Mark was able to help us out on a late night emergency drain back up at a rental property I own. Tenants were freaking out, I called 4 other plumbers with 24 hour service who said they couldn't make it out. Mark got out there and got the job done fast and professionally. Highly recommend.

I wasn't satisfied with my first appointment with Affordable Plumbing. I called to express my disappointment and my call was returned by a manager. He rescheduled a follow up appointment to remedy the situation. A technician showed up less than a week later to fix the leak in my AC line. He not only fixed the leak (which required recovering all refrigerant, torching the line, and then refilling it) he ensured there was no other leak by testing the line pressure and even did an *excellent* job thoroughly re-insulating my A/C line.Affordable Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. It's rare to come across a company with this much integrity this day in age, but I'm glad I did.

I’d say the ladies when you call are some of the most disrespectful and lack serious customer service. They can’t even submit paper work that is requested in order to process a claim. The only people from that company that were remotely helpful were the 2 techs outside smoking. It’s obvious that this company does not care. I highly recommend to others do not go with this company for service.

Marvin and the Western Peak Plumbing team were very responsive when our hot water heater went out over a weekend. They came by to diagnose and were able to do a temporary fix while awaiting parts on order. We were so thankful to have some hot water while we waited for parts! The final fix was quick and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing and they will be our go-to from now on!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

I called these guys based off of their high reviews and I was not disappointed at all. Ed came to my house exactly when he said he would (after calling to give me a heads up) and fixed everything perfectly. He explained to me exactly what he was doing, and gave me advice about how I can take better care of things so that it doesn't happen again. He had to do a lot of work, but he was friendly and professional throughout. I can't recommend this company, or Ed, enough.

QUOTED $1,233 FOR REPAIRS, GOT A QUOTE FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY & PAID $125!!!I received an estimate for my heater to be repaired, the summary of issues entailed replacing the inducer draft assembly, cleaning a blockage in the roof cap and replacing up to 10' of B vent totaling $1233.Considering my heater is only 5 years old - I got a second opinion from T&W Indoor Comfort - and I'm glad I did!They basically did a service for the heater, cleaned it up a bit and charged $125 - this covered the service visit, as well as the cleaning. It's been 2.5 weeks and its running like new.I'm disgusted that this company quoted repairs that were completely unnecessary. If I wouldn't have had a 2nd opinion, I would be out over a thousand dollars!***RESPONSE TO SMITH PLUMBING REGARDING THEIR REBUTTLE -T&W didn't offer me a price I was more comfortable with, they simply did not write up a bogus estimate like you did.Answer me this; if the repairs you said were truly necessary, how did T&W get the heater to work without replacing key parts of the unit?????

Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

Best plumbing & rooter, is the best! Howard, my initial contact, was nice, thoughtful & helpful. He’s a good communicator, & kept me abreast of the status of my job. He was very responsive to my texts, & notified me when the repairman was enroute. The technician, Kaden, called me when the job was complete, & was also nice, courteous & informative. I feel the price was fair, & they even gave me $10 off. They used a camera for no additional charge. We were able to pay online. Their whole outfit is state of the art. They’re true professionals, & are our new plumbers!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Apparently out of business, installed new furnace and hot water heater and now a different company answers, NO WARRANTY, ON LABOR! LOUSY WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice, once back in August 2021 to fix a break in our main water line and just today to get my furnace to stop making weird sounds. Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding!

Lowell patiently listened to me try to describe the noises the furnace was making, quickly identified the issue and fixed it (some wires from the motor were getting into the blower wheel) He was very quick and professional and I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable.

Terry and his crew were also great with the waterline. They arrived promptly when they said they would, they did as little damage to the lawn as was possible taking into account the job that had to be done. Once the digging was over they quickly found the break and repaired the line. They were very thoughtful with the clean up after as well. While the price tag on that job was high, it too was fully reasonable considering they were able to get out the day we called (unlike everywhere else which we would have had to wait 2-4 weeks for,) the size of the crew, the machinery needed AND the fact they did the job after hours, on overtime. We were so thankful to get our water back on that day we did not mind paying for overtime. They were a wonderful crew and did great work.

I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them.

Please don't go with this people. The company wants the money up front and they do poor job. These people are scam.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

My basement's mechanical room is flooding into the finished area of our lower-level (as mentioned to the receptionist). I call B&L and immediately asked when someone was available and was told they were booked until Wednesday (I called on a Monday.) At first they couldn't get anyone out here then she offered emergency service and I asked how much it was. She had to call me back since she didn't know the cost. The customer service girl called back and said they could get me in the next day (which is Tuesday (non-emergency service) and I was scheduled from 4-6pm. It's now almost 10:00pm and I have received NO calls (no update call, no I'm running late call, etc.). In fact, I called at 6:15pm this evening to verifying my appt and the woman said I'm still in the schedule but the tech, Mike, was running a little late. These reviews MUST be fake. How unprofessional and disappointing. Time to find someone else to give my money to.
