Great company. Showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window (which as a previous plumber is hard to do! Especially at 1 in the afternoon). That was super nice so I could just go back to work right after. He was friendly, considerate and explained to me what was wrong. How he felt fixed it. And was super kind the entire time. He fixed it fast and their system has them take pictures and email them to you. So, if you’re like me and document EVERYTHING for your rental, then this is GREAT! Defiantly my first choice in plumbing!

My 1st and only experience with them was unprofessional and inconsiderate. My appointment was made on Friday with a thorough explanation of the need for a 1st meet and greet to be between the hours of 430pm and 5pm. The appointment was set, however come Tuesday the day of the appointment exactly 45 minutes before the appointment to be exact the dispatcher calls and tells me that they don't work after 4pm. That should have been said on Friday when the appointment was made that the plumber won't work after 4pm. Now I don't need the work done at that time, I just needed a meeting so even see if they could do the work. A professional dispatcher with a reviewed the dispatches first thing in the morning, noticed the late appointment and maybe effort first thing in the morning to notify the client of the discrepancy and many different arrangements. But to wait 45 minutes before the appointment and then call and say that you wont meet. It's okay.

This place is horrible they came because our bathtub is leaking and we asked them to fix the leak also clean out some drains all they did was clean the drains out and leave our Bath tub leaking and as we trusted them without doublechecking charged us almost $300 for something that they did not even fix on top of that they were speaking to someone that did not speak 100% English so they took a vantage of the situation and did not correct the problems that we hired them for and charges as if they did and as soon as I called their office to speak to a manager she yells at me and says we should have hired someone that spoke our language and if we wanted to fix our leak we need to still pay $150 to get it fixed this place is very disrespectful and discriminates on anyone that is not American this place is very rude and does a terrible job their customer service sucks and doesn’t deserve any business please take it from me if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t watch them throughout the whole process you will get scammed I can’t believe they took a vantage of my mother and didn’t fix our problem and now our water bill is over $200 I just got out of the hospital from surgery and come home to find out that nothing was fixed properly this company is terrible warning do not use this company I promise you you will regret it if I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would

Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It’s great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. No one else touches my house when it comes to plumbing but these guys! Thank you again Mark and Pro Power Rooter.

I have used Alphalete Mechanical twice now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service they provide. Diego is one of the most pleasant and professional contractors I've ever hired. Each time I've gotten fast quality service at a good price. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone having plumbing or water heater problems.

Did fine work, and the tech they sent out was friendly and great. They offer to take credit cards but don't have a reader to take payment. Said they would send an invoice, which I received 2 days later. The due date attached had already passed when I got it. Received it on a Sunday night and ended up in urgent care the next day so I didn't pay on Monday as I was in a lot of pain and on a lot of medication. Got a message Tuesday morning from the owner telling me a late fee was applied. I said that something came up and that a due date was never given to me. Rather than being understanding, the owner accuses me of trying to cheat him and saying he's having to chase me down for payment.. even though we only had one brief conversation about it and a due date was never provided. It would have been fine if the owner had been clear about when he expected the money. Instead of acknowledging that he decided to repeatedly insult me.

Edit: After saying the late fee would be waived, he came back after seeing my review to say it had to paid and threatening to put a lien on my house. What a joke.

During the installation: if I had a question it got answered, if I had a concern it was addressed, and they were polite about me working from home. Would use them again.

Ralph was great so great that we are requesting him from now on. Responded fast gave me options and responded at 8 pm . Very kind, helpful, was in and out love the quality of work. Mr. Ralph you are the BEST!!!!!!

I contacted Father Daughter for help with installing 3 toilets and checking a few drains that were slow and problematic. I was scheduled the following week and Chris showed up on time and ready to work! He was very professional and quickly assessed my installation and equipment. Within 90 minutes Chris was done installing the 3 toilets and they looked and worked perfectly.

Then Chris went to work on my drains. He kindly educated me on how to clean the p-trap on 2 sinks. He looked at my showers and recommended a product from the hardware store instead of charging me to try and snake it out since he said it would not work well. He then cleared out all trash and old toilets.

Really, the entire process was flawless. I'll call Father Daughter Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

WireNut crew did an amazing job on my house - we used them for years and on some really big projects. Recently I lost power in part of my home and called WireNut. Jared came the same day and was very attentive - he not only restored the power, but checked safety of my electrical wiring - we found some issues (house is almost 40 years old). We scheduled time for an appointment for him to come, rewire and replace outlets on same circuit from garage to bathrooms to outdoors power. Jared and John did a fantastic job - they communicated with me about all my concerns, they took a great care of my home and were polite and efficient. Thank you WireNut for a job well done!
