Best Plumbing Lines in Colorado Springs CO

I have used Jeff at Powers Plumber for more than 6 years. He has repaired and modified my sprinkler system, replaced a water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and gave some very useful advice on a water drainage problem in my yard. Jeff is very professional, does the work exactly as he promised, for the price he quoted and finishes on time. I have lived all over the country (26 year Air Force veteran) and Jeff is the best, most reliable plumber I have ever used.

I needed my plumbing lines hydro jetted and Leo's came highly recommended. Chad and Pete from Leo's were very professional. They answered any questions I had and provided recommendations on maintenance of my sewer lines. They also provided some symptoms to keep an eye for if any issues came up. Great experience and will definitely continue to call Leo's for plumbing. I would also recommend Leo's to family, friends and coworkers.

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). You wake up and discover your toilet is clogged so badly, that sewage is coming up from your damn shower drain. How could this get worse? Oh, that's right...you have a party in a matter of hours. So when you call three other places that don't return your call, you feel as though all hope is just...lost. However, you call this place and you're told it can be taken care of. The guy show up and he's the proverbial 'House' of plumbing (thank you, Andre) who walked in, and knew what needed to be done almost immediately. He was done in about an hour and the party went on. Mark was awesome. He was on time and his work is professional. He gave me peace of mind and fixed our problems.

I called and asked for a quote. Technician was professional. However, he did not take notes or measurements on the work I was asking for. I had a tech from another competitor show up as he was leaving.

I texted the owner Diego three days later asking about the quote. He said that I didn’t need a quote because I had plenty of people sending me quotes.

Very unprofessional and demeaning. Any responsible home owner would get multiple quotes rather than just going with one company. Customer service is less than stellar and I would not recommend this company.

I called Rooter Town to have a drain cleared at a rental property. Once they cleared the drain they called me and tried to upsell me on a sewer video. I said I did not want it and the tech argued with me that I should do it in front of my tenants. Very unprofessional! To top it off he called me back twice and offered to do it for a lower price and again in front of the tenants. Completely unprofessional and downright sleazy tactics. I do not recommend and will not use their service again.
