They came to snake a plugged drain between my bathroom sink and my laundry room floor drain. That plug may have been cleared. My bathroom sink now drains very slowly and leaks under the sink so I have to have a bucket under it. He tells me it has something to do with gravity and that the pipe was not attached correctly when the house was built and does not meet the sink. The sink never leaked before and always drained fine and was built 47 years ago. My gravity and pipe length has changed? Now after $275 my husband who is 71 years old has to try to fix the sink so I can put everthing away and we live with a slow draining sink. This was a crazy day.

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Very happy with the service B & L plumbing provides. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day, because it was not an emergency situation. Sam was able to make the repair same day. I will definitely continue to use B& L plumbing in the future.

Very responsive and excellent work. We had a leak from our irrigation system with water running into our basement when we tried to turn our sprinklers on this spring. Tuesday I had a Master Plumber come out to assess the situation and Friday we had it fixed (with a minimal hole in our drywall) While they were here, we asked them to help install a toilet which was done equally professional. All employees we dealt with were very friendly and professional.

Just moved from California almost 2 years ago and I’ve tried a couple different plumbers. The first plumber I won’t mention the company name he just seemed like in a big hurry and didn’t have all the answers. Second plumber I had whatever he did the first time he had to come back and fix it a second time. So, I went online and found Perkys heating and plumbing. Gave them a call they came out within an hour or two he was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Perkys heating and plumbing for every project in the future. I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. We cannot thank these guys enough and if we need a plumber again, we will hire them in a heartbeat.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

First of all, great first impression from the very pleasant and helpful girl I talked with. Great experience from estimate to installation of our Bosh central air conditioning. Wouldn't know that this 30 year old house never had air conditioning. Jesse, the estimator, explained everything and answered all my questions. Did a very thorough inspection of house and ensured we had an adequate furnace and electric panel. He showed me the options for what we needed (5-ton unit). He ensured right away that the unit we wanted was in town. He also was able to provide the estimate right away.
The installers were right on time and Mike and Brian did an exemplary job. They went above and beyond in their attention to detail, professionalism and explaining what they were doing. Kudos you guys!
Another cool thing they do is send you a text when the estimator/installers are on their way with a pic and short bio. AND this company offers a 2-year buy back, no strings attached. I think that shows great confidence in their employees and products. So glad we chose this company.

We moved in to our new home and the master bathroom sinks would take hours to drain water after we got ready in the morning. There would be gross left over residue from it as well. We called Flow Right and their friendly technician Brandon fixed our sinks in about 45 minutes. My wife really appreciated how respectful Brandon was and I really appreciated all of the additional information he provided me about our house's plumbing. We had two different plumbers come for a ceiling leak, and neither one could diagnose the problem. And charged us right around 500.00 in total. We got a third plumber from a different company and they found, and fixed the problem immediately.

met with multiple employees to fix a shower drainage problem, they seemed like they would be good and professional. They needed to do work 2 days in and under my apartment. when the job was finished they left leaving multiple tools and materials, leaving the shower disgustingly dirty (not the condition it was when they arrived) and breaking the toilet paper holder off of my wall. They were extremely unprofessional and told me that they don't get paid to clean up. would not recommend them.
