We have been using them for years and found them to be competent, fair and affordable, and genuinely nice folks.

I had trouble with my central air. I called them for an estimate. The tech came out promptly. It took him 10 minutes. $119. He told me the mother board was out. It would cost $1500. He called me the next morning and told me it would be $7000. They would probably have to replace the unit (it’s less than 2 years old). My unit was trash! What? It’s an Amana. I told him it’s still under warranty. He wanted nothing to do it. I told him I would call other companies. He said “good luck with that”. I’m elderly. I feel I was definitely being taken advantage of. They will never have my business again.

HVAC Solutions came out and removed a 15 year old attic A/C system that had failed and leaked into the ceiling. When the work was completed they lowered the price as it took less time than originally expected. I don't know many companies that would do that. Very pleased with the professional work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them, not something I can do very often.

I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice, once back in August 2021 to fix a break in our main water line and just today to get my furnace to stop making weird sounds. Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding!

Lowell patiently listened to me try to describe the noises the furnace was making, quickly identified the issue and fixed it (some wires from the motor were getting into the blower wheel) He was very quick and professional and I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable.

Terry and his crew were also great with the waterline. They arrived promptly when they said they would, they did as little damage to the lawn as was possible taking into account the job that had to be done. Once the digging was over they quickly found the break and repaired the line. They were very thoughtful with the clean up after as well. While the price tag on that job was high, it too was fully reasonable considering they were able to get out the day we called (unlike everywhere else which we would have had to wait 2-4 weeks for,) the size of the crew, the machinery needed AND the fact they did the job after hours, on overtime. We were so thankful to get our water back on that day we did not mind paying for overtime. They were a wonderful crew and did great work.

I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them.

Called them to install an irrigation stem out. They set an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, Shane called prior to arriving to inform me he was on his way. He was very professional, did a great job and explained everything he was doing. He left my property in great shape, cleaned up his mess and put everything back in place. Before staring he wrote up an estimate and explained all costs associated. Upon completion the final invoice did not exceed the estimate. B&L was a pleasure to work with. I will call again for my future plumbing needs.

Until today, I’ve been a loyal Parker’s customer for approximately 20 years. Tim Parkey sold me my first system, I’ve stayed loyal and continued to purchase replacement systems and parts. The company has been sold and is no longer a local company. For most of the summer I’ve attempted to obtain routine service for my new furnace Parker’s installed last year, my April Air Filter and air conditioner. My first appointment cancelled by the New Parker’s, employee called out. My second appointment, employee showed up only to cancel as they couldn’t service a system installed in a crawl space. Why would you send an employee to a home you’ve installed two systems into and serviced for many years. It’s impossible to discuss appointments over the phone with their new untrained customer service, they are very unprofessional.Therefore, I will be seeking service from an actual local company, not a corporate entity.

Great company. Very professional. Fast install. They took the time to make sure it was done right. From the estimate through the install, I felt like I mattered and was their only customer. Owner did the estimate and talked me out of a more expensive unit and made sure that the one I bought was right for my house. Techs were professional and polite.

This rating is from myself & my daughter Theresa Nicholas (home owner) and involved a recall from a service call 2 days ago, different Tech. The Pueblo Tech who fixed this issue, water heater repair, was Greg M. He arrived early, quickly assessed the problem & proposed fix, returned promptly from shop with required part & upgrade, installed new,upgraded Thermocouple, determined root causes to the water heater, even took pictures with his phone to explain to me what he found, cleaned, modified to prevent recurrence, and returned water heater to service. All this within 1st min. labor hour charge! Fully explained what he did, parts replaced & why, and pointers for future, trouble free operation. Also, we were given a Discount since this was a re-call. Greg M. is an Outstanding Tech, ultra professional, followed PPE requirements, timely & skilled. Strongly Recommend Greg M. by name and his Company FlowRight! Thank You!

Service person came, explained what they planned to do and at the end of service explained what they did, why, and the finished job. All explanations were very clear. They left the area tidy.

Johnny was terrific. He was on time, professional, worked efficiently and cleanly. Would definitely recommend!

I had them do a seller's inspection on my furnace and the tech spent the entire time trying to up-sell me on parts and services I didn't want or need. The most frustrating was his threat to leave derogatory statements in the inspection report if I didn't pay $80 for a blower motor rebuild on a 2 year old motor that was worn and dirty when he hadn't even opened the front cover yet. Based on other reviews, if you have something legitimately wrong and expensive to fix, they might be better. But if you just need something simple like I did, go somewhere else and avoid a shakedown.

Wanda is AWESOME! She truly is what every Property Manager wishes for in a vendor at the front desk. She is always so helpful and honest and makes me feel like priority whether the work is big or small. My residents give the same feedback whenever they speak with her. The plumbers are really great too! Mikes Plumbing will always be my first choice as long as Wanda is there!! Thank you Mikes for being the best honest Plumbing company in all of Colorado Springs!!!!
