Nice folks but the person who showed up to fix my plumbing problem seemed to have a significant lack of stock in their truck. This impaired the ability to fix or replace parts of the project. They did respond immediately on a Friday afternoon to my home when I developed a leak.

The contractor was incredibly professional, kind and went above and beyond as he saw we had kids and new water heater installed had manufacturer defects. He returned 2 times to replace parts and spent long waits on the phone with the manufacturer to resolve our problems at no cost to us (warranty). Top notch and quick service. Highly recommend!

First off, they are rated on Google 5 stars. There's a reason for that. First, they quoted me over the phone. Even when I wanted the tank moved and he needed to reroute plumbing lines. Secondly, he was attentive. Took care of the surroundings. Third, he showed up early. And then he got the work done in half the time. All together this is the only place in Columbus I will get a water heater from. Highly recommended.

Excellent, thorough and fast service. Prompt to answer the phone and call back. After 4 other plumbers were sent out by our home warranty provider and we didn't have any answers, we called Eddie. He spent nearly 3 hours going through every inch of plumbing with his camera and diagnosed the problem everyone else missed. Highly recommend him and West Plumbing!

Best place I've ever worked with hands down. If there was an option for 6 stars they would get it from me all day. Everyone I talked to was nice and friendly plus knew what they were doing. Will most definitely refer them and use them again when the time comes.

Shawne answered when we called- responded within the hour - fixed the problem - did not hit us with exorbitant emergency fees - and had us back in working order within 2 hours. We had a dripping shower faucet and a toilet that took forever to fill, though it did not leak. We have an old house and the husband does like to mess with old pipes.
