In July of 2020, we had Roto-Rooter come out and clear our sewer drain. The tech did his job and told us we had a 1 year warranty if we needed them to come back out. He had been here for a couple of hours. The very next day, we had another tech out here because the drain ended up still being clogged. Fast forward to last week when we had to call to have them come out AGAIN due to water back up from the drain. When I mentioned the 1 year warranty on the drain repair, she said the drain warranty’s are only 6 months, she then looked at our account and said “ah, I see” then proceeded to schedule the appointment without saying anything else. When the tech arrived today, he quoted us over $500 but so graciously gave us $75 off (which is a promotion they always run), however we were expecting this to still be under warranty from the last visit given the conversation with the rep on the phone. We paid $428 for the service today and after going downstairs to test the water draining from running a load of laundry, we found BLOOD all over the wall! (I noticed a cut on his arm while he was taking his equipment back to his vehicle). We are so frustrated and will call another company the next time.

Had a technician out to clean our main line, which took a few hours. The two men who came were very professional, well spoken, explained everything in detail, let me look at the camera footage as they were sending it through, and told me about the possibility of having a patch put in our broken line. We then talked to Scott Steiner about the patch, and were also very impressed with him. We are very happy with The Waterworks altogether and will use them from now on with any plumbing issues or HVAC issues.

I can’t express how satisfied I was with the work done by Fritz Baumann & Sons. As a first time home renter, I was worried about how to take care of the plumbing issues throughout my property but these guys came to my new home and handled it painlessly. I requested APEX inspect my Water Heater following a holiday and some extreme cold weather that flooded my basement. They were able to schedule a service call quickly. Their tech called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the water heater and recommended replacement. While the tech was there, I asked him to replace the kitchen faucet (it was old and broken) and inspect a bathroom faucet that was having hot water issues.The estimate for installation of the kitchen faucet and water heater was a little overpriced in my opinion, but I wanted the work done and plumbers in the area were swamped with work.The technician told me the issue with the bathroom faucet wasmost likely a slider and the faucet would probably need replaced. All this before inspecting it. The estimate for replacing the faucet was close to $1,000. I declined the faucet replacement and went to YouTube. 5 minutes of video research and 5 minutes of labor. I completed the repair using only a wrench and a bucket.Overall: 2 StarsI applaud their availability during the extremely busy week. Apex restored hot water to my home during a very cold week. I have to ding them for trying to sale me something (the bathroom faucet), when all I needed was a simple repair. It concerns me that someone with less time (like a busy parent) or less internet savvy (like an elderly person) could possibly be taken advantage of.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The price gouging in and of itself was absolutely ridiculous. Nicole, the plumber, was there from 10:15 to 11:30 and charged $400 for replacing a wax ring on the toilet, which is a $2 part! Not only did she not tell me the price beforehand, after we got off the phone and had paid, she sent me an invoice that said the work was not guaranteed due to the condition of the doors and house, which she also said nothing about during the phone conversation! She also failed to mention that the tenant's shower was clogged to the point that it was non-functioning and instead said some clogs in the system needed cleaned out within the next week or two and proceeded to ask if I'd like to schedule a technician to have that handled! So I was going to be charged MORE for someone else to do what a plumber is supposed to do? I called and spoke with two different managers who said they'd look into it and call me back and neither one did, so I had to call back again each time and I'm still waiting to be contacted back by the second Manager's Manager. I called Roto-Rooter in a pinch and it was a HUGE mistake!

Drain Master came right away to assess our broken sump pump. The plumber installed a new one efficiently and price was fair. I’m always satisfied with my Drain Master service.

There was a mix up with scheduling, but they came back at the scheduled time, and with a smile on their faces! Highly recommended!

Hot water tank went out on a Saturday they came out on a Sunday! Fantastic job.

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

It has been raining quite a lot lately and our usually dry sump pump was not working. During this crazy quarantine time, Roto Rooter was one of the first companies to send an email that they’d be here or us. It made my search for a plumber the easiest choice ever. My technician was professional, kind and prepared. Our sump pump well is now dry again and that anxiety is gone.

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Flush Drains always delivers great service. Very professional, reliable , and reasonably priced. He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. He makes the fact you have to spend the money worth it. Last but not least he's knowledgeable on what he does and always willing to explain everything to you as he goes!
