I have used Tombstone more than once. They are as accommodating as possible, clean, neat, job well done. On time or calls if delayed. The persons that have come out have always been polite, makes sure you understand what they are doing and does not mind you asking questions and the price is reasonable. They are awesome.

I have been assigned several plumbers through several different AHS home warranty claims. Tombstone Plumbing and Sewer in Colorado Springs was hands-down the best plumber that I have used through AHS. They sent a representative out within a few hours the day that our hot water heater started leaking (on a Friday). By the following Tuesday morning they were installing the new water heater; no hassle, no drama, VERY good communication (unlike most of our other experiences with AHS partners). Bonnie, the owner, even provided an additional discount on additional items that were not covered by AHS (bringing my old plumbing up to new code); she knows how to run a business with a customer-first mentality!!

Tyler came to the house and fixed our bathtub pipes and gaskets and did an amazing job! Cleaned up after himself and very friendly and knowledgeable would like to have him fix any other plumbing issues we may get in the future!

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped us (mentioned he does amateur boxing on the side) but regardless he was super super kind, worked efficiently, and at the end even gave us some tips on how to stay ahead of future problems!

Great company! They really care about their customers and do I great job! They are polite and friendly and really communicate what the issue are and the best way to fix it! If your looking around I would highly recommend giving them a call. I also loved the fact they will even text you if your unable to talk on the phone. They put a water heater in for me and did a great job.

Tyler was great! Came in and checked out that we needed a whole new sink set up and disposal due to corrosion. He got it covered under warranty for us and came back within a few days and installed it within under an hour! Super cool, kind guy very laid back and did a beautiful job! Thanks again man!

Scheduling was quick. Super friendly plumber. , had some great tools to make the job go quick and seamless. Very knowledgeable. Checked out all the possible causes for what may have caused my plumbing issue and acknowledged what did not need to be fixed. (DID NOT try to upsell services)

I was welcome to stand around and watch what was being done.

After the work was done everything was back in place and no sign that work had been done. And best of all the problem was fixed.

Jimmy is the best. Very knowledgeable, professional and neat. Did a fantastic job & explained what he did, why it was done & showed me a couple of very simple preventative measures. Recommend them highly, they are great!
