Affordable, plumbing, and heat may turn out to be the company I use for the next 20 years since my original company went under and were bought by a horrible conglomerate. Plummer was professional, courteous and took care of business, cleaned up after themselves and it was Affordable,. I’m gonna call them again if I need any kind of repairs I may even shoot at the electrical next time. Excellent company excellent employees can’t be happier.

Richard, the tech, was awesome. Office lady should not be in this position. In addition to her nasty attitude, I never got the receipt she claims she just emailed. I need it for my records and should not have to beg.

Update: Owner's reply mentions a mix up with email. There was no mix up. The dispatcher read the email address to me correctly. The email simply wasn't sent. No mix up at all.

The time customer gives check is the time receipt should be given. Not a week or more later. I have never seen this in a business and find it unacceptable. Customer has no protection. Imagine if I said I would send check in a week or more. Not professional, fair, or ethical.

Also, very odd that you put nasty attitude in quotes. Very mocking. The woman was curt, hostile, had a clipped tone, and other reviews also mention unpleasant office staff. Rather than mock customer's words with quotes, it seems you would desire to fix the problem.

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

Best honest

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Green Plumbing on a few occasions working on both plumbing repairs and plumbing installation projects in my home. Jeff and Jason are both very professional and also friendly and personable. The quality of work is outstanding, the cost very reasonable, the attention to detail excellent, and the time it took to complete the jobs was very fast. I had one issue with faulty manufacturing on a part that was installed in my new sink, not Jeff's fault at all,, but he was so apologetic and changed his schedule in order to come out and replace the part the same day. You rarely find excellent service like that these days! I will certainly call Green Plumbing for any future plumbing issues or projects in my new home...they are very responsive and it's so nice to work with a family business.

David Kittle replaced my garbage disposal Tuesday afternoon. He was very professional and efficient and actually completed the job before his scheduled appointment time! He called to see if early was ok and it definately was. He was even kind enough to dump the pot full of drippings from dead disposal! Will definitely call this company again!

I wish I could still recommend this family plumbing business. They were friendly and reasonable when they installed my water conditioner.

But the professionalism ended there. I've tried to call Father Daughter (and contact them through their website) to get other plumbing work done, but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the Earth. Tonight the water conditioner they installed has sprung a leak where they attached it to our water line. I tried to call them again... and their voicemail box is FULL.

Folks, something happened here. Either they went out of business or decided to take a long vacation (without updating their voicemail or website). Incredibly unprofessional.

Now I'm scrambling trying to get someone to my house to clean up their mess.

Had Marc and Brian along with a few others come out to help with a water heater that stopped working. After troubleshooting he found we had a mice issue. They of course destroyed the unit but Marc came up with a solution so we wouldn’t have to deal with this anymore. Couldn’t be happier with the work from Marc, Brian and the team. Very knowledgeable and professional, we’ll certainly use them again as long as they continue to employ good folks like them.

Hghly recommend. The plumber walked me through over the phone a simple plumbing job that I was then able to do myself (changing a pressure release valve on a water heater). Other companies (bullseye) quoted as high as $360 for something I was able to do myself in 10 minutes after draining the water heater. The part was $15 at Lowe's.

From now on I will be using Jolly Plumbing and Heating for repairs I cannot do myself. Thank you, Jolly!

HCD was sent by my home warranty company. They fully evaluated the pipe of concern and then gave me some advice on things I could do myself to improve the function of my sink. Basically, they fixed my problem and made my life a bit easier on the way out.

Don't bother with any of the other companies in town. Dan and his team will give you the best quote and all your options. They are fast, friendly, and professional. Recommend to all my friends!

Acme came to my business and repaired my sewer service I had another out fit camera line and lie to me they told me that I had to dig up the entire sewer line I am so grateful for Acme and Dennis for being honest I highly recommend Acme to every one.
