Horrible service. Technician was hours late with no call. No estimate. When questioned about chages the tech screamed “forget it” and sped out of my neighborhood. Never again.

Andres came and fixed my AC unit and gave me really good advice on everything.

I had my water heater break on a Saturday and immediately went in search of a plumber to fix/replace it. He was very responsive on a Saturday and had amazing reviews, gave me a good quote. We agreed that he would come on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came along and he didn't come by, I reached out to him and was given no response. I was ghosted.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable.

Outstanding service. Chris J. Showed up to repair a leak and refill the system. Outside of the cost of the coolant, the labor fees were very fair and reasonable. Chris even combed the fins on the condenser unit while he waited for the system to fill. The system runs great now! Thanks a lot guys, I’ll be recommending you to family and friends.

Can’t recommend Parkey’s enough! Tim came out to the house for an estimate and explained our options clearly and was able to get us scheduled on the spot for our new A/C unit. We had to reschedule last minute twice and both times they were completely understanding and worked with us. We felt so bad about having to reschedule due to a delayed closing on our home and can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Kade did an awesome job on our install on a hot day and was great!

Was able to schedule quickly. I appreciated the confirmation text and notification that they were on their way, along with a picture of the technician. They came at the beginning of the two hour window, completed the job quickly, and were very friendly.

I made an appointment to have a drain installed. Tim came by to take measurements and photos. That was back on April 7, 2021. Tim kept telling me that him and Lance would take care of me. Like I told Tim is I need a bid so I could turn in. That way I can get a drain installed. As of today May 18, 2021 I never got the bid! Tim refused my calls. The staff didn’t do anything to help me get that bid. If you need any service done for any plumbing DON’T CALL FLOW RIGHT!

My wife and I have been in the market for a few months for a new Air Conditioner for our home, after meeting with 3 Air Conditioning contractors we chose Wright Total Indoor Comfort because my wife and I felt very comfortable with the salesman who came out who was very knowledgable when it came to my home and what would best suit us and our home when it came to a new Air Conditioner. Tim the salesman walked my wife and I through everything explaining in detail of what he recommended and why. My wife and I felt that Wright was the company to choose for a New Air Condtioner due to comfortability with the salesmans presence, how knowledgable he was and we felt that they were priced very reasonably. We have recommended Wright Total Indoor Comfort to all of our friends and family when it comes to their Central Heating and Air Conditioning for their homes.

I used them lately for a commercial backflow test and of course they were reasonable and professional. BUT I need to say this about an experience with them after the pink plumbers SMITHS PLUMBING came to my house. They said they wanted $9,000 to replace my heater and they would not just fix it. AND after I refused, they jacked up the quoted estimate of $29 to $200 or so (it was about that much). I said no and I never got billed. LITTLE OLD LADIES BEWARE. Anyway Mike’s Plumbing’s business model is honest and professional work and they are so nice.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Bullseye was the first of several to respond to my outreach for a plumbing semi-emergency. They were able to come the next day (this was also soonest availability of those who replied).
Roger was the professional who showed up at the beginning of the two hour window we were given. He even called a couple of hours earlier than what i expected and left a message saying he could come earlier if we wanted him to.
Roger was pleasant, professional and to the point of getting our problem solved quickly. He assessed the situation thoroughly and then knew exactly what he should start with. Before he started though, he made sure we knew how much it would cost and had us sign off on it before he did anything. It seemed fair and, to my relief, much less than I thought it might need to be.
It turned out to be the first thing that he thought it was and he got the proper tools and cleared it.
Along the way Roger addressed all of my concerns and was more than willing to take the time to answer my questions fully. He even went as far as to ask if I was handy and if I wanted to know how to do something, myself, that might come up in the future so that we didn’t have to call someone back for a small thing. He then proceeded to show me how to clear the bathtub drain. I was very impressed with his service and demeanor.
The Service actually ended up costing less than estimate that I signed off on before the work began!
I would definitely recommend Bullseye plumbing to anyone, and will gladly call them first if I need to in the future.

We had some vandalism that destroyed several solar tubes that Bestway had installed. They were easy to work with to schedule the repair, came out quickly, installed the new tubes, made sure the system was working properly, and cleaned up after themselves. Great job.
