The Roto Rooter team we had at our house provided excellent service clearing out roots from our pipe to the city sewer. This was a big job that took over 2 full days. They were courteous and professional and did not quit until the job was done. I couldn't be more happy with their service!

I got in way over my head swapping out toilets for my elderly dad. Things went south real fast after I got the old one out so I had no choice but to call in reinforcements. On the holiday weekend I figured this would be a nightmare. Mick made this anything but. This guy is a rockstar! When he called with initial eta he warned me that he may not get to us until 2 am because we were 4th in line. He got there just before 8 pm. He had me and dad laughing the whole time. He's got so much personality. Mick made this ordeal as quick and painless as possible! Thanks Mick for saving the day!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!

They cleaned out a deep clog in my main sink drain line. Was super impressed with the two men who helped me. They are on my goto list now for any other future plumbing needs.

Was having a panic attack thinking it was the roots from a tree in my mainline and I was going to half to have a backhoe come out in my backyard for three grand. Guy came out and told me that 90% of the time this machine takes care of it and to calm down and not panic. He was right and pulled out a lot of roots from my main line and got it totally clear. then he told me what to buy at Home Depot and Lowe's once every month or two to stop the routes from growing in my line. So not only did he keep me calm but he fixed the problem and then told me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I have a friend from Roto router who I went to high school with who was going to charge me $375 for the Exact same thing that this company did for $205 exactly. It kind of upset me when I found out rotor router gets paid off of commission and that I wasn't getting a deal from them but my so-called friend was making a couple hundred off of me. These guys were complete strangers and did me better than people I have known my whole life. I have an older house and I'm sure problems will reoccur especially with cast iron pipes but I am a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer for life or at least as long as they are around nothing short of amazing.

Dave and Greg were here in a timely manner in a very busy season to repair a shower that was pouring out hot water and leaking cold water for weeks. They were professional and precise, courteous as they used their expertise to fix a calcium clogged and corroded fixture without damaging the system! They had all of the supplies needed and even an extra handle to replace ours with as it wasn’t salvageable. They were in an out in an hour and a half and were here during the estimated window. Thank you Hessen Plumbing! We are thankful to get back to normal life.
