I have used DrainMasters for over 20 years. I had twenty-five rentals and my own home for them to take care of. They always show up on time and get the job done. The people are very friendly and let you know what they have done to correct the problems. I am very satisfied with DrainMasters and will continue to use this company.

This company can't be trusted. I scheduled an appointment to get a few things done to update our water meter to the current code. The job seemed pretty simple, but the technician kept insisting that the job was going to be extremely labor intensive and would take over 5 hours to complete. Due to the urgency of needing the work done, we scheduled them to come out the following day. After 2 consecutive days of not showing up without calling ahead of time, the technician came out and completed the work. He was 4 hours late based on the rescheduled appointment time, and it took the technician a total of ONLY 30 minutes to complete the job. Because the original quote was dishonest and deceptive, we were charged the amount as if the work took 5-6 hours to complete. Its worth noting that the only parts that were purchased to complete this job was (2) meter spuds which retail for less than $10 per piece. I've called around 20 times, but have only been in touch with the location GM once. After sending him the before and after pictures of the work that was completed, I have not heard back on any reason to justify the absurd amount that we were charged.

I am very pleased with this company. Called Tues. & had an appointment on Wed. They replaced the leaking kitchen faucet along with a leaking water valve in the basement. Their pricing is excellent for the time it took to do the repairs. They are professional and do a great job. I will continue to use them in the future.

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work.

I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!

I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. I was so impressed with how current and up to date this company was with their customer communication.

In conclusion, I just want to say that I’ve had a handyman provide plumbing work in the past and I can CLEARLY tell the difference between the quality of workmanship G-Tech Plumbing provided in comparison. We could not be happier with our bathroom repairs and upgrades and will definitely use this company again very soon.

Bought a new home and the city told me I needed to get backflow testing. D&L did the prior tests on the home, so I gave them a call. I was told they would call the city to inform them it was being taken care of and that I would be put on the schedule. A couple of weeks later, the city shows up, telling me my water is about to be shut-off and they had never heard from D&L.

TLDR; my water almost got shut off because D&L didn't follow through on anything they had promised.

I am installing a floating vanity and had to have the our water and drain lines to keep them from being exposed after the install. Mike did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, ignored my tiny dog's multiple meltdowns while he went in and out the house, and when I had to ask him to move something slightly higher when he was initially finished he was super understanding and fixed the issue no questions asked. He made the whole experience feel like he was a part of my team with this remodel as opposed to just someone hired to do a job. Extremely satisfied with our service and will be using Gunther again if we have plumbing needs in the future.
