Best Drain Repairs in Columbus OH

I never give reviews. However...... Plumbing and Drain Professionals replaced my two 12-year aging hot water tanks today. Moose and Pat were both very professional and courteous all around and very pleasant and respectful. Their professionalism wasn't phased by my annoying dogs or the fact that the job did turn out to have some complications (not their fault, trust me). Moose is very good at customer service..... explaining and answering questions when I requested. Will call them back for any plumbing service I need.

He is an honest person who really cares about customers' well-being. I had an impression that Adam is definitely not a type of a person who is solely driven by pecuniary goals. Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I spoke with them as they closed yesterday and they came first thing this morning. I'd had faulty work done by a friend and instead of blaming me for it, they were extra kind. They fixed everything and were nicer than I could have expected. I highly recommend this place.

Service was good. Price was high but what plumber isn't?

They've helped me out with emergency service 3 times now. A clogged downspout, sewage lime blockage in my finished basement, and a dead sump pump during heavy rain. Satisfied every time!
