I discovered that both of the hose bibs on the outside of my home needed replacing on New Year's Day. It was basically an emergency because they had dripped and formed an ice column that went to the ground and was frozen up inside the bibs so the pipes in my home were at risk. I was able to speak to the owner of Western Peak that day (Saturday, and a holiday!) and he quoted me a very reasonable price and they were replaced a few days later. James was our Plumber, and he was very competent and extremely friendly. He got the job done quickly, and again, the price was the best around, by a lot. We couldn't be happier.

Parkey's has always been responsive. Technician was early and diagnosed the water heater issue rapidly. He provided several options for how to resolve the issue allowing us plenty of time to determine which choice we wanted to use without pressure one way or another.Will definitely use Parkey's again.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Comfort by Design. Our experience has been exceptional from beginning to end. Initially Scott spent time with me going over options and helping me to make decisions on our project. Our heating system needed to be replaced and we had an AC system installed. Jeremy and Mike arrived promptly and as expected. They installed the system efficiently and left the work area clean. Jeremy walked us through the installation and maintenance with professionalism and competence. Joe, the electrician is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice on our lighting and electrical needs. David, the plumber was efficient and was quick to make requested changes. All in all, the team was responsive, professional, competent and demonstrated great customer service.

Ralph and Reggie came out yesterday afternoon to give my tankless water heater a check and possible clean after I had had my home re-sided. They checked it out and shared with me that all is well with the water heater, but in the future I will need to do some regular maintenance to keep it working efficiently, but for now it was safe, working properly, and clean. They were very honest and upfront and clear about my options and because they essentially just checked the water heater out without doing any maintenance on it, they did not charge me for anything. I have done business with this company before and I find the technicians so knowledgeable and patient and honest. This company truly cares about doing good work, honest work. The two gentlemen who came to my home on 12/30 to look at my furnace were absolutely great. I would absolutely recommend Affordable Plumbing & Heating. And they were the only company who could come the next day. Everyone else was 3 weeks out. Who can go without heat in December for that long? Next time you have a problem with your furnace, call them first. I know I will!
