My water tank exploded at 4:00 am. I called WaterWorks, and Mick was there within an hour. As a newer home owner, this was the most disastrous and frightening experience I’ve ever had. Mick was absolutely amazing as he was exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. He helped calmly guide me through the process while I was in a state of panic and disaster. I’ve worked with two other people from WaterWorks- neither which impressed me- but Mick is the reason I will call on him at WaterWorks for all future plumbing needs. Thank you, Mick. I appreciate you more than I could ever express.

Overall experience was great, they were able to quickly replace an older water heater one day after we contacted them about the issue. Installers were professional and were forthcoming with information as additional charges where encountered given it was an replacement of an existing unit that required some rework of the gas and water piping. Only negative was the prices charged for some the parts not initially quoted as they seemed high compared to what they would cost at retail. Would definitely use them again for other projects.

I requested APEX inspect my Water Heater following a holiday and some extreme cold weather that flooded my basement. They were able to schedule a service call quickly. Their tech called me 30 minutes before he arrived and was on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the water heater and recommended replacement. While the tech was there, I asked him to replace the kitchen faucet (it was old and broken) and inspect a bathroom faucet that was having hot water issues.The estimate for installation of the kitchen faucet and water heater was a little overpriced in my opinion, but I wanted the work done and plumbers in the area were swamped with work.The technician told me the issue with the bathroom faucet wasmost likely a slider and the faucet would probably need replaced. All this before inspecting it. The estimate for replacing the faucet was close to $1,000. I declined the faucet replacement and went to YouTube. 5 minutes of video research and 5 minutes of labor. I completed the repair using only a wrench and a bucket.Overall: 2 StarsI applaud their availability during the extremely busy week. Apex restored hot water to my home during a very cold week. I have to ding them for trying to sale me something (the bathroom faucet), when all I needed was a simple repair. It concerns me that someone with less time (like a busy parent) or less internet savvy (like an elderly person) could possibly be taken advantage of.

This was our first RotoRooter experience and we were very happy with it. They were able to come out same day. They called ahead as they said they would. The problem was fixed quickly. It was a little pricey, but worth it to get the problem fixed.

They did a great job helping locate as best as possible a broken drain line underneath a concrete slab. They are always my go to people for technical inspection/trouble shooting work.

I had the privilege of getting Matt assigned to my service request through my Home Shield home warranty. Matt came to fix a shotty repair (shower and toilet leak) done by the previous repairman assigned to me by Home Shield.

It's evident that Matt does the job the right way, not the fastest or easiest way. He is also nice enough to explain things.

I'm confident in the work done on my home by Matt and it's such a relief!

Plumbing 1 team came out to help check out lines to make sure we had no blockages. They took care of all of our issues and addressed all concerns. Tom and JD did a fantastic job and we will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs.

Chuck and his team did several projects for me and were always top notch with service, communication, value, and always punctual. The guys were not just there to do our projects but to show they actually cared about us! I’ll never hire another company in the Columbus area!

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

After a poor customer service experience with another local plumber who sorely misdiagnosed our issue and did not show up to work (wore khakis and loafers), Sewer Quest came out. They were ready to work, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

In light of being inconvenienced due to the plumbing issue and highly disappointed in our last experience, I was both relieved and grateful for a business who showed up and truly wanted to help us resolve our issue.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

This company was recommended to us and I really wanted to have a positive experience. Unfortunately after two attempts I have to say I do not recommend their services. First they installed a water heater that began leaking at the top three months later. I was told they only cover their work for 30 days and was required to pay a significant fee for the repair. Secondly they came out to fix what I thought was a broken toilet. They told us it was the drain and they “cleared” it. They then left iams the toilet was completely the same (would not drain). They returned the second time and then decided that we actually need a new toilet. $125 later nothing was fixed and they did not offer an estimate to replace the toilet or inform us of our options. We were just left without a toilet. When I called to discuss this the woman on the other end of the phone was not helpful and quite rude. Eventually she assured me I would receive a call back to explain what the next step should be in the repair job but I never received a call. I am disappointed to say I will Not be using their services again.
