This company came recommended by the previous owner of our new home. We will pass on the recommendation because these plumbers are prompt, do a great job and charge a fair price. What more can one ask for?

Tech that serviced my house drain was very friendly and professional. They made sure the job was completed correctly and made a call to have a follow up inspection with a camera scheduled to make sure there were no hidden issues.

I've used Waterworks and Comfortworks for years. Their plumbers and HVAC personnel are knowledgeable and professional. They've always been able to diagnosis the problem and quickly solve it. Their office staff is very customer service oriented and personable. Appointment times have short windows so you're not left waiting for hours or days. They call ahead to let you know they are on their way. Prices are very competitive. Just an all around great company to do business with.

Rob did a fantastic job. He fixed the leak and it looks brand new. He installed my new whole house filter and had to do some wood work to make it fit in the old mount.. During the repair my main well connection came apart.. He fixed that and also adjusted my pressure cut in/out - just great.. He also gave me quotes for a new halo filter system which I plan to do and will probably do the tankless hot water system upgrade.. Great guy.. Great work.. Great company. Guys were good. Had to crawl into some VERY tight spaces... like horror film tight and claustrophobic.

Our home was wrecked by a flood and they came to assess the damage and make recommendations for the future. They were quick, professional, and most importantly, compassionate while helping us fix our issues. I would highly recommend them!

Great friendly people

They replaced the drain line out in the yard 7 feet deep. They are connected with a finance company called Wisetack and Wisetack paid for the repair and then I make easy low interest payments to Wisetack. I recommend Plumbing One to all my Landlord collegues. Jess, is awesome!

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Our home warranty company sent Miller Raney plumbing to our home to fix a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Experience was overall horrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

The tech wore no shoe coverings and broke my Scentsy warmer and did not tell us (we saw after he left that he had cracked it in half and tried to put it back together). We had access to the repair needed through the attic, but he chose to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling instead. Without telling us first. We only found out as he left and said “Sorry about the hole in the ceiling”. The company said they would not repair holes created as needed for access to a repair. They said that they only cut into the ceiling as an absolute last resort, so the tech must have had a good reason. But we had access through the attic, so this was not needed. When questioned, the tech said the reason it was “necessary” was because he was too big to fit into the attic access. He did not even look at the attic access once! Even so, the next logical step would be to get a different guy who could do the repair the proper way. Instead, he cut away the ceiling and left the dust and dirt all over my bathroom floor. We were left with a gaping hole in the ceiling that was our responsibility to fix solely because this guy figured he would be too big to get into the attic (without even looking at the attic!).
I talked to many people at the company, including the owner, about how I felt that this was unfair. There was attic access that he chose not to consider, so now I have to pay who knows what to get my drywall fixed. It was entirely unnecessary damage! They never tried to understand or work with me, it was all “You can’t prove he didn’t try the attic. You can’t prove that he left a mess.” The company’s final response after that was “We have determined that we are no longer a part of this issue.” To top it all off, the leak came back not even a week later.
Horrible in-home etiquette, horrible customer service, overall horrible experience!

They arrived exactly when expected . The plumbers were knowledgeable and fixed my problem efficiently. Small issue if there is such a thing when it comes to water and I feel it was at reasonable price on such a short notice.
