 and called back. I was transferred to someone who told me the dispatcher was on a call and would call me back in a few minutes. The closer to 6 I called again and was told that I was next on the list with no estimate of when someone would come. All this was, of course, very frustrating as I had no sewer service all this time.Anyway, in some way it was worth waiting because, as stated above, Seth was the right professional for me and my problems and took care of everything. Thanks again Seth!
