Kyle installed a new gas valve in our furnace because the old one was failing. He took the time needed to troubleshoot the problem, got the part we needed, and had it installed the same day. We've used this company a few times now I've always been very happy with their work.

Nick from Western Peak Plumbing came to our house on a frigid day to replace the PRV valve on our main water line. We are trying to get persistent knocking noises in the water line to stop. My experience with the staff at Always Plumbing, as well as their service, was excellent. Debbie, their receptionist, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ed came to our house twice, first to look at our (very old) water heater, and a second time to replace it. Ed was very honest and fair in his assessment, and incredibly knowledgeable. When he came out to replace our water heater he was quick and efficient. The price we paid at installment was exactly the price he quoted us, and based on my research their prices were fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their service!

Nick came by to check on electrical work. Reassured that everything seemed fine and gave advice on how to resolve the issues.
He didn't try to hassle me into paying for unnecessary work.

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Would like to say thank you to Thayne. He gave more respect than the previous company ever thought about or considered. My experience with the previous company left more than a bad taste. Didn't know whether to let One Source look at my furnace. Gave them a chance and was glad I did. Thayne did what he needed to do and asked why the previous company didn't correct the duct work to work with the furnace they installed. He explained that what should have been done. It is my belief the previous company took advantage of me. Thayne did a great job.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes to make an appointment for an emergency gas leak, made an appointment for today at 8am, it is now 4pm and i haven't even received so much as a phone call or a reason they didn't show up for an EMERGENCY GAS LEAK IN A RESIDENTIAL HOME. Don't waste your time with these clowns, much better options in this town that actually care and want to make money in this already crippled economy.

EDIT: The owner saw this review and called my cell phone, not to fix things, but to blatantly deny I ever had an appointment (how would he have gotten my number and known who I was without that? 🤣 he then told me I wasn't a real man and decided to try and make fun of me. Not sure what kind of business operates this way when a customer is wronged but unless you want harassing phone calls where the owner berates you and makes insinuations and threats toward you, I wouldn't ever call this business. Like I said, there's plenty of professional HVAC, plumbing etc companies in the area that won't harass you after wronging you.

Late in the day when they made it here; but so grateful for the cleanout on the same day I called. I now some jobs take longer than others, so no need to fret over arrival times. They are very competent and do a great job. Thanks Chris.
