This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Had a great experience with Oak View Mechanical. Installed an A/C condenser quickly and passed inspection without incident. Had a few other quotes from HVAC companies for the same install, and Oak View was able to give us a bigger unit at a much better price! I will not hesitate to use them for future HVAC needs!

Very professional, honest and got it done in good job in tune up furnace. She caught a little dry water leak on the exhaust pipe from the old roof to the furnace systems that I didn't know about it. That happened before I got the new roof replacement a few month ago. All is good now. I recommended for this service.

Kelton and Willie were great to work with. We had a major blockage affecting two of our three toilets and both of our showers. Both gentlemen took their time, explained what they were doing and what they were trying and eventually we got it resolved. I feel like we got great service at a great price without being gouged. I would absolutely use them again.

For the managers - Kevin H (tech # 5519) and Ryan were very professional, courteous, and discussed different options. Kevin came up with a simple and inexpensive solution to cap off the broken pipe in order for us to get the house main line turned back on. We can tackle the break later when it is warmer. You have two very great employees.

Joel arrived and was unable to deduce a remedy for the problem and I paid him $110. He quickly scheduled in Carlos (the same day) to come and troubleshoot the wiring issue or maybes a defective zone relay. Carlos isolated the problem to a newly installed (by me) relay that was defective.My unwillingness to give a higher rating was that I am dissatisfied for feeling like I was over-charged for this service.Granted, I should have asked Carlos how much the replacement relay would cost since I can buy it for under a hundred dollars on Amazon and I failed to inquire. Had I asked and got the answer of over $400, I would have asked Carlos to bill me for the service up to that point and replaced the relay myself and saving myself a lot of money. So now the entire endeavor with this simple repair was over $500.I am not happy about the cost. Home Heating Service has been my go-to for years, and now I’m contemplating going elsewhere.
