Best Sewer Line in Colorado Springs CO

Jeff did a superb job when our water heater broke. His response time was very quick and he took the time to educate us about the best replacement product for our home, the installation process, and maintenance tips. The entire project met all code requirements. As a veteran and spouse of a veteran, Jeff's work met our high quality standards. We trust Jeff and gladly refer him to our family and friends.

Can't say enough about this company. Frankie and Tyler came out to help us when our plumbing started to back up. Besides being extremely professional and talented, they were approachable, honest, and generally great guys. They were able to fix a tough issue and truly went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company has very poor customer service and does not respond on time to their service calls. I was told that a plumber would report my house on Friday morning between eight and 12. That timeframe came and went. No plumber ever came to our house and no plumber ever called to tell us that they were running late.
Then, after calling the company I was told that the plumber would be to my house right away around 3 PM. I got a call from the plumber that he’s not able to be my to my house right away because he has another emergency occurring and doesn’t know what time he will come to my home. So I called the office back to let the office know that somebody will not be at my house. I ask if they can send a plumber on Saturday morning which is today. They tell me yes the plumber should be to my home between 8 and 9 AM.
9:00am came and went. No plumber came to my home and nobody called me from the company to tell me what was going on. I called the company the receptionist picks up the phone. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know who would’ve told me that a plumber would come to my house today between 8 and 9 AM because “he’s not even at work yet.” She also proceeds to tell me that she cannot give me a timeframe for the plumber to help at our home because he lives two hours away and is not on duty yet. She was very unprofessional and rude to me during the entire call.
This company has been to my house once and did not snake the drain like they said they were going to do. Then they did not follow up with me like they said they were going to do. Then they did not show up at all for the service call that they told me that they would be at. Now the company is telling me that they don’t even know if and when a plumber will be coming to my house to fix the problem at all. If this is the way that Leo’s Sewer & Drain conducts business how may I ask are they staying in business?
My problem still has not been fixed. Also the lack of response and or professionalism is outrageous and I cannot believe that Challenger Homes is using them as a subcontractor for business.

I have used Bill's plumbing twice. Once after hours for a clogged drain and then today to install a new dishwasher in my home that has never had a dishwasher. They are great to.work.with! Would recommend them for any plumbing service!

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Timely and very professional service

Ed was amazing, we had a leak that caused a huge bubble in our ceiling and he was quick to arrive and quick to solve the problem. He kept us informed every step of the way, and explained what was causing the issue when he found it. Highly recommend them!!

The A/C went out on a sunny, 90+ degree Friday. We called them after 4pm. They sent someone over in less than 2 hours and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in under an hour. Not only that, but he was also super personable, very nice to my kids, and at ease with my large, crazy dogs. I would 100% recommend this company, especially our technician, Ridge, to every homeowner in the area. My family and I are so grateful! Thank you!

Quick response from Dwayne, quick service rooting my line to the city service and ran the camera to review the cleanout once completed. Would recommend for any future service needs to all. Assisted with providing a compression drain cover when my old one wouldn't hold out the drain water. Great price paid. E.

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They did a brand new AC for my Dad's house and at my house fixed a leak in our swamp cooler and installed a new water pressure regulator They did the jobs sooner than expected and beat the others quotes and less money did not mean less quality as all the work was amazing ! Alex was the best !

Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. We have only had to use B&L in a few “emergency” situations. Each time they have been on time or early, had the needed parts to fix the problem and left us in a much better spot than when they arrived! One time, we were even told how to do something on our own that was a simple fix, versus charging us for them to do it. I can appreciate that because I never feel ripped off! They will always be our go to plumber!
