Horrible; these guys are in for a quick cash, I had them to come over to look at a low-pressure problem, he told us we need to install buster pump. We decided to call another company and get a second opinion, second plumbing company came in (Documented everything with pictures) and noticed water valve was halfway closed. Didn’t need anything at all.

The drain in the basement was pushing water up into the basement rather than draining it to the sewer. They fixed it almost in half an hour.

My parents were unable to do laundry, wash dishes or use bathrooms due to clogged drains.We had several different people and companies that came out charged us money but didn’t fix the problem. ☹️Mike came and did what others couldn’t.Thank you Mike! It was pleasure doing business with Waterworks.

Braden and Holden were great. Braden kept me updated through the entire process. They both worked hard to get my drain unclogged. I am very pleased with the service I received, will definitely use them in the future.

Initially had issues with service performed at my home in 2018, once I brought these issues up with the company owner, Matt, he took full ownership and responsibility for the issues at hand and apologized. He explained the situation and resolved the issues in a quick and efficient manner. For this reason I am changing my rating to 5 stars as I truly believe this company cares about its customers and would do anything possible to amend an unsatisfactory situation. I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Ben Franklin was a little steep on comparison to other estimates I got for installation of our water heater. But, they were the fastest to respond and did so in a professional manner.

I thought our water heater was leaking, and the owner of the company called me and a technician was out within an hour. Turns out it was condensation from our furnace. The technician cut new piping and kindly created a way for the condensation to get out of the home instead of pooling in the basement.

This was not his responsibility yet, he helped and insisted I not pay him.

I would recommend this business.
