I called Charles, the owner. He was so helpful, responsive and honest! He was able to resolve the problem (hot water tank out) that day. It was a safety feature which automatically shut off the pilot light on the tank when it exceeded a certain temperature. He went out the day I called him, immediately recognized the problem, lit the pilot light and called to let me know the problem was resolved! He offers free diagnosis! I will definitely use Charles again.

Nick was great. Starting with the call to tell me he would be at the house in 20 min. Then showing up on time. Next, he took the time to answer my questions and explain how the faucet system worked since I had tried to fix it but was not successful. He was very affordable and did a great job. I will be calling Enki when out water heater needs replacing.

Our 22 year old water heater started leaking and Charles was able to come out the next day and replace it with a new unit at a reasonable price. He was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to work with.

I got Enki Plumbing info from another page where people often go to ask for recommendations. I had previously called another company and am still waiting for a return call (over a week ago). I reached out on the Enki Plumbing website and sent a message through there. Charles called me within 10 minutes asking what I needed help with. My original issue was with a toilet but I also mentioned my sink not draining. He got me in within the week - which I was quite thrilled. Charles arrived at the start of the window he gave - even calling 15 minutes out to say he was on his way. When he arrived, the toilet was working just fine (of course), so Charles said if it happened again to reach out. He checked out the sink and showed me exactly what was going on and offered to fix it for a fair and reasonable price. As he fixed it, he explained what was going on and did several checks to make sure everything was just fine. Every aspect from the call, to the fix, to the clean up was very professional, courteous, and clean!!!! I will certainly be reaching out again and recommending!!!!!

Woke up to no hot water. Luckily Charles was able to come out. I was blown away by the service I received! He was very nice, professional and explained everything to me.
Discussed different options for future as it just needed to be reset (again) this time but trying to plan before it goes for real.
He walked me through what would be done and what costs would be for the different options.
Very honest (actually told me he doesn’t recommend replacing water heater!!), pricing seems very reasonable and guaranteed quote!

When they say one call does it all, they are referring to Enki plumbing. Over the course of 2 Saturdays, so I didn't miss work, they replaced a leaking washer valve (pressurized line! - could have been a disaster), a leaking pressurized shower pipe connector, a slow drain, a backed up kitchen sink, and most importantly fixed the slope of my water heater exhaust! I tried to do it myself and installed it wrong, Enki fixed it and got me compliant. Very pleased with this company.

Our water heater started leaking due to corrosion. Called and spoke with Charles who came out the next day to evaluate. We had to replace the entire tank. Charles showed me what had gone wrong causing the leak and provided me a reasonable quote for the work to replace. Within a short amount of time Charles had a new water heater tank installed and the old one hauled away. He walked me through the routine maintenance I should have been doing to prevent issues and made sure I understood the operations on the new tank. Very friendly, professional and responsive company to work with. Highly recommend.

Charles was a life saver when he came out to fix a frozen pipe leak in the crawlspace at one of my clients home. He was professional, showed up when he said he would and found/repaired the leak in a timely manner. He even added insulation to pipes to prevent them from freezing in the future. Very friendly and professional service. We had a problem with a pipe and after a quick phone call with Charles, he was able to determine the problem and walk us through on the phone how to resolve the issue as he was busy and couldn't make it to our home. Thanks to him, we were able to have hot water on Christmas!

I can’t speak highly enough of Charles. He made an appointment to come to hook up my sinks that had been disconnected for two months. One of them was the kitchen sink and it’s HORRIBLE not having a kitchen sink. He booked the appointment about a week in advance and, of course, we had a huge snowstorm on the day he booked. I was just carrying on with my work from home when low and behold, Charles shows up to my house. I told him I didn’t know if he would make it due to the weather, and he told me he was “a man of his word.” His attention to detail was great and he did an absolutely perfect job.
