I called and made a appointment the other night , they gave me a scheduled window for the next day between 5 and 7pm , no problem. I called at 545pm just too make sure I was still on the schedule , I was told yes . Well needless to say 720pm came still heard nothing from the tech , so I called . Dispatcher said well they called you , and you didn't answer. Really, when I'm waiting for a call from the tech when his in route I'm pretty sure I'm going to answer, plus knowing I left work early just to make sure I'm home waiting , Then the Dispatcher wants to then say , oh we can get someone too you in a Hour , thanks but no thanks , that puts him here after 830pm and I get up at 430am. I'll find another company that is dependable and will truely call when in route and actually show up .. My opinion, but Roto Rooter may wanna roto rooter themselves because they appear to be full of , well you get the picture

I normally don't go out of my way to leave reviews. But I am making an exception in this case. We had a big leak due to the super cold weather. We called on December 23 and had a technician at our home on Christmas Eve to diagnose and repair what turned out to be a busted valve on our washer, due to the cold weather. I can't say enough about our Technician, Jared. He was super professional and friendly. Overall I was very impressed. I will definitely be using Mr. Rooter in the Future.

I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing in Grove City multiple times. They've always been fast to respond, show up when they say they will, and resolve the problem on the first visit. I've even used them outside normal business hours and received prompt and friendly service. They are my go-to plumber in the Grove City area.

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

After extremely heavy rains overnight, I discovered our sump pump had not done its job and left us a flooded basement. Luckily I was able to shake the old sump pump and it started working again.Went upstairs and phoned Roto-rooter to schedule a service call to replace the unreliable sump pump. After waiting in a call que for a few minutes, the on hold recorded message suggested that service calls can be scheduled on line. Winner winner chicken dinner. I hung up the call and opened my web browser and went to their website to schedule the service call.Scheduling it was super easy and the website popped up a message that everything was good. My only negative about that process is that I would have liked a confirmation email to ensure that my request was really in the system.So I wait while cleaning up my basement. Got a call after a few hours that a tech was within 30 minutes of my home. Awesome response time considering they were probably being overwhelmed with calls from other people in the same situation.Bobby Griffith #0158, showed up and saw me headed out to the back yard to unclog my downspout/sump pump discharge tube. It had been overgrown by grass and the end was filled with dirt. My bad. But Bobby went to his truck and got a small shovel and cleared the blockage. Dude was super cool about helping me out.So then we went inside and he said he had a replacement pump that he could install. I said let's do it, signed the paperwork, and he got to it. He removed the old pump, installed the new pump, and even cleaned out some gravel and debris from the pit (the other company never did that). I was impressed that he was taking the time to ensure I'd have no further trouble instead of madly finishing so he could get to the next job.I would definitely use their service in the future.

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

Great service, tiimely response, and they went above and beyond in professionalism. Will definitely use them im the future and highly recommend them.

Just recently had them replace our hot water heater. It went out in the evening and was leaking. They came out quickly to inspect things and they were able to replace it the next day. They were great with communication, professional and reasonably priced. This is not the first time we have used their services and they will always be my first call when we have a plumbing issue!

We had a dripping shower faucet and a toilet that took forever to fill, though it did not leak. We have an old house and the husband does like to mess with old pipes. Called Best Plumbing, they were able to come out the same day. The Tech, Mark Pennell got both fixed in no time. Great job highly recommend this company and tech. Thank you

Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

They have a whole lot more plumbing supplies than a home center ...for sure and higher quality
