Rick was personable, listened well, gave an estimate and demonstrated a well-informed understanding of my plumbing concern -- and all of this over the phone! His quoted price was reasonable and his response time fitting. (My concern was a pinhole leak from the hot water heater's line out.)

I have a rental house in Colorado Springs that had the sewer backup on Sunday morning. It was all cleaned out and done by Sunday noon at a very fair price. I was happy. Then he called back the next day to say the last guy broke a piece on the roof of my house. This was true. And he wanted to go back and fix it for free so no one thought that he would leave work behind like that. Way beyond my expectations. I would recommend to anyone.
