Craig and Saul came out to fix a backed up shower in our downstairs bathroom back in February. I just found their card and figured I’d leave a review because those guys were so nice and funny. They made me pretty comfortable with the fact that two dudes were rolling into my house, and they did a great job with the shower. Definitely going to use them for my next plumbing disaster.

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

From start to finish, the folks from One Source were incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. They consistently went above and beyond before, during, and after the work was done at my house (HVAC upgrade and crawl space encapsulation). Anthony bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of with the cost and timing of the work, that I understood what was going to be done and what needed to be done, while also ensuring that we would also be taken care of with an extended warranty through One Source. Adam took great care to make sure that the HVAC work was done quickly and correctly (while also fixing some mistakes the previous installation company had done), and Toby & Marcos knocked it out of the park with the crawl space encapsulation in an incredibly quick manner, which was no easy task as they had to disassemble and remove the old furnace that the previous home owner had so kindly left behind. Everyone I met who came to work on my home was early to the job and I had peace of mind leaving them to work in my house by themselves while I had to run some errands. I whole heartedly recommend One Source for quality work on one's home.

All the drains in my house (built in 1956) stopped running yesterday morning, so I called Affordable Rooter. Chad had an opening and was able to come out late afternoon. He explained what he was doing, what the potential problems might be, and worked for over an hour with a snake to get the drain cleared. As it turned out, the main drain had issues and he had to bring a camera to scope it today. He spent about 3 hours this here morning and has given me information about every step of the operation. He made sure that the drain was clear enough today so that I could flush toilets and run water. I'll need to have some major work done on Monday in order to avoid a recurrence of the issue or backup/flooding, but I'm grateful that Chad was able to get me up and running for the weekend. I received a detailed, itemized bill from Chad. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Chad and Affordable Rooter and highly recommend them!
