We paid a 50% deposit to have our main water line fixed, then found another company to do our repair because we felt uncomfortable paying a company $3250 to dig up our yard and possibly have to pay more if it was on the city's side of the valve. The company had our money for THREE HOURS, and they insisted on a 5% cancellation fee. Again, nobody came to our property ; all we had was an invoice emailed to us and a couple of phone calls. Meanwhile three other companies came out the same day to do an estimate--no charge. When we cancelled and I questioned the fee, I was curtly and emphatically told they could charge us $1500, but they were being helpful. At that point, I didn't press the matter in case they did decide to keep the $1500. Yes, they offered prompt repair, but the cancellation fee left a bad taste in my mouth.

We had an emergency at our house, Leo's sent out Chad to come fix our tub drain. The tub needed more work and a plumber was also needed. Shawn came out and fixed the tub while Chad was still here. Both were very professional and did a fantastic job restoring service to our tub. I would highly recommend Leo's Sewer and Drain - Thank you Chad and Shawn for your amazing service!

After talking to about 4 other companies Smith had the best prices for ac installation and we also got a new water heater. They did it all in a day (didn't take the whole day) and were very nice, friendly and professional. We have 0 complaints, recommend them all the time.

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

As a Realtor I would NOT recommend this company.
Knowingly could not complete sewer scope pushed for more services to auger the line for additional $120.00 and made it no further than the already scoped area of the line. Refused to refund all or credit a portion of the costs. When I asked for a military discount it was not offered.

I met Sean & Advantage Sewer after I had a really poor experience with Brand X drain cleaning company in town. Advantage Sewer & Plumbing is so superior to the plumbers I had used before that I'm not sure how I got along without them. They maintain some rental properties I own and I don't have time to go out to each plumbing job to make sure all goes well. We've consistently had excellent service from Affordable Rooter. Same great experience when AR provided a second opinion to a family member who was told by another company that expensive excavation and other procedures were needed (they were not!). Technician was great. Scheduling not so good--got canceled twice, and on 3rd appt I'd been assured I'd be first of afternoon (I had to meet at rental and wait in car), but that didn't happen, got service 1 1/2 hours later than promised.
