The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

This is the second time that Kurt Saleny has been the tech at our home. He arrived punctually, did a quick survey of our multiple problems and then spent plenty of time addressing each one. He provided us with a resource to correct a problem that was not plumbing related. We highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Leo's came out and spray-painted actual spray paint in my driveway without my permission. They refused to come and fix their mistake tried to pass me off to another vendor although that vendor is not the one who spray-painted all over my property. When I received a call back from Dave he basically tried to pass the buck and tell me his company was not liable although they are the ones that came out and committed the crime. Basically told me I should go f myself and told me to call another company. Thinking about filing a police report on them. Disappointment completely unprofessional.

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). The integrity, honesty and professionalism is above and beyond any I’ve experienced. Thank you to everyone at Bills Plumbing and Drain!

We had an instant hot water pump on our water heater go out. This was not an easy fix but Western Peak Plumbing stayed on it until it was perfect. Thank you Todd, Jerry and most recently James. James finally figured out the problem & voila, it was fixed. I appreciate the entire crew. Their efforts, professionalism & persistence are greatly appreciated. NO SHOW one time & late show one time; and when they did finally show up (after I took ½ a day off work), they didn’t have the parts with them that the scheduler ASSURED me they would have to fix my water heater; extending our time without hot water to more than 4 days. After their first “dropping of the ball” of not showing up until much later than scheduled, and the plumbing parts supplier was then closed; I was given a complimentary “USA Club” membership, where I was told I would be a priority customer. The next scheduled appt, the Smith's plumber never showed up at all. Being a part of their USA priority membership did nothing to help us get hot water. Finally went with a more reliable plumbing company where they showed up and fixed our hot water heater on the FIRST try. I would NOT recommend Smith’s Plumbing and heating for any work.

I am very pleased with the services that I received from this company. I found their flyer on my door, called because my drain was clogged, they came out quickly and took care of it. Thank you again!!

Springs Rooter came out and cleaned our drain when another company could not clear the line.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.
