I was experiencing a serious leak from my kitchen sink faucet. I called Mr Garrard and he immediately responded and resolved my problem in a very professionally efficient manner. His price was very reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend his service.

Eddie was here quickly and did his magic for a very fair price. He has a standing offer to come back if there's any glitches in the work. Nice to have a professionally offered service from a trustworthy company.

UNRELIABLE‼️Contacted Eddie about a problem, first question was, “Who’s paying for this?”, said he would have Charlie look at it and get back to me....never happened. I called the next day to follow up, Charlie stated he didn’t have time to look at it, started asking me questions that he should have gone out to see for himself. Finally, put Charlie in touch with my husband, they agreed to meet the next day at 11:00, my husband told him he was driving from an hour away and he would text him an hour in advance which he did. Charlie was a no show, no call‼️ I called Eddie back and left a message, never heard back.
Unwilling to chase people down to get work done. Contacted Mann Plumbing, issue was resolved courteously and PROFESSIONALLY.

Eddie was here within 45 minutes of me calling and fixed our sink for a reasonable price. Great personality as well! We will definitely use him in the future.

This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.

This guy is a joke. We had a deadline with the city and he said he would get on it. After delaying and making bad excuses for a week straight, he promised to be there the next morning. That never happened. He is unreliable and a liar. Do not use his subpar service.

Be careful because he will do the rough and try to get you to pay for rough and finish and never come back.

Eddie will get you permits for your job, do part of the work then want paid for total job and once you pay him he will pull off job and cancel plumbing permit.

HIS DOG IS KEPT OUTSIDE ON A BIG THICK METAL CHAIN ALL HOURS. HE NEVER GETS OFF THE CHAIN, RAIN, SNOW, HOT OR FREEZING
HE DOESNT FOLLOW THE LAW AND LEAVES DOG ON CHAIN ALL DAY EVERYDAY 365 DAYS A YEAR

My garbage disposal didn't work. The plumber told me on the phone how to reset it with an allen wrench. Saved me $300 for the new unit and service call. Brilliant!!!

Eddie was able to fit me in same day, he was prompt, polite, and efficient.

Just called about getting a leak under our shower fixed and was told that they aren't interested in helping... Won't be using or recommending them to anyone...
