Best New Sewer Line Installation in Colorado Springs CO

Our shower diverter broke and Anthony and Fredrick went above and beyond to get it back into working order.

Had Mike Podczervinski come out and install a new water heater at a very fair price and without any issues. He also came back a few days later to check on it to ensure there were no issues. I'll be hiring Bill's for all future plumbing needs.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Well now after one year after install I can honestly say their customer service is terrible. One year after I bought and paid in FULL Brian at heat depot let me know I had not paid and owed them $9100. Later they found they were indeed in error. But the damage is done. Any reputable thing I had said previously about this company went into the toilet. If you use this company. Keep your receipts otherwise they may want to charge double for their mistakes. I was supposed to get 5 years maintenance from these guys for free. In all honesty I am having another company so my servicing and yes I will have to pay for maintenance. But at least I won't get charged twice.BEWARE

I started with Roto Rooter and they said it would be over 24 hours before the could address my problem-a seriously clogged toilet. The toilet was unusable and the only one in the household. Western Peak Plumbing was delightfully responsive, courteous and efficient! From my initial phone call it took less than two hours to fix the problem. They stayed in communication throughout the process and kept me posted on when to expect them and when they completed the work (I am a landlord). My tenant was extremely pleased with their quick turnaround and positive attitude. I also thought that their pricing was quite reasonable. They will be my first call the next time I have need of plumbing services.

They unclog my sink toilet and shower in one go their running so smoothly now. I feel more comfortable and more aware when using them. Only took two hours it was so good to know I could take a shower at the end of the day after they finish.

Absolutely excellent service. My water heater needed to be replaced and they were able to come out same day for the evaluation, and had it fixed the next day. They dealt with the Colorado Springs Utilities employees that were hassling us about our current meter placement and were determined to have our hot water back on that night. David did a phenomenal job. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a competent trustworthy plumber to get them back up and running quick.
