I had plumbing leak in my basement just before New Years Weekend and right after the cold weather when many people had their pipes busted. I got Trevor Wells contact through my neighbor. I actually got a permission to text him to show the issue on late night and he responded, communicated, instructed me what to do. He promised to come out the next day and fix the problem. The office was great with coordinating the appointment. Trevor came early, fixed the problem in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the issue. The site that he had to fix looks cleaner now then the original joint that the builder did. I would definitely recommend Trevor Wells and this company in the future. Thank you.

AMAZING!!!! Had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed at my house replacing the original almost 40yr old system. Aaron and Hector were wonderful to work with (according to my wife). They even texted me with answers to questions that I had written on paper for the day of installation. They cleaned everything up before they left, hauled all the old equipment, boxes for new equipment, etc. away when they were done.

I got an email confirmation for my appointment, then a text message the morning of confirming the appointment. I even got a text when the guys were on their way, so I was able to let my wife know.

Our furnace was fixed......at an unreasonable price! We were charged $1013 for a blower motor and no one has this part for not more than $250. In addition, we paid $575 to have our fan cleaned which was done outside our home just hosing it off. Our total cost was $1702. Technician was nice and polite, but feel like this company really took advantage. We just feel that it was cold outside and definitely price gouging!!

The pilot light on our hot water heater needed a re-start on a late Saturday afternoon - we were at a complete loss - Brian got on the phone with us and very patiently and professionally walked us through the re-start process. Saved our weekend!! Great service!!

Service tech arrived early. Was very courteous and made a fast diagnosis of the problem. However, he recommended an prohibitively expensive repair or total system replacement. Another company found the source of the problem, corrected it and replaced a compromised part. The system is now working well again.

The service tech, Chad, was excellent!! I rate the company only three stars due to the price they charged to replace the gas valve on my furnace. The charge was $842.00 for the gas valve and installation. However, the gas valve retails on Amazon for $85.00.

We needed a plumber preferably the same day. We called and Deborah was so upbeat and positive and said she would check with service team in the field. She called back in 10 minutes and had a plumber scheduled for later in the day. Todd arrived, master plumber for 30 some years. Great personality and went right to work. Had the parts we needed and completed the repair in half hour. Excellent experience.

I recently replaced my electric HVAC system (heat pump and air handler) with World Class Services. Overall, my experience was professional and very straightforward, especially compared to some of the other HVAC companies that I reached out to. Todd Heming was excellent. He was very friendly, yet professional. He took the time to explain each step along the way, why it was important, and what steps we needed to do in the future. The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. I found World Class Service online and am so happy we did. They are experts and as important, they were friendly, respectful of our home, responsive and they truly knew what they were doing. the technician Aaron was very polite, and professional. took the time to explain what could have caused my hot water tank issue. very fast and prompt service. covid compliant very appreciated. first time using and will definitely schedule for furnace check up later this fall.

follow up to my original post. The technicians Aaron and Shane had to replace my water heater cost of new control valve and age of unit made it more economical to replace. They were on time, very professional, very thorough, and got the job done very quickly. They also were very clean no mess left after the job. I don't envy them lugging those items in and out of the basement. They explained what they had done and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely be using World Class Services again. They made this very stress free.

Todd, the technician, introduced himself, donned paper slippers before entering, clarified our experiences with the furnace and went right to work.
He willingly shared his insights on the furnace issues with my husband and showed him the defective part.
He proceeded to replace it and to test the results.

I had an emergency situation with a shower valve. I called the company on the weekend and the representative was there within an hour. Shane promptly assessed the situation and even called another company professional in to ensure the best possible approach for the old pipes in my complicated basement.

The shut off valve on our hot water tank gave out causing us to have to shut off the water main until it could be replaced. I spoke World Class Services at 9:00 AM and Shane was at my door by 12:00 as promised. He not only replaced the shut off valve but upgraded it along with some of the copper tubing around it. This was accomplished within a half hour or so and he waived the $79.00 service charge as well. Shane was a pleasure to work with and explained everything he was doing while I observed. He even assisted me in draining and flushing the tank. I was charged only the flat rate for replacing the valve. I would definately recommend World Class Services for any plumbing, heating & cooling or electrical needs. .

Our AC stopped working and they were able to schedule someone the next morning. Instead of trying to upsell me a new unit, the tech showed me the issue, had the part, and had it running in 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.

World Class Services helped me with my air conditioner when it stopped working on the HOTTEST 90 degree day. Another company took 1 look at my unit and told me I needed to completely replace it and gave me an $8K estimate. World Class Services came out after hours to look at my unit and were able to quickly find the source of the problem. The technician, Shane, walked me through what he was checking for and helped me understand the WHY behind it. He triple checked everything - both with the unit outside and the vents inside and made sure all were working properly before he left. He truly wanted to help me figure out the source of my issues and wasn't just looking to sell me something. Can't recommend this company enough!

World Class Services is truly ‘World Class’. Shane has been to my house several times to fix problems with my AC system, AC ductwork and bathroom ventilation. He has been a pleasure to work with, and both he and his partner have done excellent work. I highly recommend World Class Services and I’m certain that I will call them in the future for all of my home service needs.

We use WCS for annual service of our HVAC. This week in prep for the coming winter, Shane spent over 2 hours doing a thorough inspection, cleaning and calibration of our 2 furnaces. He was super focused on making sure we understood what he did and any options we might have for improving our systems. Friendly, thorough, professional and safe. I recommend the annual service membership; for $199/yr its worth every penny.

I live in Westerville and selected World Class Services when my hot water heater went out because they are proximate to my home. I was pleased to learn they also live up to the high standard set by their name. My outage occurred on my Sunday. I tried to fix it myself all day Sunday. I gave up and, found them on the Bradford White website and called them Sunday night. To my surprise, a live-person answered the phone and scheduled my appointment for 10 am Monday morning. Shane and Brian did amazing work! They replaced our water heater a while back and came out to do our plumbing inspection. In the process, they found out that our furnace and ac units were unsafe and needed to be replaced. They work hourly and not on commission to sell us anything. They walked us through the reasoning and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend this place for any heating, cooling and electrical needs.

I needed my AC unit moved and reinstalled for a new concrete. They were able to come out the next day (my own company was going to be a week) to move and when the concrete was done, they came back and reinstalled the AC unit. They were very nice on the phone with my problem that I had. The two workers were professional, nice and efficient. I actually signed up to be a member (cheaper than my other company). I would highly recommend them.

My experience with World Class Services (WCS)was phenomenal...The services person (Shane) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue he diagnosed. I had them out for an issue with replacing a part on my outdoor air conditioner. They replaced the part quickly. The part and service was $185.
Had them out for a shower repair. The plumber misdiagnosed the issue. I had to follow up multiple times for a repeat visit and World Class Service never came back out. I would recommend for very simple fixes but definitely NOT for complex issues including plumbing.

Bryan and Shane have come out to my home and provided great service at a fair price multiple times. They really helped us out in a crunch on short notice. They installed a gas hookup on my dryer, they are the only company in Columbus that does this. They installed a ceramic cooktop and a faucet. A couple of weeks later my hot water heater went out, they found the replacement and did a great job installing and hooking up. They carried out the old one all at a really reasonable price. I have a leaking hot water tank and contacted World Class Services through Angies List. The technician was friendly and professional. The quote had some additional items such as a maintenance membership and was double the quotes of other contractors. I believe this company would have been able to perform the work well, but the price was more than what I could afford plus there is a consulting fee.

I found this company on Angies list. I appreciate Bryan Burke's professionalism and expertise. They came our the same day. The pricing for the diagnostic was an unbelievable $29 that was waived with service. My only issue is when Bryan and I were talking about pricing, we discussed the cost of the Stop Leak product, which I opted out of, but we did not get into the cost of the freon other than it would depend on how much the system needed. I expected it to be reasonable. He filled six pounds, and came to me with the invoice for $600, so $100/lb. I was in a bit of sticker shock. It's not unheard of, but defiantly high, considering I can by r22 for around 12/lb, or 30 lbs for $350, if I were certified. I was prepared to pay between $300 and $400. $600 really hurts, but I am at fault for not getting clarification before telling him to go ahead. Trust but verify I suppose.

My air conditioning was not cooling below 79 degrees. I called on on a Wednesday evening about 8pm. Bryan Burke was there in about an hour, was there for about an hour. $630 for 4 lbs. of refrigerant, stop leak and the emergency service charge. Recommended replacing the whole system if it leaked again. My house is just over 10 years old. The wife is happy and the house is cool again. :)

Unclogged drain in basement. Todd was friendly, professional and explained what he was going to do and did not mine answering my questions. Would use this company again.

I worked with Bryan on a tandem HVAC and basement repair project. He needed to work closely with the basement guys in order to remove and reinstall the unit. He gave me a number of comparative quotes, showed up on time, had a solution for every issue that came up (reroute duct work, rerout spigot, corrected original ductwork, and even identified that my water heater was leaking). He and Shane were a pleasure and very professional. They got the work done timely and with good quality. I think we will pass inspection with flying colors. The bottom of our 11 year old water heater rusted out and flooded the basement several months ago. We needed it replaced same day due to a malfunctioning shut off intake valve on the water heater itself. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. To add to my dilemma I also wanted it replaced with my preferred brand. I called 2 other companies before WCS and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. I called WCS, explained the situation and they sent Bryan out within 2 hours. I had a new water heater installed a couple hours after that. No extra fees or up charge and the price was fair. And, WCS will come inspect and drain it free of charge each year.

We had such a good experience with the water heater that we had Bryan out yesterday to do a checkup on our older HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained the “need to address” items and “future things to consider” without pressure. Bryan is prompt, courteous and takes the time to explain things clearly. He represents your company very well.

Shane did a great job of fixing my AC. I appreciate how professional he was, and how he thoroughly explained all of the available options before completing the repairs.

A had a leaking toilet supply valve and didnt trust myself to change it. I found World Class Services on Angie's List. I was told $50 for inspection, then I'd be given an estimate for the repairs. The $50 would be credited to the estimate. Employee arrived on time with a 30 minute notice. Luckily only the packing nut on the stop needed to be tightened. I was never given a quote until it was completed and then told $129.

After I asked about the $50 credit, the employee said oh they waived that for you at the office? Then you only owe $79.

$79 to tighten a nut is excessive, but its piece of mind for me and your cost of doing business. Charging $129 for 10 minutes of work and hoping I just pay it is highway robbery. Never again.

I want to thank Bryan & Shawn for stopping to help me this morning. I had my tire go flat on the interstate in the pouring down rain and they not only stopped to see if I was ok, but they also asked if I needed any help. My phone was dead and I had no way to call for help. They removed my flat tire and put on my spare tire in the pouring rain. I felt so bad that they got soaking wet, but I was so happy to have them help me so I could get to the hospital before my mom had surgery this morning. I will definitely be calling them for all of my ac and plumbing needs at my home!! They are such good young men to do what they did for me this morning!! Thank you again Shawn and Bryan!!!

They came out today to give price on replacement of 2 50 gallon water heaters.
Boy did they try to price gouge me at 4800.00 dollars. Obvious scam artist have had other companies come out and price them between 2400.00 and 3000.00 so be very cautious they try to take advantage of the elderly.

Was able to identify the problem very fast and was able to solve it quick. Gave great recommendations on how to keep the problem from happening again.
