Couldn't have had an easier experience with Happy Plumber coming out to check my hot water heater leaking. They returned my calls quickly, arrived on time, very friendly and respectful, explained everything to me about replacement and my options, and finished the work the same day. Pilar answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Installation looks wonderful as I needed new piping upgrades to code. They hauled my old heater away and left my home without a trace. Very happy. Highly recommended.

The Happy Plumber crew came to my home to take care of a kitchen sink backup. My experience with them was outstanding!! They were professional, friendly, and cared about their work. We had a massive grease clog and the crew did not leave until the problem was taken care of. Can definetly recommend these fellas! Great job!

The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

My kitchen sink basins were backed up with dirty and smelly water due to a suspected blockage somewhere downstream. We were desperate to get back on line with dish washing and food preparation tasks. The assigned Happy Plumber technician (Erik) came to the rescue. Erik's troubleshooting skills were evident, incrementally tracing down potential areas for blockage. His analytical capabilities, the right equipment, and persistence paid off, in retrospect, with a very problematic blockage and difficult access to concealed piping and only one Cleanout port. We are delighted with the results and the outstanding work performed by the Happy Plumber Co. I give them a '10' out of 10 rating.
