Needed a water heater replacement and got several quotes. WHP was the most responsive and helpful in finding me a replacement at a reasonable price. Cost was 30-35% below the nearest competitors, with no surprises. They were able to schedule me within 2 days (non-emergency), and Jeff was on-time and got our large 75 gal. unit replaced in under 3 hours.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! Rapid response to my request for a water main repair estimate. Honest communication about costs/benefits of different options for repair (did not automatically recommend the highest cost option). Crew were efficient and courteous... even took pictures with my truck-obsessed toddler on the Bobcat! Absolutely excellent experience all around.

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.

I called them on Wednesday they sent abraham out to give me an estimate to replace my cast iron main stack in my house he came out on time looked over every thing gave me their estimate and told me to get other estimates to make sure I wanted them to do my work which I did and they had the best price and besides that really seemed to know what they were talking about so I called them back on Thursday they were back at my home on Friday morning got the job done and cleaned up walked me through everything they did so happy with this company I will never call anyone else after this

Couldn't put a zero star review. Had his customer calling to order the materials for him. Refusing to give a total price for the job until it was done. Left us waiting all day with no a/c and at 8:30pm finally he said, well I just got home ilI' call tomorrow..... Promised job to be done on Saturday , here it is Monday and still no answer and no a/c!!! BEWARE......
