Best Drains And Drain Cleaning in Columbus OH

These guys were a Christmas miracle! (this post is a bit late but I have been meaning to leave them a great review)
Our water main busted two days before Christmas. Two crew members came by our home to check out the issue that very night. They gave us a quote and scheduled an emergency start for that following Monday, right after the holidays. They were knowledgeable, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend!

Tony did an Excellent Job installing my new water heater in my home. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the price was much higher than I was expecting.

The technician were on time and pleasant. They covered with me how they would replace current water heater. During installation an issue came up with the venting. They explained to me options and they ended up correctly the issue. Overall very please with the service from Fritz Baumann & Sons

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Crew members came out and we had water within 4-5 hours. I recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

Great service too expensive.

We had noticed a sewer smell for several days but had not pinpointed the source. When the dishwasher caused the drain to overflow in our back storage room, we called DrainMaster to address the problem. Even though this was a Saturday, the company sent someone out within a few hours. John was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and answered all our questions. The drain is clear now and working fine. Very satisfied.

I had a bad backup. John showed up within 1 hour of calling him. He is very professional and thorough. I will be using him again for future uses.

Matt arrived on time, very professional and kind. I thought my garbage disposal would need to be replaced after a glass broke and got lodged around the blades. Matt had it cleared and working within 5 minutes! He explained how I could reset and get the blades rotating if this were to ever happen again. His kindness and professionalism made a simple repair for a frazzled homeowner feel very reassured. Matt is great! We will continue to use Mr. Rooter for all future needs!

Tom and D.J. from Plumbing One LLC installed 2 new toilets and removed the old ones. Their work was done very efficiently and professionally. I did not have to worry about a thing! They picked up the new toilets at the hardware store for me as well. The new toilets were installed perfectly and I am pleased with the result.
I have used Plumbing One in the past, and have always found their plumbers to be knowledgeable and experts in their trade, as were Tom and D.J. They work really hard to please the customer. Alicia and Donna at the office are very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. I definitely plan to use Plumbing One LLC for future plumbing needs in my Canal Winchester home.

Charged us $185 to snake a bathroom sink drain.
Mike broke the flange on the sink.

Took no responsibility.

Follow up (different guy), said there was NO WAY that snake could have broken the flange.

Would have cost them about $20 and 10 minutes to replace it.

Deny, deny, deny.

EDIT: They came back and handed the $185 check back. We still have a broken drain assembly.

Chris fielded my call as the service manager on for the weekend. He was kind, courteous and responsive. When his other service tech was going to be a few hours, he went out of his way to help me. As a single mom and business owner, having an emergency plumbing issue was something I needed dealt with in a timely manner - even if it was Saturday. Chris came out quickly, was knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem. He was professional and efficient. He set realistic expectations with me over the phone for timeframe and cost. I appreciated his open communication and overall caring demeanor. I will use this company again, and would recommend them without hesitation!

The service was great and everything was explained very clearly to me

This company was assigned to me by my warranty company, AHS. The flexible hose under my kitchen sink was gushing water at 11pm. The company called me the next morning and got someone (Alex) out the following morning. We needed a completely new faucet. Alex worked with AHS to get out fully covered and got the same high end faucet replaced the very next day! He was professional and got everything taken care of very quickly. Couldn't be happier.

He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. Have used Drainbusters twice to clear my backed up kitchen sink. First time, no idea how it got clogged; years of accumulation I suppose. Second time, it was definitely my fault and I didn’t hesitate to contact Drainbusters. In both cases Drainbusters was quick to respond to my messages, easy to schedule, professional and affordable.

Dean and Robbie did a great job. Friendly and also professional. Went to Home Depot to get the faucet I wanted and a nice shower head. Came back and the installation was complete within an hour.
