He handles the smallest projects to complex ones with the same expertise and care. He provides accurate estimates, arrives on schedule, completes the work in a timely manner and has a well stocked truck. He left no mess upon completion. He is a master plumber capable of any job.

Plumbing One was able to come out rapidly to diagnose the source of my leak. When I realized that the problem was something that I could fix myself, they only charged me a nominal amount for the service call. Their expertise and clear explanation saved me hundreds of dollars (not to mention equipping me with the knowledge I needed to fix the problem). I would highly recommend them.

Was in Ohio to care for my 86 year old Mother. She lives in a farmhouse that's over 100 years old. Discovered water in the basement on a Friday afternoon. After calling several plumbers who couldn't come out until the following week I reached CPR Drain Cleaning. They said they would have someone there within the hour. Josh and Kodi two young men came to our rescue!! They were very polite and professional. They ended up running a snake through the drain to clear out roots. We were so thankful for the quick response and great service provided. They even gave us a senior discount on the bill!. Very reasonable price for service! I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

I've worked with this company and my reviews have been largely mixed based on the service technician that was dispatched to my home. The pros are their 24/7 availability, however, the cons are usually 1.) the cost and 2.) uneven quality with respect to its service technicians (e.g., quoting unreasonably high prices for simple and routine jobs like flushing a hot water heater or installing a shower head).However, Roto-Rooter Plumber Chris Bogner was one of the most exceptional service providers that I've ever encountered. Chris installed a sump pump device for me. Before a repair I actually believe in getting 2-3 quotes before hiring a service provider and I found Chris to be honest with his assessments, transparent with respect to the work that was performed and someone that showed me that he placed customers first.I will request only Chris on a going forward basis and I recommend that you ask for him by name because he is an exceptional service provider.
