Called Affordable plumbing to come help with frozen pipes in cripple creek.Charged an initial 330 service call fee. Plumber Jeff got out there. Couldn't figure out what was wrong. Stated several times didn't have proper equipment...keep calling his supervisor because he didn't know what to do. 6 hours later...nothing accomplished at all then handed us an 1100 bill.Had to call out 3 other plumbers. The last one figured it out in 20 minutes. Other plumbers in between didn't charge because they couldn't fix.Called in to Affordable Plumbing...manager Lance said too bad but offered a ten percent discount. Went to owner who offered 20 percent off.Boasted how well he treats Veterans....but gave my husband who was a veteran such disrespect. We were WILLING to pay the initial trip charge. But paying $800 additional because Jeff wasn't qualified is ridiculous. WILL be contacting the BBB. I recommend ALL Veterans to STAY AWAY unless you want your pocketbook raped by unprofessional practices

Had a great experience with Leo’s! We had a backup and luckily caught it early but needed a clean out. Leo’s answered right away, Cody was at our home within 30 minutes, got the job done quickly and professionally, and were very reasonable for after hours on a Saturday night. Would highly recommend!

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Dwayne was phenomenal and took on the job late in the night. He arrived on time and within a hour of me calling. He was very kind and polite, quoted me a fair price, and was in and out within a half hour.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dan was friendly, professional and honest from the very beginning. Ed came out and told me he would get my pipes cleared, and that is exactly what he did. It was a relief to see someone with such determination to get the job done and not try to sell me on a few thousand dollar job. if i could give them 10 stars, i would.

Quick to respond. We've used them in the past and their team is very organized. The hose faucet began leaking inside the basement wall. They were out to the house within 24 hours, determined the correct spot to cut the drywall, made the faucet replacement. Cleaned up the dust. David was highly qualified and friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is horrible they came because our bathtub is leaking and we asked them to fix the leak also clean out some drains all they did was clean the drains out and leave our Bath tub leaking and as we trusted them without doublechecking charged us almost $300 for something that they did not even fix on top of that they were speaking to someone that did not speak 100% English so they took a vantage of the situation and did not correct the problems that we hired them for and charges as if they did and as soon as I called their office to speak to a manager she yells at me and says we should have hired someone that spoke our language and if we wanted to fix our leak we need to still pay $150 to get it fixed this place is very disrespectful and discriminates on anyone that is not American this place is very rude and does a terrible job their customer service sucks and doesn’t deserve any business please take it from me if you don’t speak perfect English and don’t watch them throughout the whole process you will get scammed I can’t believe they took a vantage of my mother and didn’t fix our problem and now our water bill is over $200 I just got out of the hospital from surgery and come home to find out that nothing was fixed properly this company is terrible warning do not use this company I promise you you will regret it if I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would

Mark was great. He arrived when he said he would and went above and beyond for a much lower rate than the bigger corporate companies. He also showed up much quicker than the other companies could. I plan on calling on him again anytime I need rooter services.

I highly recommend this business. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike other services, they were willing to provide a quote up front. Had the drains flowing in no time!

Ralph and Brandon were our tech(s) today. They were courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They found the leak, let me know what part they needed to replace. They also realigned the faucet for us.
I would recommend Flo Right to our friends and also recommend Brandon and Ralph.

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.

Came for a normal tune-up Joseph F. found we had more problems then we realized. He was really great at explaining each issue that we had and what services they offer to fix them. He was able to schedule appointments for next week to get those problems fix. Every time i have used WiredNut they are honest hardworking people i am going to keep using them. An since Joseph was super help full i am going to keep requesting him for all your service needs.

First appointment the tech was an hour didnt fix the issue. Second appointment he no showed. I dont recommend this company.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH! I WISH THERE WERE MORE STARS TO GIVE!!! I had another local plumbing company tell me I needed a new tank and $800 in upgrades! The team here at HCD said nope you just need a part. Saved me a ton of money! Thank you guys for being honest and doing the right thing!

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.
