Craig and Saul came out to fix a backed up shower in our downstairs bathroom back in February. I just found their card and figured I’d leave a review because those guys were so nice and funny. They made me pretty comfortable with the fact that two dudes were rolling into my house, and they did a great job with the shower. Definitely going to use them for my next plumbing disaster.

My grandmother was taken advantage of by One Source Home Service. She was charged an absolutely outrageous amount for a new hot water heater. She was not provided an invoice at the time of service, when we called to have one mailed, she still never got one. Finally we had to go to the office to get one, we were told the hot water heater itself was over $3500.They said on the permit it was work valued at $4500, yet you can find the exact same hot water heater on various websites for under $1500.We e-mailed them last week to file a formal complaint and we have yet to hear a peep. Nothing says lack of professionalism like taking advantage of people at risk. Buyers beware!

Fast and reliable service. We had a couple of leaking faucets and instead of just fixing the faucets, they went to the root of the problem. Our water pressure was too high and they fixed that and the leaking stopped immediately. They were very professional. And they wore masks.

I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

David Kittle is amazing!!! He replaced two outside faucets and they are no longer leaking! I thought one of them was leaking into the lower level of the house, David determined that was not the problem and that it was possibly ground water as the back flow had filled as well. He took water samples and cleaned out the backflow. He was determined to resolve our plumbing issues. In addition, he was neat, professional and he explained what he was doing at every step. I highly recommend Flow Right and David Kittle.

Had a hot water heater go out on me. Called them up on a Sunday and were able to get an emergency tech out to my house within a couple hours. Mick totally fixed the problem, gave me some tips and advice, and did it all in a very friendly and professional manner. Would use these guys again for future heating and pkumbing work. Was very pleased.

This company parked their vans in front of my driveway while working on the neighbors house. Unprofessional and a total disregard for others property. Would not hire them for this reason alone. They don't care and proved it when they removed the note and threw it in their customers yard.
