Best Water Clean Up in Colorado Springs CO

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service I recently received with Affordable Plumbing & Heat. One of my outdoor faucets was leaking so I called the office and spoke to Christine. She is very nice and extremely helpful. She set me up with an appointment on Sunday which was awesome...NO EXTRA WEEKEND SERVICE FEE, which is unheard of these days. The tech, Mike came out, evaluated the problem and went right to work. Less than an hour later, he was finished and out the door. Excellent work, unbelievable service! I will be using Affordable Plumbing & Heat for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs! Thank you!!!

Very pleased with the service received by Cecil for our Teledyne Laars boiler baseboard heating system. He knew exactly what to do with a non-working zone and got it working along with all the other zones operating better than they were. Great job. Will call them again for future work. Thanks Cecil.

I talked to Brian over the phone and he was very patient and kind while Walking me through fixing my garbage disposal over the phone. We got it working quickly and he didn’t charge me a thing.

My bad plumbing experience. I called Affordable plumbing. I told the lady what was wrong and she said she would have the plumber call me back to give me an estimate. So, he called me back but couldn't do an estimate over the phone per him. One thing I needed was some new pipes and a p trap under my kitchen sink. It is 49 for them to come look at it. So I said ok. He said the p trap would be over 100 for that plus replacing maybe 5 small pipes. He quoted me over 300.00. Also, I have a pipe that sheared in the tub at the drain. He wanted to cut a few holes in my walls to find the leak even though I told him where it was and that it has happened before. He said it might not be that. Ok, he is right, but wanting to cut 75 dollars a hole was just ridiculous and as he said he would need a few. He wanted to start behind the shower spout and not go under the house and check that pipe real quick. HUH! That price just for cutting 3 holes is 225 and that doesn't include any parts for the tub or labor for the other work. I told him way too much. No way am I paying that much. So I gave him his check for 49 and sent him on his way. Beware.. Update. Had another plumber come out who thought the price was ridiculous and a ripoff . 25.00 in parts. 100 labor

I would use them again. Quality work from professionals and excellent contact concerning the appointment.

I have had Parkey's repair my heating and AC in the past, and most recently they repaired my gas fire place. Always on time, professional and helpful. I always use these guys now for HVAC repair.

Diego is one of the best plumbers I could have hired. Very knowledgeable, quick, awesome work and customer service. I will definitely hire him again... Good Business!!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Just had a new furnace and central air installed in my home by these folks. Scott, the owner came out and spent an hour and a half with me explaining all our options. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We opted to use Comfort By Design and couldn’t be happier with our choice. They are a smaller, family owned business, not caught up in corporate bureaucracy. They are accommodating and flexible to suit the customer. When it came time for our installation, our service tech, Nate, was on time, professional and well experienced in the task at hand. Nate was quick because it through in our install. Thank you! I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat..........

The technician arrived on time, promptly assessed the needed repairs, and went about completing the repairs. I appreciate the prompt response and quality of the repairs. I believe I received good value for my money.

Service technician's name was not on the list. Michael was prompt, very cordial, and explained everything he was checking on the furnace. He seemed to be very thorough and he answered my questions. I was very pleased.

I have used Jolly Plumbing over the years and they have always treated me right. I recently had them come to my house for a leaky hose bib due to the recent weather we had. Instead of putting a new one in they found that it was a rubber seal that was broken internally, saving me some money. I will continue to use Jolly.

Over priced! We used them before and they were great then they lost their mind and decided to charge way more. Don’t go here! For a $20 part they wanna charge $400 to fix. I get paying for labor but that is way to much. The guy was also super disrespectful when he was here.

Home Heating Service was incredible from getting a quote, to scheduling, to the actual service. They offered military, cash, and combined discounts for a furnace and A/C install. They are responsive, professional, and efficient. They did great work quickly. Derrick, the sales specialist, was phenomenal. And Marcus, and others, who did the install were stellar. I can't recommend them enough. They were thoughtful about my work from home and my dog who struggles with strangers, were crazy polite and very personable, and walked me through everything before leaving.
