So impressed with this young man’s service! Knowledgeable, polite and professional, he was on time and completed the necessary repair in a timely manner, and with excellent attention to detail! I absolutely recommend this company.

A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.

Brian with Team Plumbing was terrific. I was not getting truly hot water in my upstairs master bath and Brian identified a mixing valve all the way down in the basement and adjusted that and just like that I now have truly hot water for the master bathtub. Thank you Brian!

These guys are great and very professional. I needed a camera down the sewer line with very short notice and they handled it in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company. The bill came by email and the video was dropped off to my office - great service which is uncommon these days...

My Mr. Rooter Pro, Adrian Silva, was very courteous, professional and on time. I've been very pleased with all the technicians that have helped me with plumbing issues. I highly recommend them.

I called Mark on mother's day to see if he could possibly change out my backflow preventer. Within a hour we were shaking hands and saying our good byes. All in all I'd refer or recommend his company to anyone who is having plumbing issues.

Really professional and great work

Timothy Morales installed a new boiler. Our 30-yr old one really needed replaced, and I considered this an emergency to have a working heating system for the house. It was installed as quick as possible, and Tim patiently made sure I understood what to do and not do with the system (basically shouldn't have to do anything but check it once in a while)... nice work Tim!

July 1 2021 update: Cope fixed our water heater today, worked hard to get the proper part and install it! I got the usual expert analysis and repair. Thanks Cope!

Very much a distressing experience. Had to manage the tracking of a leak between multiple condo units and they went through and explained every step. Helpful and easy with everything.
