When you think of people you trust, a plumber never seems to make your list. Unless your plumber works for Mr. Rooter. Shane has done my plumbing work for several years now and has always shown up when promised, done an excellent job, and charged a reasonable price. The same can be said of the few other plumbers who have helped out when Shane hasn't been available. I love the fact that they try to send the same person out when possible, and that they will have your plumber call you for estimates on work. It makes the service so much more personal.It always sucks when you need a plumber, but calling Mr. Rooter makes the experience as pleasant as it can be. I recommend their service without hesitation to all of my friends.
