I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my go to plumber!

I hired Affordable to replace a bathroom exhaust fan with a fan/heater I had previously purchased. The responsiveness, price and speed of scheduling the work was great. Unfortunately, I'm less happy with the results. The heater was installed fine, and it works, but the technician was sloppy. Everywhere he was, he left a mess of drywall dust and insulation. He left the ceiling around the heater broken. My attic door was sealed with paint-- instead of cutting it open, he just pushed it until it broke, leaving a large mess and it no longer fits flush. Finally, he stepped on the housing for a light fixture while in the attic, and broke the drywall holding it in place. This is noticeable from the hall, and the light doesn't sit flush with the ceiling any longer. The tech said he would have a drywall guy contact us to come out and repair it within 2 days-- this never happened, even after I contacted him again. I messaged Affordable about this issue through their website, but there was no response.I got my heater, but I also got a mess to clean up and a whole new weekend project: 3 separate areas of my ceiling that I had to patch and repair myself. I'm not sure I could recommend Affordable to someone looking for a professional job.

Quincy came to assist us with a water pressure issue in our home that required the replacement of valves. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual. We will definitely use them again.

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!! DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! I have never seen a more unprofessional company in my 45 years of life. I've never even written a bad review. I was quoted $6500 for a plumbing job that was done so poorly the city inspector laughed out loud. It is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone about your concerns. Their answering service just keeps taking messages, and over a month later i am YET to speak to any type of supervisor...they had the permit manager deal with me so I'd stop calling to beg them to null the contract and let us find a real plumber. For the past month, i feel like I've been being punked, its almost comical at this point. Maybe if i wasnt thousands of dollars in the hole for a repair i dont trust was even needed, I'd be laughing. Seriously, be warned. Dont sign their contract.

We needed a vanity install which required the water lines to be shifted a bit. Western Peak plumbing was able to come out the next day to do the install. James did an awesome job! we love our new vanity and will definitely be calling Wester Peak Plumbing when we remodel the next bathroom.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Joshua Thomas arrived with an apprentice to fix boiler that was squeaking. Found that it was just a setting. Olson had just been out 1 month prior for annual cleaning. So, Joshua did not charge for this repair.
