Kelton was on time, very courteous and professional. He let me explain the history of our issue, and then made suggestions based on that. As the job progressed, he pointed out some other things that might be adding to the problem. It never once felt like an upsell. It was more like a professional giving his opinion. I will use Affordable again as our go to plumbers

The technician arrived at the agreed upon date and time. Replaced my garbage disposal in a timely manner. Checked to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Terrible service took them almost a week to get back to me after telling me they would call me back to set an appointment, when they finally send someone out they sent the wrong person (a boiler guy), then when they sent the right person (plumber) he said well there's nothing we can do I can't locate the issue (even though I told him right where the leak and busted pipe was) he then proceeds to tell me I won't be charged for the visit cause there's nothing he can do. I say okay I get another plumber out he locates and fixes the problem in 45 mins 2 days go by and I notice my checkings account is overdrafted and I'm now just under negative 200 dollars the 165$ service fee they I was told wouldn't be charged to my account and a 35$ over draft fee. I then call the company and they told they will fix it but they're having a company emergency and my problem was at the bottom of the list I then wait about A WEEK before I call back to ask if anything has been done the receptionist was very snarky and rude telling me I'll have to deal with management, during the hold transfer to management I was hung up on and after they refused to answer the phone for several of my calls I finally was able to speak with a manager and was refunded the 165$ but was pretty much told I was SOL with the overdraft fee. All and all worst experiences I think I've ever had with a plumbing company. I hope NOBODY ever uses this companies services, and I also hope they think reconsider the employees they choose to represent them in the future. 1/5 stars, I wish I could give 0

Team Plumbing is the only company that I will use! They take care of me and I feel like a priority to them...

This an edit of a review I posted a couple months ago. Not really pleased with their plumbing skill, but they did offer me a refund for an unnecessary service after they were unable to diagnose a simple tankless water heater issue. Water Heater Pros, LLC diagnosed it over the phone and came to our house for free to confirm the diagnosis. I won’t use B&L again, but take a look at the other reviews and decide for yourself.

I really appreciated all the information that was given to me beforehand, as well as when he got there. He showed up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, which for me is a plus. He was very professional and was great at breaking down every step and term for my personal understanding and even gave me advice on keeping the whole sewage/pipes running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and will keep their card up on my fridge if I ever need them again. Definitely a five star service!!!
